The Campers were having the time of their lives in Christmas Rose Park. No matter how many times they have gone, it would NEVER get old. Hakim would always trick Mayday, Zuke, NiGHTS and Balan into getting into the tunnel of love, Saltbaker would eat every funnel cake and cupcake he saw and the kids would always have a blast there. 5 hours have passed since the Campers first came, and now it was time for them to go back.
"Alright everyone! Line up so I can take a headcount!" Balan said outside the parking lot, but to his surprise, Leo was gone again! "Leo? Leo? Has anyone seen Leo while we were inside?" He asked, the Campers and Counselors shook their heads. Sundrop panicked "OH NO!! He's lost!! He could be anywhere! He might not even be INSIDE The park! He could be out there! In the city!!" He yelled as Yuri timidly raised her hand "Um...Maybe Mr Balan, if I could make a suggestion, we could find him? This is mine, Haoyu, Cass and Emma's home after all..." she stuttered in a quiet voice. Balan got into a thinking position, he couldn't endanger the existence of the camp, but if they didn't find Leo, he could get hurt, or worse...
After a few moments, Balan nodded. "Alright you 4, Lead the way! It'll give the others a chance to explore your world as well!" He said cheerfully. The 4 of them nodded as the other campers cheered, although, some were curious: what could be more exciting than Christmas Rose Park?
Meanwhile, In Timeville Plaza...
Leo danced and spun as the music flowed through him. Mason sat on the sidelines as he watched his best friend bust a move. Other onlookers watched the blonde haired dance to the music. After be spun on his head, he backflipped back onto the ground. Mason smirked as he got up from his ledge he was sitting at and he grooved for their 'Adoring public.' Leo bobbed his own head to the music and watched him, until something stopped him dead in his tracks.
"Wow! Look at him go! Maybe he can teach me to dance like that!"
Leo's eyes went wide as he hid behind the ledge he was sitting at. When he peeked over the ledge, he stared in horror at Counselors Mayday, Zuke, Hakim, and a couple of campers watching Mason dance. He was lucky that they didn't see him yet but he needed to think of something quickly, or else he'd get dragged back to camp. He looked around for something, anything that could divert attention away from Mason and his eyes landed in the boombox.
Leo felt conflicted. He couldn't just destroy Mason's boombox, but then again he had no other choice. Letting out a shout, He faked tripping over Mason's boombox, stopping the music. Mason stopped in his tracks when he realized the music was no longer playing. He Awkwardly chuckled "eheh...I'll be right back" He said, walking over to Leo "What the heck are you doing?!" He whisper-shouted "I'm sorry man, here let me get it" Leo said to him, pushing random buttons and turning random knobs "You're doing it wrong, here." Mason whisper-shouted again, trying to pry the boombox away from Leo.
The crowd of spectators soon began to disperse, seeing as there was no dancer and no music. "C'mon everyone, we still need to find him." Balan called. The Counselors and campers made their way back to the larve group as they continued to search for for the boy. When Mason finally got his boombox out of Leo's hands, he saw that his 'adoring public' began to vanish. "Aw man...and we were doing so good..." He sighed.
Leo felt guilty, he and Mason were having such a good time, and he had messed it up...he had to make it up to him "Sorry Man...but maybe we can go to the arcade instead." He said. Mason turned to Leo with a glare...before locking Leo's head in a noogie.. "You know me too well! Let's go!" He cheered. Leo smiled as he and Mason ran to another part of town, but now he had to be careful, as the entire camp was now looking for him...
