Dating Hannah Washington
He really didn't know how the night turned out the way that it did. A few hours ago, he was on a coach bus from the States to the Washington Lodge on Blackwood Mountain in Alberta, Canada for his and his friends annual winter getaway. They were invited by their friend Josh and his twin sisters Hannah and Beth. He knew they would have a great time celebrating their last year of high school before college…
Until he arrived at the blacked out lodge to find only the girls… When he asked them what had happened, he learned some of them had played a cruel prank on Hannah using her crush Mike until she found out and fled the lodge into the snowstorm. Beth had gone after her and they had returned… but had encountered some kind of creature before they did. Then things got out of hand. The power went out and the guys decided to leave the girls behind to run and get help at the town a few miles away…
"Thank you for staying with me… I really wanted to be alone right now… But not alone… You know what I meant…" Hannah sighed.
She had a dark caramel complexion, medium dark brown hair, and brown eyes behind black rectangular glasses. She wore a black short sleeve button shirt, dark jeans, and brown leather boots. She also had a tattoo of a butterfly on her upper right arm and a heart shaped locket.
He sat beside her on her bed in her dark bedroom while the other girls were downstairs in the main hall. They had asked him to go upstairs to check on her. Especially her twin sister Beth. Her eyes and now were still red from crying earlier and from fleeing into the ongoing snowstorm outside.
"Even when there's a monster out there, I can't help thinking about what happened before that… What they did… My own friends… What he did… Mike… I'm an idiot… I'm so stupid… I'm a naive little girl…" She said quietly. He placed his right arm around her shoulders and she leaned her head on his right shoulder. He was angry at some of the others for what they did but he was more angry at Mike for going through with something so cruel.
"I'm even more mad at him too… I think my crush for him is gone for good now… I just thought… Nevermind… I should have listened to Beth… And I should have listened to you… You both tried to tell me… You both tried to protect me… Sometimes, I think you do an even better job at that than Josh…" She turned to look at him with sadness in her eyes and something else… "Thank you… for being here with me right now… Thank you for everything and…" She closed her eyes…
He blinked. She kissed him… And he kissed her back. He closed his eyes. Her lips were soft. He felt her right hand on his left shoulder and he moved his hands to hold her waist. Finally, they ended the kiss and stared at each other's eyes. He didn't see sadness in her eyes anymore. He saw happiness. She smiled.
And he did too.

This story takes place the night of the prologue. I know the guys leaving behind the girls is convoluted but hey, I got a harem story to tell :P
