Chapter 2 The Age of the Titans
Its been a few days since the Attack of the Nine Tails failed because of the King of the Titans.
Godzilla.
Now Hiruzen was once more the Third Hokage since there were no proper candidates at the moment.
And he had called a Five Kage Summit to discuss the Titans.
Right now though.
Sean smiled seeing Naruko snore in her sleep.
"She's a little angel isn't she?" Kushina asked walking to them.
"Hmm." Sean said.
"Can I ask you something?" Kushina asked.
"Of course." Sean said.
"Why are you willing to help me so much since we first met?" Kushina asked making him smile.
"You...Remind me of the first woman I ever loved. Everything about you looks nearly identical to her." Sean said making her blink before smiling.
"Really?" Kushina asked before he pulled something out of his robes.
"This is a holographic image from my time." Sean said as an image appeared looking nearly identical to her but with one difference. She had green eyes instead of the blue ones Kushina had.
"Wow. She really does look a lot like me." Kushina said.
"Her name was Scarlet Redstone. Name fit her with her hair." Sean said.
"So what happened?" Kushina asked.
"The Meteor shower is what happened. While the Titans managed to save the world from total annihilation...There was still damage and casualties." Sean said.
"Oh." Kushina said.
"Yeah, it sucked but I got over it eventually." Sean said.
"Yeah thanks to me." Godzilla remarked.
"Will you shut up?" Sean asked annoyed making Kushina giggle.
"I thought you two were good friends." Kushina said.
"We are. He just gets on my nerves on purpose to amuse himself." Sean said making him scoff in amusement.
Thats when what he knew as An ANBU showed up.
"Lord Hokage requests your presence."
"Looks like the meeting will finally take place." Sean said as he left.
Kushina smiled before picking up her daughter who snored lightly.
"I think life is gonna be just fine for both of us." Kushina said.
Later
All Five Kage were assembled at Hiruzen's office.
From the Hidden Stone Village was someone older than Hirizuen. Onoki the third TsuchiKage and one who knew one of the most dangerous Jutsu's known as Particle style which to many was devastating.
Next there was the Fourth Kazekage A woman who had Sandy blonde hair with Indigo colored eyes. This was Karura the Fourth Kazekage.
Next was a large man who had who had a large amount of muscles with dark skin and blonde hair. This was Ay, the Fourth Raikage and a man who's power rivaled a Tailed beast.
And Finally was a a young man who was known Yaura who was the Fourth Mizukage and also someone who contained the three tails.
"I'm glad you all could make it." Hiruzen said.
"With the Emergence of these...Titans as they call themselves it was difficult not to. Two have already appeared in the Hidden Cloud village." Ay said.
"Another in my village as well." Onoki said.
Thats when Sean walked in with his hood down showing his face. He had white skin short cut brown hair and forest green eyes.
"So...The Famous Guardian of the King." Yagura said.
"A pleasure to meet all of you. I'm sure many of you have questions." Sean said.
"Indeed we do. The main question is what are your intentions for mankind? Though the Titans in my village have shown no hostility I am still curious to know what your objectives are." Ay said.
"A smart man to never lower his guard. I respect that." Sean said making him smirk. "To answer you're questions The Titans once guided mankind to an age of prosperity and unity a hundred thousand years ago and for that exact same amount of time when Man first crawled out of the mud 200,000 years ago." Sean said.
"Did they. I find that hard to believe since no one has seen them till now." Onoki said.
"We were recovering." Godzilla said.
"From what exactly?" Karura asked.
"There was a natural disaster that we could not have ever imagined at the time. Imagine if you will a meteor shower the size of the Leaf village coming down for hours on end." Sean said shocking them.
"You mean mean to say the threat came from space?" Yagura asked.
"Mostly. It was natural since it was by nature itself. Just beyond our eyes. The event was unforeseen and it caused a near extinction level event. The planet survived as did the population thanks to the Titans using every ounce of power inside us. But it left us powerless for a long time and the technological marvels we helped create was destroyed and many of us had to go into a deep sleep." Godzilla said.
"I see. So you had no choice but to leave us to defend ourselves because you couldn't." Ay said.
"In a manner of speaking yes. But before that Five of us knew there could be dangers that lie ahead for the future and knew we would need to keep an eye out. So we agreed to seal ourselves inside the royal bloodlines of certain people." Godzilla said.
"Royal Bloodlines?" Onoki asked.
"My family was the rulers of the Human race by law of the Titans. My brothers and I were selected for this while two of my friends both from different Cities also had a Titan sealed inside them." Sean said.
"So you're not the only Guardian then." Ay said.
"No, There are five of us. Two of them are my brothers with the youngest being adopted. My older brother David contains the second most powerful Titan. King Ghidorah who resides in the Cloud village. My younger brother Turok contains the third most powerful Titan known as Destroyah that resides in the Sand. Reznov is in the Stone village and he contains Orga a Powerful Titan that can recover from any injury. Finally Julia who contains Biollante resides in the Mist." Sean said.
"So theres a Guardian for each village?" Karura asked.
"Yes and just as Many Titans." Sean said.
"So what will you do now?" Onoki asked.
"Restore what was destroyed. Rebuild what we made long ago." Godzilla asked.
"I'm still surprised this happened with Chakra being around." Yagura said.
"Shinobi and Chakra never existed back then. Thats something thats existed for the last 10,000 years." Sean said confusing them.
"You know the Origins of Chakra?" Hiruzen asked.
