Davis has a chance to get Dragonic Heaven back and become a pilot once again. Wade is helping out with that, but they all are a little worried about Davis. Meanwhile...
"Gerome, the meeting is about to take place." One man stood up and stared at the sky. This man had wavy blonde hair that reached his shoulders wearing a white jacket that reached his knees and wore black pants with boots and had black armor over his chest.
"Thank you. Our time is drawing closer." Gerome claimed. Just who is this mysterious man and what time is he talking about?

The Academy
Back at the academy, Wade was at work with Davis to bring back Dragonic Heaven to him. There didn't appear to be any problems so far, but Lita and the other girls were worried. Davis hasn't really moved or done anything.
"Wade, are you sure he's okay?" Lita questioned.
"I'm monitoring his brain activity. Everything is normal." Wade said. "Have a little faith in me. I promise you that Davis is going to be okay, and if there is a problem, I'll pull him right out. I certainly wouldn't want to hurt my little sister." He claimed with her getting annoyed again that he talks to her like a baby. "Careful. You keep scowling at me and you'll look a lot older than you really are."
"Just shut up and hurry this up!" Lita shouted. All of them just wanted Wade to finish this, but Charlotte noticed something with Sierra as she just stared at Davis. She could see the concern Sierra has.
"Sierra, are you okay?" Charlotte asked, but Sierra didn't really answer. "I'm sure he'll be okay. Wade must know what he's doing."
"It's not that." Sierra admitted. "Before, when Davis was still attending this school, I always saw something in him. He always had this spark in his eyes and his smile." She could still remember that spark from those days and that's one of the things she loved about him. "Earlier, I didn't quite see that spark. It has me thinking... Does Davis even want to come back? Does he want to be here anymore?"
"I see..." Charlotte said as she felt sympathetic towards Sierra. "It does seem like there is something missing, but I'm afraid only Davis can really find it."
"I just want the same Davis we all knew back." Sierra hoped. Davis always seemed filled with high spirit and optimism, but she's having a hard time seeing that now. Only Davis can say for sure if he wants to be back or not.

Davis
While Wade was working on reassembling Dragonic Heaven, something was going on inside Davis' mind. He was faced with the golden dragon that believes represents Dragonic Heaven, but something was different about it. The dragon was covered in injuries, probably representing the damaged bond between them.
"Dragonic Heaven... You are Dragonic Heaven, aren't you?" Davis questioned.
"You desire my power again, do you not?" The dragon questioned.
"That probably answers my question." Davis mumbled. "Listen, if you are Dragonic Heaven, Wade says he has a way to restore things between us."
"But do you even want my power again?" The dragon questioned.
"I don't get it. It's all being worked on." Davis said. "I don't even understand what's happening to me right now."
"I will not bestow power to one that can't be honest with his heart. Our connection can't be fully restored until you are." The dragon claimed.
"What are you talking about?" Davis questioned.
"We were once one in the same, a symbiotic relationship in where we helped each other." The dragon claimed. "I gave you more power, but the price for it was that our bond was broken. Can you reclaim that power? Can you speak with your heart and admit what is in it?"
"I don't understand what you're trying to tell me." Davis said as this whole thing has him confused. Suddenly, it was like what held him in the air vanished and he fell right through the clouds. "What's going on?! What are you doing?!" He called as he fell.
"Admit your heart. You must want the power that you thought was lost. Otherwise, what you once held can never be recovered." The dragon said. Davis didn't understand what that thing meant. Doesn't he want the power again? Isn't that the whole reason he is even doing this.
"I don't get it. I don't get this!" Davis said. "Admit my heart?! I must want the power?! I'm well aware of what happened before, but what is she trying to tell me?" As Davis fell through the clouds, he had no clue what he was suppose to do. It also seemed like there was no end to this sky. The fall appears to be going on forever and ever, and there seems to be no escape unless Davis can solve this riddle.
"You want it back, don't you? You want the power that revealed who you really are, don't you?"
"Who said that?" Davis questioned. He looked to the side and couldn't believe what he was seeing. The clouds were forming an image of Lineer falling next to him. "Lineer?!" Davis wasn't sure if this was a mental game or something else, but seeing his demented birthmother who is suppose to be dead surely got his attention.
"The I.S. helped you find who you really are, where you really came from." Lineer said. "Why don't you want something like that in your life? Unless you still want to pretend, deny the realities of your life. Deny that I am your actual mother."
"That's not it!" Davis argued. "I might have come to grips that you're my mother, but I do want the power. Isn't that why I'm here?"
"Why didn't you tell us then?" Davis looked to the other side and saw an image of Kari this time. "We all tried to get you to open up. If you want the power again, how come you didn't say anything? Don't you see that we care about you? That we're concerned about you? You kept saying that you were fine, but was it all really a lie? You lied to me when I care about you so much and only wanted to help you?"
"No. It's not like that. I... I just... I didn't think..." Davis stuttered as he wasn't sure what to say.
"Did you lie, Davis?" That voice came from right above him this time. He looked above him and saw an image of Ichika this time. "You told me that you were happy that you weren't a pilot anymore. Was that really a lie?"
"I didn't really lie. I just..." Davis tried to explain but couldn't.
"I was actually glad to hear that I wasn't the only male I.S. pilot anymore." Ichika claimed. "I thought I found someone who really understood me. Then, you gave it all up. The whole thing crushed me, but you told me you were fine with it. You're saying you're not anymore. Did you lie? Change your mind? Maybe you should think about being honest with yourself so you can be honest with others." All these thoughts and images were trying to tell Davis what he should be doing. It would seem like he's understanding as those words sink in.
"I didn't lie." Davis said. "When the battle against Lineer ended, I was fine with not being able to fly anymore. The world was in danger and it was a price I was willing to pay. I really was fine with it, but that all changed as time went on. I missed feeling the wind blow against my face, looking down from above. The reason I didn't say anything to anyone was because I didn't think anyone would understand. It made me feel special... It helped me find where I really came from..." Davis was finally sharing how he really felt. He was opening about what he really wanted. "When I heard Lita and the others were in danger, of course I came to save them. Maybe I also used it as an excuse just to come back. It might have seemed like I wasn't sure if I did want to fly again, but maybe that's because I had the walls up for too long. I... I want it all back!" He called as he finally shared his true feelings. "Dragonic Heaven, let's fly through the skies once more!" Shouting like that caused a bright light to shine under him that he was enveloped in.

