"Huh?" Lucy said, confused that she woke up alone in her apartment.
Last night, the guild had the most chaotic celebration they could ever throw. The whole guild was a mess, dozens of barrels were emptied and totally eat over a month's food budget. But it was the best party they had, everyone was present, they all had fun and made a lot of unforgettable memories.
But I remember that Natsu and Happy take me home just this dawn.
Oh right, they might be eating all my food stocks now.
Lucy relaxed after hearing a clinking glassware from her kitchen, that just confirmed her thoughts she was not alone. She grabbed a pillow and tiptoed her way -
"Good morning, princess," Virgo, was there preparing a complete breakfast, it even as a freshly brewed tea!
"Virgo? what are you doing here?" confused she lower down the pillow she was ready to throw, "Silly princess, we do this every morning, your bath is ready too, which do you want to do first today?"
When did Virgo and I agreed to do this? I don't remember adding this to our contract.
"I'd take a bath first... to clear my mind," she said an excused herself.
This might be just because I'm having a hang over, that's why Virgo decided she would take care of me today, now that I'm relaxed, I do feel dizzy
After Lucy convinced herself that it's normal to get confused as her hand over, she proceeded with having a breakfast with Virgo and then went on her way to the guild.
It feels different to walk to the guild without Natsu and Happy, they usually get up early and pick job for us
"Good morning, Lucy-san! Bye-bye!" Wendy was gracefully sprinting her way out of the guild, alone.
"Hey, wait up, where are we going?" Lucy asked, since they always go together for a job, she figured maybe Natsu, Gray and Erza are now waiting that's why Wendy's in a rush.
Wendy just waved her hands and left, that's odd, where would Wendy go without us?
As if her confusion for today was not enough, Lucy almost flipped when she saw the insides of the guild, she was expecting that today would be allotted for cleaning and tidying it up since they wrecked the place last night... however the whole place was shinning clean, the tables even have linens covered and what's more surprising is everyone is acting different.
Everyone is well behaved, no alcoholic drinks were served, but there were tea and juice everywhere, also no large servings of meat but cakes and biscuits for everyone.
"Am I... in the wrong place?" Lucy whispered underneath her breath.
Everything is different but the place is a spitting image of their guild hall, everything is the same except that it was clean, tidy, peaceful, and completely everyone must have lost their personalities and turned into royalties or whatever.
"Good morning, Lucy, Wendy went out for a mission today," Natsu approached Lucy, he also changed in a a of ways, first is with the way he speaks, its much gentler and polite, and even from a mile away you can observe that it is not his normal clothes, he's wearing a black sleeved polo still with his scarf anyway.
"Y-yeah, and your okay with that?" Lucy asked knowing that Natsu is just one of many who gets overprotective over Wendy. "Yeah, Wendy said she can handle it alone. Let go, Mira's brewing a new tea for today,"
Lucy just lost it, she absent mindedly followed Natsu's lead to their group's table.
"Morning Lucy," Erza greeted her, finally someone looked the same! Erza's wearing her normal preppy clothes and is about to finish her slice of cake.
"I'll be off soon, I have to meet with Jellal," Erza announced to everyone casually, Lucy's jaw dropped.
Since when did they started dating and why does it looks like I'm the last to know this?
"Yow Gray, ready do this job with me?" Natsu pulled out a job request, Gray silently took a look over the paper, "Yeah, let me just say a quick goodbye to Juvia, then we can go," Gray replied and left out table.
"Gray and Juvia are dating too now?" Lucy asked as she watch Gray talk to Juvia while holding each others hands, and to her surprise Juvia isn't fainting.
"Yes, for almost a month now, right?" Natsu answered casually, even resting his arms around Lucy, "Thanks for allowing me to go with Gray today, it's really been a while since we had a job together," Natsu then kissed Lucy's cheeks.
"Gotta go, see you later babe." and then he went out with Gray, who by the way is still wearing all his clothes.
I'm still dreaming... It's just a dream... I think I'm still sleeping...
