Neverland island. You know it from the stories of Peter pan, it sits off the west coast of Auaradon and its one of the kingdoms unified into the United States of Auradon by King Beast and Queen Belle. Peter Pan the current ruler of the island steeped down once the island was part of Auradon leaving its rule to his daughters Piper Pan and younger sister Wendy Pan.
Dream Light city, a bustling city and former pirate outpost on the west coast of the island, purpose built to serves as the capital during Captain Hook's reign. The outpost was host to many immigrants and refugees who wanted to make Neverland their new home. The first fifteen years were a turbulent time. Tensions reached their height during 2000, the year King beast began his kingdoms unification. Anger towards the foreign king was directed towards those were followers of him. Right at the heart of this maelstrom of anger was Dream Light.
Just when it looked like a war was about to happen, Peter Pan took control the situation. Restoring order to the city and to the island as a whole. Pan then accepted Beast's offer to unify the kingdom into the United States of Auradon.
It was probably a good thing because 2001 saw Hook attempt to reclaim his throne on Neverland, however what he didn't count was Beast sending his forces, the pirates were quickly defeated and imprison on the newly created Isle of the Lost.
Six months had passed since Hook's rebellion and life was relatively peaceful on Neverland. Peter Pan had stepped down as leader and has retired, living in Lost boys village with his wife Wendy and the Lost boys.
Piper quickly moved renaming the outpost Tortuga to Dream Light and moving in and taking over Hook's former manor, Piper worked hard establishing trade agreements with the Costa luna islands, southern isles and the nearby towns of Charmington, Cinderellaberg and Innsmouth. There are various villages and towns across the island however since the unification Dream Light has become the capital of Neverland island.
