Just as she's about to throw Jenny, a shadow appears over their heads, looking up in confusion, Vexus sees it's her own ship.
"Bombay doors open," Sheldon hits a button.
Nora stood equipped with power gloves, "don't worry, mommas comin'," she dived, "bombs away," she went in to a spin, tackling Vexus, freeing Jenny.
"Smokin' outfit, Mom!"
"Whu- oh, this old thing," she smiled.
Vexus got free and begun her fight with Nora, punching, dodging, using her headdress as a shield and to attack, Nora blocking the strikes, Jenny and Vega just watch. Vexus caught both her fist, gaining the upper hand, until Nora pokes her in the eye with her nose, then head-butted her, charged up her gloves with a heavy jab to the face, sent her sliding to the edge of the building.
"Baby, mommy could use your help over here, be a dear and destroy this old lady for me."
Vega just glared at her, and held Jenny's hand.
"Vega," she snapped, "help your queen, save Cluster Prime!"
"That's just what I'm gonna do," she grabbed her phone and yelled; "now!"
Tuff and Drab flew in with two crates of gold chips, giving her a small bucket. Both of them flew around the building dumping the crates, while Vega tossed hers over the side.
"No," Vexus bellowed.
Vexus watched in horror as all the now powered citizens flew and climbed up the building.
"You'll pay for this XJ-9, you haven't seen the last of me," she quickly retreated, flying away.
Everybody on the roof cheered.
"Wow, no more Vexus on Cluster Prime, who's gonna be in charge," Jenny wondered.
The crowd started chanting Vega.
"There's going to be a lot of changes on Cluster Prime, and I'd like if somebody I trusted helped me rule," Vega grabbed Jenny's hand, "not to mention the girl I'm in love with."
"Living in a world of robots, a place where I finally fit in! It's so hard to refuse-," she was interrupted
Sheldon screamed as he flew out of the ship on one of those personal hover craft, "no, no, no, come home Jenny, pleeease don't leave us, I'm begging you," he dropped to his knees, "please, please, please!"
"Sheldon… I wanna be with my girlfriend, I'm happy here with her."
"You're what‽ Girlfriend‽"
"Yeah, it was like love at first sight," she put her arm around Vegas waist, all the citizens awed.
"But… but we need you, Jenny," Sheldon cried.
"Mom," she looked at Nora.
"Jenny you've grown so much since I first assembled you. There comes a time where every inventor must let their creations leave the lab, no matter how much I want you to come home with us, it's something you must decide on your own
Suddenly a portal opened up, dropping a screaming Brad and Tuck.
"Brad, Tuck!"
"Jenny!"
She rushed over and hugged them, "you came across the galaxy to save me!"
"I didn't get no hug," Sheldon huffed.
"Perhaps it was because you were too busy groveling," Nora rolled her eyes.
"Well, we didn't actually-," Tuck started.
"Yes, yes we did," Brad interrupted, "we even lead the resistance against the Cluster. We also came because the earth is in big trouble- Smytus is going to blow up the planet!"
"Vega, a world full of super powered robots is a planet I could fit in…"
"I think I understand, Jenny," she sighed, "you have a planet to protect, like your mom said, if you love something, let it go."
"Love," Brad, Tuck, and Sheldon repeated, though Sheldon with more concerned surprise.
"It was practically love at first sight, she's so awesome… I won't be selfish like my mom, I won't stop you from leaving."
"Thanks Vega. It's time to get charged, repaired, and save the earth! Then… I'll come back to you, beautiful."
"Wait… what," she was surprised and confused.
"You think I'm going to leave when we just started dating, I felt real love, and we staged a coup to rebel against your mom," Jenny held her by the hips, "I'm ready to see where this goes with us," she kissed her on the lips.
"Vexus is Vegas mom," Brad exclaimed.
"Jenny's… gay," Tuck exclaimed.
Sheldon simply fainted.
"But… the drones… you know Jenny's going to destroy them, right," Brad explained to Vega.
"Oh, don't worry; those drones are no longer affiliated with us," she smiled.
Back on earth.
"This puny planets final day has come, charge the atomic cannon," Smytus ordered.
"Locked and loaded, sir," a drone replied, when it was at full power.
"Ready… aim…fi- what‽"
"We're gonna be rammed," he yelled.
"Huh?"
"Yahoo," Sheldon screamed, piercing the ship Smytus was in, sending both crashing in to the robot factory.
"Every one abandon ship, I'll take car of Smytus," Jenny ordered.
"What's our status," Smytus asked, steadying himself.
"We're jacked up- that's our status," one drone replied.
"Hey," he started, before Jenny crashed in, "XJ-9!"
"It's over," she smiled deviously.
The drones screamed and ran away, leaving her to fight him alone, as they faced off.