Lucy mentally listed everything that's unusual for her for the day and it always ends up with, the entire guild is acting different - and it al started when she woke up after getting drunk so hard for their new year celebration.
After hours of contemplating to herself, Lucy decided she would stay for more and observe harder, this might be her new reality, she have to be considerate not to cause distraction to the flow of this new reality.
For the rest of the afternoon, the guild was quiet, she would not complain though, it was perfect ambience for reading. Lost in her book, Lucy didn't realize that one by one everyone got back from their job and errands.
Blushing bright as tomato, Lucy found herself again with the group, but this time Natsu's clingier than he was that morning, his arms were all over Lucy and even Happy was resting on Lucy's lap, this two got more clingy to me than usual.
"Lushie, lets go home," Happy whined when he was almost asleep, everyone finished their early dinner, and she has been petting Happy for a while now. She also felt more comfortable after spending a time with everyone in their unusual attitudes.
"Oh, before I forgot, I got this for you Luce," Natsu reached for his back pocket and pulled out a necklace with a red-orange gem, "Looks like your flame," she said unconsciously, mesmerized with the good-looking gem.
Natsu carefully places the necklace around her neck, "Thank you Natsu." Natsu smiled and hold her hands as they walked Lucy back to her apartment.
Lucy stayed awake as she lay on her bed that night, contemplating whether to go back to her reality or to stay to her newly found reality, in a flipped world.
A light shinned and revealed the celestial spirit Libra, "Good evening, Lady Lucy," the maiden politely said.
"W-what are you doing here Libra? Is Yukino alright?"
That right, I've been too comfortable in this strange reality, If Fairy Tail's world flipped, did it affect other guilds as well?
"Everything is alright now with Miss Yukino, however she's not the one who send me here to get you, the celestial spirit king did." Libra kneeled in front of me, "I beg your forgiveness Lady Lucy," Libra said.
"The celestial spirit king was ill this morning and caused disruptions on the flow of our magic, all together it caused to send you and miss Yukino on this world," she continued with her hair still bowed down.
"We are really sorry, Virgo was also affected by the disruption of magic that is why she was acting different this morning, once we all recovered, we started to find you and miss Yukino, however non of you both summoned any of us, Virgo hardly remembers this world and thus making our investigation hard."
"I-it's alright, please tell everyone that its okay, I hope mustache face is feeling a lot better now," Lucy said while assisting Libra to get up.
"If you are ready now, Lady Lucy, I'll send you back to your world."
Lucy looked down on the necklace she was wearing, "I suppose this is for the Lucy in this world then..." she said before removing the necklace and leaving it on her bedside table.
"Lets go, Libra."

"Lushie, wake up! Hey Lushiie!"
Bright light felt like blinding for Lucy, she covered her face before realizing it is Happy who is shaking her shoulders.
"You've fallen sleep while writing again, move back to your bed," Happy said.
Lucy smiled and started to get up to move to her bed, thanks to Happy for waking her up or else she'll get back ache for the next morning.
Once Lucy lifted her sheets, she found Natsu sleeping on her bed again, se was about to lash out on him but she saw that Natsu is holding tight a familiar necklace... "This can't be it," she reaches for Natsu's hand and saw gem that looks exactly like Natsu's flame.
Lucy ended up sobbing after seeing the necklace, it felt like she lost something important and now the universe gave it back to her.
Happy who was watching the whole time didn't know what to do, he felt helpless watching Lucy cry, and so he just waited for Natsu to wake up.
"Luce, hey what's wrong," Natsu said, now alerted after waking up to see a crying Lucy.
"The n-necklace, w-where did you get that?" Lucy calmed down and asked, it was too soon to assume it was for her anyway.
Natsu lifted is hands and saw he was still clutching the chains, he forgot to hide it for his surprise. The gem shined brighter when the moonlight reflected through it.
But instead of answering, Natsu placed the necklace around her neck.
"It's made for you," Natsu replied wiping her tear away, then pulling her close for a kiss.
Please don't let this be another dream.
