Author Notes: Wow over 600 reviews?! Thanks a lot guys, let's see if we can make it to a 1000 before the fic is over, unlikely but one can hope.

Anyway, since several of you seem to find it funny when Tori is being an overprotective mother, I decided to write a scene with our favorite latina "trashing" her son's girlfriend.

E- I'm outside princess.

Tony rolled his eyes at his girlfriend's "term of endearment."

A- Will you stop calling me that?

E- Nope, it's my pet name for you, now get down here or we're going to miss the movie.

A- On my way, just let me finish brushing my hair; I don't wanna look as if I just got out of bed.

E- And you wonder why I keep calling you a princess.

A- You're a funny girl.

E- I know you're being sarcastic but... Yeah I am :)

A- I hate you.

E- Love you too.

A- Aww.

E- You're such a girl.

A- For the last time, I'm plenty man!

E- Which movie did you pick out for us again?"

A- The Remake of Sleeping Beauty.

E- Raised eyebrow Emoji.

A- Don't say a word or I swear I'll break up with you.

E- Wouldn't dream of it princess.

A- I'm never dressing up in front of you again!

E- See, it's comments like that that make it all too easy for me, LOL.

A- You suck.

E- And yet, you love me.

A- For whatever insane reason, yeah... I do.

E- You dork.

A- But I'm your dork.

E- Yeah... My princess Dork.

A- EMILY!

E- Last one, I promise.

"Bye Mom! Bye Mama!"

"Woah! Woah! Woah!" Tori shouts, jumping from the couch "And where do you think you're going at this hour young man?"

"Out."

"Out, where?"

"I'm going with Emily to the movies."

"Oh that's right, today's Friday." Jade smirked "You got money?"

"Yeah." Tony nodded "But if you wanna gimme more, I wouldn't be against it."

"Nice try." Jade said "Just remember to be back by 10:30."

"How about 11:00?"

"Fine, but if you aren't here by that time, you can bet your mama will call the police."

"Overactive much?"

"Only because we love you kid."

Beep! Beep!

"Well, gotta go mom." Tony said, heading towards the door "Can't keep Emily waiting."

"NOBODY MOVE!" Tori snapped out "You knew he was going out with that blonde headed demon?!"

"Yeah, pretty much."

"And you did nothing to stop him?!"

"I gave him a curfew Vega." She shrugs "And why would I stop him?"

"Because... Because... I say so!"

"Not much of an argument right there Vega."

"I still say he can't go!"

"Yeah... About that... I don't think our son heard your little outburst since he just left."

"HE WHAT?!" She bellowed "ANTHONY WEST!"

But it was too late, her son was already out the door, Tori ran in time to see as Tony and Emily drove away in her motorcycle.

He was holding onto his girlfriend for dear life, his head affectionately resting on her shoulder.

Tori trembled with rage, slamming the door shut.

"Oh he is in so much trouble." She hissed, getting her phone out ready to call the teen; that is had her wife not swiped the phone out of her hands, putting it in between her breasts.

"Jade! What do you think you're doing?!"

"Stopping you from ruining our son's Friday night."

"Gimme back my phone!"

"I will... After 11:00."

"Jade, I will go in there if I have to!"

"Ooh, kinky."

"NOT LIKE THAT!"

"Fine, ruin my fun." Jade teased "Spoilsports."

"Ruin you... Ok fine!" Tori growled "If you're not gonna gimme my phone then I'll just go after them!"

"Thought you might say that." Jade grinned coyly "Which is why I took the liberty of grabbing these."

The thespian jingled her wife's car keys tauntingly before pocketing them snugly in her bosom.

"So guess what Vega? my girls are off limit till eleven."

Tori narrowed her eyes.

"You suck."

"But in a good way." Jade grinned "Now, calm yourself, count to ten if you have to and tell me why you're so against Tony dating Emily."

"No reason."

"That's fucking rich Tor." Jade laughs sarcastically "I would have been more inclined to believe you had you not made your hissy fit."

