After Ruby said the next place we need to go, drums started to beat. We looked around to see where it was coming from. "I don't like that. I'm done." Gil shook his pointer finger in the air.

"What else?" Harry turns to Ruby.

"Okay. And right here, it says, From the Deep." She points out somewhere else on the map.

"So if From the Deep is where we started, then The Mighty Roar must be where we are, which way?" He asks her.

"Okay. If that is that…. and that is here… Right here, I think." She moves around with us following her.

A missile flies past, barely missing us. Someone was riding a dirt bike coming towards us. Then all of a sudden an army of them jumped over a roll of high bushes barreling at us.

"The fuck is this?" Gil yells.

This time everyone took off running. I was able to stay on Harry's tail with Ruby behind me and Gil behind her.

"Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God!" Ruby looks back screaming.

"Don't look back," I ordered. We ran into a forest. I hope it would slow the bikes down or at least make it harder to see us.

"Aah! This sucks!" Gil cried out of breath.

"Split up!" I yell. Harry and Gil ran one way, while we girls ran in different directions.

I kept running. I stop in my tracks when a bike appears in front of me. "Shit." I cried when I saw there was one behind me. They were speeding towards me. I look up to see a tree branch. I jump, pulling myself up on the branch making the two riders slam into each other. I look down to see the unmoving bodies. I took out my gun and shot them both in the back to be safe.

"Stupid bastards," I growl. I let out a scream as a monkey climbs up my arm and uses my shoulder as leverage to get to a higher branch. "Stupid monkey," I then shoot the monkey.

I looted the three bodies in front of me. I was able to get 60 dollars off of them. I was taking the helmet off of another when I noticed he had an earpiece in. I took it from him. I wipe it off on my shorts before putting it in my ear.

"We got them surrounded on the cliff by the waterfall." I heard a man's voice say. I put on my helmet and threw one of their machine guns with a strap over my head, so the gun rested on my back.

When I got there, all I saw were dirt bikers looking over the cliff. I whipped my gun around and blasted them. I got off my bike and looked over the waterfall to see them swimming to shore. I took off the helmet, jumped into the water, and swam to the shore. "That was the most humiliating moment of my life." Gil glares at Harry.

"What was?" I ring out my hair.

"Where the hell were you?" Gil put his hands on his hips.

"I took in a lot of water." Harry held his stomach as Ruby lay down on a rock.

Ruby opens up the map. "Okay. It looks like there's a village on the other side of this mountain. Maybe that's Dreamlight."

"Let's do it." Harry nods his head. I picked up my machine gun and leather jacket from the ground.

"Wait. I have to take a leak first." Gil stopped us.

We turned around when we heard something moving through the forest towards us. I put a hand on a knife, ready to whip it out if necessary while Ruby got into a fighting stance. We relaxed when Gil came barging out.

"Let's get to the Bazaar." I laugh.

"Right," Ruby pulled out her map leading the way.

We continue our journey to Dreamlight formerly Tortuga that leads us to walk along the side of a mountain. It was nerve-racking because one false move and there goes another life. It didn't help that since it was nature, nothing was level. I had to watch every step I took.

" This sucks " Ruby said

" Why are even here" Gil says

" Cause of Uma " Ruby answered.

"We need each other. Like it or not, we have to do this together." Harry pulls a smoldering look making me look away blushing and Ruby stares at him.

"Could you say that one more time, please?" Ruby asks.

"We have to do this together?" He said, not seeing why she needs him to repeat it for, it wasn't complicated instructions.

"But with the smolder. Do you have control of that, or does that happen naturally?" She asked, wanting to see it again.

"It just happens naturally." He said, doing it again subconsciously. Ruby bites her lip as she checks him out. Me and Gil just stare in confusion to what was going on.