Reality
Davis realization caused something to react with the machine. Sparks began flying and coming from the machine. It was causing a series of problems that Wade didn't see coming or couldn't control.
"Wade, what's happening?!" Lita said.
"I don't know!" Wade said.
"Pull the plug before he gets hurt!" Cecila said.
"I'm trying!" Wade said as he tried to shut the whole thing down. When that happened, the machine Davis' arm was in shot out smoke and they couldn't see him anymore, but Wade was able to get everything to shut down. "Davis!" He called as he hurried towards him. "I'm so sorry! I don't know what happened!" He tried to explain, but he stopped when a blade made out of light was pointed right at him. He couldn't believe it as he knew what that blade was. It could only be one thing.
"What's all the noise about?" Davis said as the smoke cleared away and showed he was holding his old sword: Sutapisa. "It worked, didn't it?"
"It... It really worked?!" Wade said as all of them were amazed.
"Davis! You really have it back!" Serene cheered as they were all happy for him. Davis had Sutapisa went back and had his I.S. went back to lock form. He stared down at the gauntlet and savored the feeling again.
'I can feel it. It's really back. Thanks for giving me another chance, Dragonic Heaven.' Davis thought as he felt like himself again. "Yeah! I'm back, baby!" He cheered. When he did, Sierra could see it. She could see the spark in his eyes and smile, the same spark that she loved.
"This is unbelievable!" Kimi said.
"Unbelievable doesn't even begin to cover it!" Rin said.
"You all said it. Wait until Ichika hears about this." Davis said. "Hey, where is Ichika anyway? I haven't seen him all day." When he asked that, the upperclassmen looked a little upset and sadden. Something clearly happened to him.

A Meeting
Meanwhile, the one named Gerome was taking part in a meeting with four other men. This meeting was about something that would change the world.
"The time has come." Gerome claimed. "The preparations have been made. Our forces will be ready to move soon. It is time we take the step forward to our ultimate goal. It is time for us to take action." He claimed as the four others spoke out with them sharing the same thoughts.
"A brand new era is about to begin. For that new era." This one wore a black bandana over his head with blank white eyes. He had arm bands to go with his bare chest with black leather pants and boots: Vestor.
"For the future." He was a muscular guy with a black tight suit with omni-designed pads on his shoulders with handprints right on his chest with a black mullet: Mako
"For our mission." This one had black hair with him wearing a white cape. He wore a navy blue robe-like piece that went down to his waist, tied by a black sash, with black pants and him having a sword ready to draw: Shiroshi.
"For equality." This one was special. He was wearing training attire just like those for I.S. units with a white bracelet around his wrist. His hair was standing up with him having a tribal-like tattoo curving around his left eye. He also had a smirk and a look on his face that said sinister: Ichika Orimura.
...
Davis: Has Ichika lost it or something? While I'm happy that I got my I.S. back, I find out one of my good friends is tied up into something no good. Looks like we're gonna have to go and get him, but why the heck is he putting up a fight? If this is his idea of a joke, I'm not laughing.
Next Time: Not Silent Infiltration
The girls might not be able to knock some sense in him, but I will.