"Not so fast XJ-9, you may have destroyed my mega weapon, and my ship, and my fucking roof, robot factory, and troops, but I have one more thing up my sleeve, literally. Self-destruct, baby; every supervillains last resort, say good bye to your loving flesh bags," he pressed the button, "this ends now… in ten seconds."
With gumption, she gave him a dirty look, fired up her pigtail rockets, flew outside, grabbing both ships and tossing them to space. The city of Tremorton cheered as they watched the explosion in the atmosphere.
"On behave of Tremorton, I declare this a day of celebration! Our first annual Jentennial," the mayor approached her as she landed, placing a medal on her.
"It's just nice to feel needed," she said as they cheered.
Nora, Brad, and Tuck rushed over to hug her.
"Hey, excuse me," Sheldon tried to get in, "hello‽"
"Oh get in here, Shel," Jenny pulled him in with them.
Later on after the celebration died down, they were all at the Wakeman home, hanging out with each other.
"So what's this about you and the new Cluster queen being an item," Sheldon finally spoke, the premise had been bothering him.
"Yeah, you never told us you were gay," Brad added.
"It just happened; once I landed on Cluster Prime, I was arrested and forced in to high school, we laid eyes on each other, and it was practically love at first sight. I didn't know she was Vexus daughter till days later."
"But… but… you can't be gay! Doctor Wakeman, is this your doing‽"
Nora sat in a large recliner, enjoying a beer, something that was extremely rare, given the circumstances, she deemed it worthy," I didn't program XJ- err my daughter with a sexual orientation, it is up to her if she wants to be straight, gay, bisexual, pansexual, or whatever else is out there. Despite everything, once I thought she was able to assimilate with humans, I wanted her to live a somewhat regular life, outside of her hero duties."
"How can you just fall for somebody the minute you lay eyes on them, what sense does that make," he challenged.
"Now I remember a certain nerd falling in love with a high tech piece of equipment, the moment he laid eyes on her," Brad glared, eliciting a chuckle from Nora and Jenny.
"You've been simping for Jenny since day one, and she doesn't even like you, Sheldon," Tuck added.
"Hey, I like Sheldon- just not as a boyfriend. Even if I was romantically interested in you; you do way too much creepy shit, and you would've driven me away from you, anyway."
"I guess you got a point," he blushed, "but you can't just leave, we'll never see you again!"
"Oh you will, calm down- in fact, it's something we're going to need your help with," Nora stated.
"What's that?"
"I had a brief chat with Vega, she wants to build a gate of sorts to bridge between here and Cluster Prime, so that we may visit each other. She wants to better relations with earth and other planets her mother terrorized. And we're going to need your help.
"With the Cluster as an ally; one of earths major enemies is no more, so I won't need to be saving the day, most of the villains can be handled by the Silver Shell, and maybe we could find Melody- I'm certain that girl was a robot. Plus I am going to be finishing school here, I just wanna see where me and Vega go," Jenny explained.
"Seems like everything is going to be okay," Brad smiled.
"Wait, you want me to help with that project?"
"Of course, our teleporter wouldn't have worked without you," Nora smiled.
"Until that's completed; I'm going to spend weekends with Vega, or she's going to spend weekends here. When I graduate, if everything works out; I'll be living with Vega full time."
Suddenly the house started to shake with a loud noise, Tuck jumped up screaming.
"Speaking of…," Jenny walked to the door, when everything calmed down.
"Hey babe," Vega greeted.
"Hey babe," she kissed her lips, "c'mon meet my friends."
"They can meet ours, too," she pointed over her shoulder.
Not long after, the boys were looking at their counterparts.
"This is Drab," Vexus introduced.
"This is Brad," Jenny said.
"Shell, and Tuff."
"Sheldon and Tuck."
"Hey, good lookin'," Brad and Drab said.
"Nice to meet you," Shell held out his hand.
"Same," Sheldon shook it.
"Aren't you a shrimp," Tuff laughed.
"You're one to talk," Tuck frowned.
Jenny and Vega laugh at Tuck and Tuff.
"I can't wait to spend our first weekend together. I already have you a room ready."
"I thought we'd share a room," Jenny leaned her head on Vega.
"And I thought I was the one moving fast," she chuckled, "I'd like that."
"XJ-9," Nora gasped, startling them.
Jenny's head snapped towards her mom, and her pigtail caught Vegas antenna again.
"Oh never mind," Nora said, "I can't baby you forever."
"So when did you two know it was serious," Brad asked.
"I think Vega already knew, but for me… when this happened at the movies," Jenny laughed, pointing at her pigtail and Vegas antenna tangled up.
"Who wants oil, while I get another beer," Nora stood, "then I want to hear all about how you met my daughter… I won't take no for an answer, if your intentions with my daughter are earnest; I might be your mother-in-law, one day."
They laughed as the two girls blushed.
