Barry's POV

"Cisco, Caitlin, Harry, Anyone here?"

"B.A. YOUR BACK!" I heard and I knew exactly who it was

"H.R. what are you doing here not that I'm not happy to see you but thought you were traveling the multiverse?" I questioned

"Yeah I was indeed traveling the many universes writing my novel The Multiversal Adventures of H.R. Wells, but Cisco showed up on one of the earths I was on and told me they needed my help." He responded. Just then Cisco came running into the cortex

"H.R. who's her-BARRY YOUR BACK!!" Cisco cut himself off as he hugged me

"Only for a little while I need some help." I said as I started to get to the point

"Wow Barry so you leave for who knows how long and then you only come back when you need help." he started

"Won't you let me expla-" I began to say before he cut me off yelling at me.

"NO I WON'T LET YOU EXPLAIN!! YOU LEFT US, YOUR FAMILY TO JOIN THAT STUPID JUSTICE LEGUE!!" He screamed. I knew he was gonna be upset but he knows exactly why I left. I joined the League to get away from Central City. I just couldn't be There after Iris's death at the hands of savitar. I thought I could protect more people that way, I guess I was wrong oh god Wally I'm so sorry first Iris now you .

"What's going on in here" I heard as I looked to see Caitlin running in "Barry your back!" She also hugged me.

" I wouldn't get too excited, Cait he's not sticking around." Cisco cut in.

Caitlin looked at me, "What is he talking about Bar?" I just stared back at her trying not to cry.

"He probably needs us to solve some tech problem that his stupid Justice League can't."

Cisco said sarcastically

"WELL MAYBE IF YOU LET ME FINISH SPEAKING THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO EXPLAIN YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND!!" I yelled I had enough of him making remarks like that about my friends, about my family.

"Ok Barry explain to your true friends why you came to see them what stupid excuse you have to come see us now after being gone for so long."

I stood there with tears in my eyes after hearing Wally's "death" be called a stupid excuse. Caitlin must have seen this cause the next thing I knew she had her hand on my shoulders and she was looking me in the eyes.

"You wanna talk to me about it first?" She asked quietly. I just nodded and we walked out of the cortex and down the hallway, as we were walking I noticed we were heading for the elevator.

"Where are we going?" I questioned, please don't say Jitt- "Jitters!" Oh no.

(Still Barry's POV)

Once we got to Jitters we ordered our drinks and sat down. We sat in silence for a little bit but as I looked down at the Flash I ordered and saw the lightning bolt in the middle, It immediately made me think of Wally. I started to tear up and I'm pretty sure Caitlin noticed cause she immediately started to comfort me.

"Hey hey Barry what's wrong?" She asked. I just shook my head. "You can talk to me, that's why we came here and I care about you, you're worrying me." She reassured me

"I'm not ready to talk about it yet." I said I'm just not ready to talk about it yet. She smiled and nodded\

Caitlins POV

"Ok I understand" The only time I've ever seen him this upset and down was after Iris died whatever happened it must have been really bad. "Let's talk about something else like what has being in the league been like. I hear that you guys created another team of younger heroes, most of which are the league member's proteges, Ooh is Wally on it. I haven't seen him in a while." As soon as I say Wally's name, Barry's expression changes to a sad and painful one. "Oh my god did something happen to Wally?" He nodded slowly as he started crying "Well you probably don't want to talk about it here I'm sorry for dragging you here when you were clearly hurting I'm such an idiot!" I won't tell anyone this but I have had feelings for Barry for a while ever since we went to that bar and I got drunk. I was taken out of my thoughts when he grabbed my hand tight. I looked up to find him staring directly into my eyes.

"Don't ever call yourself an idiot! I didn't tell you it's not your fault you Caitlin Snow are the smartest, nicest, most beautiful person I have ever met!" Beautiful!? Did he just call me beautiful? I look back at him to see him blushing like crazy cause he just realized what he said.

Barry's POV

Oh Crap I didn't mean to say that out loud "S-sorry I didn't mean to say that out loud n-not that you aren't beautiful but I-mmpf" I was cut off by Caitlin KISSING ME! I didn't know what to do, I mean I do have feelings for her I have for a while but I just couldn't act on them but I guess I don't have to worry about that anymore I slowly relaxed into the kiss and I actually kissed back. That was all it took for me to realize how much I care for her. We eventually had to break off the kiss cause we were running out of oxygen "Wow" we both said at the same time out of breath I am really glad that there is literally no one in this jitters .

"Ok as great as that was you need to tell me what happened to Wally if you want more of that to happen.'' Caitlin said sternly but she was still blushing like crazy and I could feel that I was too. I could tell she was trying to lighten the mood a bit and it was working. Since it was caitlin I told her everything including when I watched Wally disintegrate right before my eyes. As I was telling her I felt myself start to tear up then Caitlin grabbed my hand and looked me in the eye I continued telling her what happened and once I was done I wiped my eyes and said, "I know he's in the speed force he can't be gone that's why that's why I came back to Central City. you've gotten me out of the speed force before I was wondering if you could at least try to track him and find out where he is. Can you do that, please?" I asked.

"Of course Barry." She answered

"Ok I should probably go see Artemis now she's probably devastated." I said the last part to myself mainly

"Who's Artemis and why would she be devastated?" I hear Caitlin say

"Oh she's Wally's girlfriend." I said quickly

"Oooh Wally has a girlfriend, what is she like?" She says she really does care about Wally. I tell her all about Artemis and she is smiling the entire time her smile is adorable.

"Well now I really better get going now. It was great to see you and text me when you have any info on Wally ok or if you just wanna talk." I hug her and give a quick peck on the lips which makes her blush immediately.

"O-ok bye Barry." She said.

"Bye Caitlin" I called to her as I was walking out the door. Now time to go see Artemis.

(A lot longer of a chapter also I did add a bit of SnowBarry in there because why not and I wanted to do a Barry centric chapter I changed it up a little bit and made it so Savitar kills Iris and Barry moves with Wally I really hope you liked it and the next chapter will be Artemis centric.Byeeee!!!!!)
