"Where am I?" I asked myself as the last thing I remember was some guy in a robe talking to me and enhancing my already broken videogame powers, but I can't remember what world I was in or what upgrades he was giving me and actually I can't really remember what he looked like either.

Now I am just sitting in the middle of what looks like a black void, and I can't even move my body or anything.

Hello Hacker number three it is good to see that you are awake and now it is time for you to be properly punished for your crimes.

"Hold on a moment. I remember being given the D.I.C.E system when I died, and I am positive that something like that is hack proof so how am I a hacker?" I asked bluntly.

The robed figure you spoke with was the very first hacker in our system and has been around for roughly three hundred years and has just recently started giving other people hacker abilities and when he offered you power to defeat a boss you couldn't beat, he was actually hacking into your system and changing things around.

The fact that you allowed this to happen has given you the status of a hacker.

"Oh shit." I said as I started to remember that I was fighting against some extremely overpowered asshole, and he ended up killing my friends and allies so when I was offered power, I didn't turn it down.

I'm sorry for the losses you suffered but ultimately the deaths came from your choices and your overconfidence since you weren't even properly leveled up to face a planet busting threat.

Now due to the circumstances and after much deliberation the bosses have decided to give you a second chance in a new world, but your character creation has been disabled which means you are being given a default character model in a randomized world.

The world is also set on Hardcore Survival so take time to make sure you are properly skilled before taking on certain enemies and if you encounter Hacker number one again and let him mess around with your system you will be kicked and blocked from the game and spend the rest of eternity in the void between realities.

Then just like that my vision faded away and I don't know how long I was out for until I finally woke up to the sounds of birds.

"Oh crap." I said as I didn't know a lot about Naruto, but I do know that it is a world where things go from zero to one hundred real fast. "This is my room." I said as I looked around my slightly messy room before memories come into my mind.

I am not in the Hidden Leaf Village. Instead, I am in Iwagakure aka the Land of Earth. Now the region is rocky, but it has wilderness aspects as well and more important than that is the fact that I am a member of the Black Spider clan of ninja, and I am fifteen years old which means that today I am going to be placed on a shinobi team since I graduated the ninja academy a few days ago.

"Ow." I said as I got a lot of information all at once and it kind of hurt but the most shocking thing, I learned is that my clan is basically wiped out and that leaves me as the only survivor and owner of this large clan hold in the village as my clan was wiped out by the Hayabusa clan a short while ago as that clan resides in hidden leaf village.

The only reason I know my clans style of fighting is because I found a scroll that teaches it as the other scrolls are locked behind a door sealed by jutsu in this ninja hold and apparently a hold is a area governed by a clan and refers to multiple buildings instead of just one but since my clan is wiped out that means that the people in my hold are more or less going to other influential ninjas and clans for help instead of asking me.

It makes sense since I don't know squat about ninja politics but still having my entire clan wiped out really hurts.

"I need to get stronger." I said to myself as I got out of my bed and dressed in my appropriate clothes as my clan still had plenty of uniforms around the place and soon enough I am dressed in a green long sleeved gi with a white spider on the back and the shoulders along with a black belt around my waist and green trousers with black shinobi sandals and last but not least was my village headband that I placed around my forehead.

"I'm not going to turn down a quest." I said back as I hit the yes button before heading out of my room and into the kitchen really quick as I grabbed my breakfast of a apple and bread with a cup of water before I left my house and locked it up as I started making my way to the academy.

Honestly, I was early to class so I took my seat in the back before other students started to show up and frankly class wasn't all that interesting as we didn't go over anything new or terribly important and when the class finally came to a end our teacher told us that the Jonin would come one by one and call three of us at a time and that is how the squads were picked.

Now I waited for a bit but soon enough a Jonin came and called my name along with two female students named Honoka Tenshin of the Tenshin clan and Mai Shiranui of the Shiranui clan and honestly with the way she is dressed it wouldn't surprise me if she turned out to be an exhibitionist.

Honoka however is dressed in a basic white martial arts gi with a black belt around her waist and white trousers with her kunai pouch strapped over her left thigh like me but unlike us. Mai doesn't use Kunai which I always thought was weird, but it isn't my place to judge her.

Anyway, the Jonin that called our names is a woman named Kunimitsu who is dressed similarly to Mai but her battle dress is a purple color with white lilies as she also had forearm and leg guards with black gloves on her hands, she has two kunai holsters as each one was on her left and right thigh respectively, her long red hair is tied in two ponytails and she is wearing a white and red fox mask over the upper half of her face which only shows the lower half of her cheeks as well as her mouth and chin.

