Later on that day, it was time for the camp to engage in some activities. Balan had said that he would take the camp to Christmas Rose Park, much to the children's delight. Leo opted to go to Christmas Rose Park, but for the sheer reason of that was his home, and the minute he stepped foot back in his world, he would run back to his home and call for his mom, Mason, the fire department, ANYONE. Just as long as it meant he escaped the Camp.
Balan did a head count of all the kids, and he was surprised to see Haoyu, Cass, Yuri and Emma coming too "You guys live in Timeville too?" He asked Cass nodded "Yeah! You can imagine our surprise when we found put the same thing!" She chirped. Emma turned to him "Maybe we can see each other after camp?" She asked. Leo felt his mind go blank again, unaware of what to say to her other than "Uh..." the roars of cheers and chanting snapped him out of it. "OF TO CHRISTMAS ROSE PARK!!" He shouted, with a Flick of his wrist, the entire camp was transported to the park.
"OK Everyone! Time for a quick head count!" Balan said cheerfully. Leo waited till Balan said his name before he slowly crept away while the others headed inside. The blonde haired boy ran into a quick sprint until he reached the city "I gotta get back to my-OOF!" Leo grunted as he collided with someone . He adjusted his Bandana so he could see who he bumped into. The blonde boy let out a gasp and smiled when he saw who it was
"MASON!!" "LEO!!" They yelled. The two of them hugged and did their "secret bro code handshake" "I missed you man!" Leo said, "I missed you too! What happened? I thought you were supposed to be in Oregon at your aunt's place. " Mason said. All words died in Leo's mouth. What was he gonna tell Mason? That he ran away from a magic camp with crazy Counselors? He could see his friendship with Mason ending and a life in a padded room starting if he said that, so he improved "She...uh...Got sick, and we couldn't go, since the hotel my parents had to go to was adults only!" Leo said, remembering his file that Balan had.
Mason looked suspicious, but shrugged his shoulder "Oh Well! Less time there, means more time hanging out!" He cheered. Leo pumped his fists as he thought in his head 'Goodbye Aunt Hildegard, and Goodbye Camp WonderDream! Mason grabbed his ipod and speakers, "Wanna dance at the plaza?" He asked, "Like that's even a question, Let's Go!" Leo shouted, running towards Timeville Plaza, and farther away from the campers and staff that were unaware of his disappearance...
