There they sat. Hange, Erwin, and Levi. They were locked in a staring contest for dominance.

"I am the Survey Corps strategist! None of you know the proper procedures for planning an attack!" Erwin yelled, breaking the silence.

"Tch, who helps you with those strategies hotshot? I'm just as good as you are! All I'm saying is that I think your plan isn't going to work!" Levi argued back.

Hange glared at both of them, "Both of your guy's plans include abandoning several opportunities for scientific research that could be vital as to the development of humanity's comprehension of Titan's capabilities."

"Hange! That's hardly our main concern! We need to try and take another step towards humanity's next big step! We have Jaeger and we need to try and devise strategies to compensate and use his abilities to our advantage!"

Levi groaned, "Shut Up Erwin! We all know you're all bark no bite. We need to try and recover territory, but we need to do it in a way that would be quick and effective. Baby steps aren't going to get us anywhere. Just let me assemble a team and take out as many Titans as we can. Also, Hange. We can't afford risking a potentially successful mission in the name of 'science'!"

"I can't stand you guys!"

"Same here!"

"Why can't you two just listen!"

. . .

"Hey Jean?"

"What is it Jaeger?"

"They're at it again."

"No duh! I have ears too!"

Eren and Jean both sighed in annoyance.

. . .

"Let's settle this." Levi said, with a dark look on his face.

Hange nodded.

Erwin glared at them, "This is no way to settle this argument, but . . ." He sighed in defeat, " . . . I see no other way."

They all held up a hand, curled into a fist.

"Ready?" Levi asked.

They all nodded.

"Okay. Rock!"

Erwin tensed up, "Paper."

Hange smiled, "Scissors!"

They threw their fists into the space between them. Erwin smiled.

"As usual I win!" he said, holding up scissors triumphantly.

Levi and Hange hung their heads in defeat. Of course they had chosen paper. Dang that Erwin!