"Follow me." Kunimitsu said coldly as the three of us followed her out of the academy and soon enough the four of us where in the middle of a restaurant at a nice table as Kunimitsu told us to order whatever we wanted and soon enough we each had gotten some food. "So, we are supposed to be known as Team Four, but I am going to have to put the three of you trough a test to gauge your abilities and see if the three of you are proper Genin material." Kunimitsu explained.

"You can throw any test my way and I'll ace it." Mai said confidently as she was eating a large bowl of ramen.

"I'll do my best." Honoka said as she was eating some smoked fish.

"I'm looking forward to this test." I said as I was eating some pork cutlets and vegetables.

"Good. Now finish your food quickly so we can start your trial." Kunimitsu said before we all finished our various foods and after paying, we left the restaurant and entered training field six.

Now nobody was currently using it, so we had free reign of the place as long as we don't go to crazy as the area is hard and rocky with a tree here and there as well as a few training dummies and targets all over the place.

"Is the test going to be survival training?" Honoka asked as we stopped in the center of the field as Kunimitsu stopped and turned around to look at us.

"No. This is combat training. I am going to judge you three on your abilities on the battlefield. We won't stop until I say so and all three of you are to attack me at once with the intent to kill." Kunimitsu said in a serious tone of voice as a chilling sensation ran down my spine as Kunimitsu reached into both her kunai holsters and held a large kunai in each hand.

Kunimitsu didn't even say a word as she suddenly closed the distance between herself and me before she gave me a powerful kick to the chest which sent me backwards and tumbling on the ground.

Now when I got up I saw Honoka and Mai fighting Kunimitsu but even with them both as Taijutsu experts Kunimitsu was able to evade and knocked them back but they recovered faster than me as Mai preformed several hand signs and launched three fireballs out of her mouth at Kunimitsu who responded with her own jutsu as she preformed her own signs before slamming her hands on the ground and raising a wall of stone to block the attack as Honoka still charged with Taijutsu and after watching them I decided to jump back in as I reached into my kunai holster and threw multiple shurikens at Kunimitsu who blocked them all with her kunai.

She hit each shuriken in a flash while dealing with Honoka and Mai who ran past the wall and attacked with her own Taijutsu.

Honestly, I'd like to say that this was tipping in our favor but soon enough the three of us where exhausted as Mai kept attacking at a distance with fire jutsu as Honoka and I used Taijutsu and no matter what we did nothing seemed to effect Kunimitsu.

The woman had strength, speed, dexterity and she only bothered using jutsu as a defensive tool instead of attacking.

Even when I used my rock clone technique, she easily destroyed the clones and knocked me aside when I tried to preform a sneak attack on her.

This woman is a monster and sadly I know that there are even stronger ninja than her in this world.

"Alright that is enough for now." Kunimitsu said as Honoka and me where on the ground while Mai was standing on shaky legs and wasn't even able to move properly which showed that she used up too much of her Chakra.

"We failed." I said grimly as I was well aware of what was going to result from this.

"Actually, you passed but only by the skin of your collective teeth." Kunimitsu said which shocked each of us.

"How did we pass? We hardly even put a scratch on you." Mai said loudly as Kunimitsu turned to her as she put her kunai's away into their holsters.

"I would have been surprised if you had done considerable damage to me since I am a A-ranked Ninja. Now the point of this test wasn't to beat me but it was to see how you three would respond to overwhelming danger and I saw that the three of you worked together in order to try and take me down.

Lesser and more arrogant ninjas have tried to fight me alone without help in the past when I gave them this test and it always ended up with them failing and wasting their potential or with them ending up dead." Kunimitsu explained as Honoka and I got back up to our feet.

"So…We are in a shinobi team now?" Honoka asked nervously.

"Yes. We are now Team Four of the Shinobi squads and I plan on giving each of you proper lessons because the Academy seems to have been slacking off." Kunimitsu said before she looked at me. "Naotoki you have learned your clans Taijutsu but they died before teaching you proper jutsu and the school only taught you the standard rock clone so we will be training you on how to use jutsu." Kunimitsu said bluntly before she looked at the girls.

"Mai, you rely too much on your jutsu techniques and as a result your Taijutsu and overall physical abilities are suffering and Honoka your physical abilities are impressive, but you need more variety, and you need to use jutsu of your own because I know you have been taught your clan's jutsu techniques." Kunimitsu explained before she gave us a short time to rest and when that was over, she started giving us our lessons.

Now this woman is a harsh teacher but with this second chance I have been given I am going to take all the help I can possibly get.

A/N: Okay so a new story and this one was originally going to be a bleach story but writing bleach stories is surprisingly difficult and honestly I know a bit about Naruto but I don't know everything so I might get some things wrong and I am hoping you guys don't hold things against me.

I do know about Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden though and as a result I am more or less taking a lot of inspiration from them instead of making a basic Naruto storyline.