"The origins of both that and the Tailed beasts as you call them are one and the same." Sean said.
"How so?" Ay asked.
"To explain that would require you to understand a time before the ideals of Clans and Shinobi existed. Theres certain things I can reveal and Certain things I can't because I don't want people here looking into something that should be forgotten for the safety of the world." Sean said.
"I don't like where this is going." Karura said.
"For good reasons. What do you know about the Sage of Six Paths?" Sean asked.
"Legend has it he was the Father of All Shinobi. And he created the world we now live in." Ay said.
"Your half right. But it's not as simple. You see he was revered as a god because of something he and his younger brother did long ago. They fought a monster so powerful it could give even a low ranking Titan A challenge. The Ten tails." Sean said shocking them.
"I thought there were only nine." Hiruzen said.
"Today there is because of what he did. Both of them fought against this beast and the Sage of Six paths sealed the Ten tails within him becoming what in english a Human sacrifice. However he feared upon his death the Ten tails would return and wreck havoc upon the world. So he did the one thing he could do to prevent this." Sean said.
"He split them up into the nine tailed beasts didn't he?" Ay theorized.
"Correct. And then passed down his knowledge of Chakra to people hoping to create peace." Sean said.
"You sound like you knew them personally." Onoki said.
"I did. He was my student in the day. Many of the world's greatest beings since then have been. Including Hashirama." Sean said shocking them.
"Does your immortality involve the King inside you?" Ay asked.
"Partially. It's our energy thats actually the cause of that." Godzilla said.
"Could others be granted this?" Yagura asked.
"If you're asking me if I'm gonna give you that right off the bat the answers no. That has to be earned or be very close." Sean said.
"I can't argue that." Onoki said.
Later
"That went well." Hiruzen said to Sean.
"They'll agree to this new alliance in order to have peace and restore what was lost long ago." Sean said before a different type of Anbu arrived.
"Forgive the intrusion Lord Hokage. But Lord Danzo would like to speak to Lord Kruger."
"Hmm? For what purpose?" Hiruzen asked.
"Thats all I will say."
"Very well." Sean said leaving while Hiruzen frowned.
Later
"You wished to see me?" Sean asked.
"I wanted to know exactly what will happen to the Hidden Leaf village in the future with the return of the Titans." Danzo said in a chair.
"Do you know where you stand today as does this village?" Sean asked.
"Hmm?" Danzo asked.
"You stand where the most powerful City once stood a hundred thousand years ago. My home where my family once reigned as rulers of mankind alongside the Titans." Sean said.
"Really? And what was the name of the City?" Danzo asked.
"Titan City. Ruled by the most powerful Titans that guided mankind long ago." Sean said.
"Ah, And you wish to restore Titan City and reclaim your place do you?" Danzo asked.
"Truthfully on that last part no. I couldn't care less about ruling mankind." Sean said.
"Oh?" Danzo asked surprised.
"I just wanna rebuild the old ways. The Shinobi do have a place in that. We didn't have Chakra in my day. Thats something less old than Mankind." Sean said.
"And you know the Origins if your tone is any indication." Danzo said.
"I do. But I won't give the full details since I don't want History repeating. That incident never should have happened regardless of her situation." Sean said.
"Her?" Danzo asked.
"Long story. And I don't wanna talk about it." Sean said leaving.
"Hmm. How curious." Danzo said before his Root Ninja dropped down.
"What do you wish to do now Lord Danzo?"
"Nothing. I want to see exactly how things play out. He no doubt has the means to restore Titan City as well as the others. In time he'll reveal this." Danzo said.
Later
Sean walked through the village seeing the damage that was done because of Kurama.
'Thankfully there no casualties because of us.' Godzilla said.
"True. But I worry that masked man is up to something." Sean said.
'As Do I. I can't help but wonder who he was.' Godzilla said before Sean walked home.
Meanwhile
Madara sat alone in an empty cave.
"So what do you plan to do now?"
Madara looked seeing a creation of his known as Zetsu coming out of the ground.
"First I need to know exactly what that thing was. I wonder though...If that was who taught Hashirama to be who he was before the days of the Leaf village. In all the years I have lived...I have never come across such a powerful entity that overpowers the Tailed beasts." Madara said.
"I do know. Old Research." Zetsu said.
"Well?" Madara asked.
"That was a Titan. Known as Godzilla the King of the Titans. Supposedly they came long before Mankind and have power that outclasses all the tailed beasts combined. And they once guided mankind to an age of greatness a hundred thousand years ago." Zetsu said.
"And yet here we are. Never seeing one till now." Madara said.
"According to the stories they saved the Earth from a natural disaster. But lost all their power in the process and had to go into a deep slumber. But now they are beginning to awaken." Zetsu said.
"This is a problem. This could compromise my plans far too easily. I need to remove them." Madara said.
"Easier said than done even if you were at the power you once had. You saw only a small amount of the King's power. Do you really think that was all of it?" Zetsu asked.
"True. What do you Propose?" Madara asked.
"There may be other ways to remove him." Zetsu said.
Meanwhile
Sean walked into his home seeing Kushina fast asleep on the couch with Naruko in her arms making him smile before picking her daughter up and placed her in a crib as she yawned making him smile softly stroking her head.
"Something tells me your gonna be a fine warrior in years to come with Kurama helping you." Sean said before picking Kushina up and carried her to bed before placing her down softly as she smiled before he went to his own room.