"Fine." Tori hissed "If you must know... I don't like Emily."

"That much is obvious." Jade says shaking her head "The million dollar question here is... Why?"

"She just rubs me the wrong way."

"All girls that come near our son rub you the wrong way Vega."

"I happen to smell trouble a mile away." Tori said evenly "And Emily reeks of evil."

"I think that's me you're smelling baby."

"I know what you smell like!" Tori snapped, picking up some of her son's leftover food.

"Vega, I known you since high school." Jade groaned tiredly "We have done some crazy shit together over the years, we been married for nearly four decades, not to mention that I seen you at your best and worse, I know you like I know my scissors collection, so spill the beans already; I am not gonna waste my night playing twenty questions with you."

"I just think Tony. can do better than that girl okay!" Tori snaps, crossing her arms "It's as if he went out of his way to find the most evil girl out there just to spite me!"

"Holy crap Vega; do you hear yourself?"

"I just want the best for our son!" Tori snapped "He deserves a hell of a lot better than that-that Devil girl!"

"Devil girl?" Jade repeated "I'm going to stop you right there Tor; do you know who you just sounded like?"

"No, but by all means, tell me."

"You sound like your mother when we started going out!"

"I do not sound anything like Holly!" Tori exclaimed. "She choose her bigoted ways over her own daughters! I happen to love all my children; plus, need I point out that I never kicked them out of the house for their sexual preferences!"

"True," Jade nodded. "But come on Tor, you've got to admit that deep down Emily is a nice girl."

"That's a matter of opinion."

"Vega... Do remember the advice we gave Tony like a month or so ago?"

"Yeah? What of it?"

"Don't judge a book by its cover."

Tori was about to say something but when she couldn't come up with a good comeback she shut her mouth and pouted.

"She also makes Tony happy and isn't that the important thing here?"

"I guess."

"And you know he won't love you any less, baby."

"What are you talking about?-"

"You're like an open book Vega," Jade said. "that's really the only reason why you don't like her, you think he'll forget about you but that couldn't be farther from the truth, the moment we found him, he loved us just as much as we love him but here's the thing Vega, Tony has and will always be a lot closer to you than me because he is like a little you... Somehow he managed to inherited all your dorkiness, your drive to help others, but most of all... Your heart."

Tori said nothing to that.

"He may love Emily a little more everyday but that will never replace the love he has towards us... Towards you Vega."

Tori sat down on the couch, Jade took it as a good sign that her spouse had calmed down, so she removed the cell phone and car keys from her bra, leaving them in the little coffee table in front of the couch.

"Hope this talk made you re-think your attitude towards the whole Emily thing."

Later that night Tori still sat in the couch,, thinking over what Jade had said earlier.

Suddenly the door opened and Tony tried to sneak in, only to stop right in his tracks when he saw his mother, his eyes resembled a deer caught in the car lights.

"Oh... Hi mama."

"You're late."

"Yeah... Sorry." He said, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly "There was a bunch of traffic ... Am I in trouble?"

Tori silently patted the empty space on the couch, Tony got the message and sat next to his mother.

"So.. How did it go?"

"Huh?"

"I can see it in your eyes Mijo." Tori said with a grin "I know you're dying to tell someone how your date with Emily went."

"No... Not really."

Tori raised an eyebrow.

"Ok Fine yes!" Tony exploded "It was such an amazing night mama! We went to see Sleeping Beauty, after much, much convincing I might add, after that we went to dinner and then..."

As her son kept telling him about his date, Tori couldn't help but see a bit of herself in him as he gushed at all and every thing Emily had said or done during the course of the night, the same way she once did at that age when she gushed about Jade.

She listened intently.

It was just the two of them...

Mother and son.

And Tori knew right then and there that Jade was right.

"My little boy won't love me any less."

There's a surprising reason as to why Tori and Tony are so similar in character, you'll find out soon enough I promise but if you care to notice in this and several previous chapters I been leaving hints here and there.

Anyway, as always, gimme your thoughts on the story.
