Kidnapped
As everyone slowly started waking up they were all confused and disoriented considering the last thing anyone remembered was going to bed. As they all looked around they could make out that they were all trapped in 15x12 room with no windows,no vents. Nothing but a door with no handles, a TV hanging of the wall and the 8 of them in bedroom attire. Toby was in a Harvard T-shirt and boxers, Happy was just in a oversized t-shirt. Sylvester was in a button up super fun guy pj's, Florence was just in a pair of boyshorts underwear which Sly quickly took off his outer shirt and put it around Florence to cover her up. Cabe had a wife beater tank top and sweatpants on, Allie had a nightgown on. Walter was wearing a pair of basketball shorts and Paige was wearing a satiny camisole with short shorts on. After a quick look around and saw nothing of use they started to try and figure out what happened. "Obviously we are dealing with a group of people because 1 there is no way 1 or 2 people could kidnap 8 adults in one night." Stated Cabe. Toby replied "That's right, also there is no way they could guarantee we would be all asleep unless they drugged us so there would be at least 4 probably 5 people and none of us are having any side effects from drugs." "So I would have to say we are dealing with between 12 and 15 people and most likely 1 other person to plan it all." Added Sylvester. "Alright, so we need to figure out who took us, why they took us, where they took us, and how we can get out of here." Said Walter. "OH MY GOD RALPH, where is Ralph he was at home with me?" Yelled Paige. At that moment the tv flicked on and if the glasses and beard wasn't a dead give away "Hello team Scorpion." Said Mark Collins. "Don't worry about the boy he is safe, I still don't know how someone as smart as him could come from a baseball player and a waitress. That's probably one of life's greatest mysteries." The screen changed from Mark's face to Ralph sitting in a chair with a stack of comic books next to him. "Mark what do you want? How many times are we going to have this same discussion?" Asked Walter. "Oh Walter I'm over the fact that you put the waitress on the team over me. I want all your BBI research. You give me that and I will give you my word you will never hear from me again." Replied Mark. "There is no way I would give you any of that research and even if I did we are years of not decades away from anything with a slight chance of working." Said Walter. "Well I beg to differ but I'll let you think on it for a little bit and we will circle back to it." Mark said dismissively as he walked out the door. "Sweetie are you alright he didn't hurt you did he?" Paige asked. Ralph shook his head and said "No, mom him and his men didn't hurt me. I haven't been able to see anything that will help us by what I can see it looks like I'm in a room the same as yours except I have a chair and table." "Ok baby we will be right here just stay calm we will figure out something." Replied Paige. At that time the door opened and 3 men came in 1 stayed at the door and 2 grabbed Cabe and took him out. For the next 15 mins the group could hear on the tv Cabe being beaten. He wasn't being asked any questions and Cabe wasn't saying anything he was barely grunting with the hits. Paige was holding onto Allie to keep her calm, Sly was holding his hands on his ears, Happy and Florence were pacing both wanting to fight and Walter and Toby were just staring at the tv. The door banged open and Cabe was pushed through it then it slammed shut. Toby rushed over to check out Cabe while everyone else stood in a circle. "Well it looks like you will have a black eye, fat lip and maybe 2 or 3 bruised ribs but all in all not too bad." Said Toby as Cabe nodded his head. "They can kidnap people but they suck at torturing someone, they hit like my grandma." Chuckled Cabe. Florence asked "Why didn't they ask him any questions all they did was hit him?" "In my opinion Mark is trying to break Walter. He can't beat Walter because he might get hurt or disoriented, you and Allie were after Mark so you don't mean anything to Walt, I'm more like a big brother so we can annoy each other pretty quick Sly is his actual brother but he went behind Walt's back with Megan so Mark would expect some unresolved tension there. Happy was married to him but there was no emotion so meh. Cabe is a father figure so he would mean a lot to 197, Paige and him have feelings for each other and stop don't deny we can all see it even if you don't want to admit it." Toby said as he held up his hands to Paige and Walter who both looked ready to deny it. "That's a discussion for another day and Ralph is pretty much Walt's son, he's smart and just like Walter and Walter sees himself in Ralph when he was that age so unfortunately Ralphy will most likely be the next target because Walter will not want his son hurt and his mother will plead with Walt to stop it and he won't deny Paige anything." Toby added. Paige started to panic hearing that and Walter moved over to try and calm her down while giving Toby a dirty look. "So now we need to be ready because when something happens to Ralphy Paige will go momma bear and most likely Walter will go poppa bear and the 2 of them will find a way out of here and fight their way to save Ralph so when that happens stay behind them and out of the way because they won't stop until Ralph is safe. Cabe you Sly and Happy will be behind them tying people up and collecting weapons use whatever you can find to bind them up, Allie, Florence and I will come after you making sure there are no fatal injuries. So as soon as something happens and you see 197 and Paige lose their minds Cabe and Happy rip that tv off the wall the bad guys will open the door to find out what's wrong and the mayhem will begin." About 30 mins later the tv turned back on and they all saw Ralph still sitting there and he said "I looked all around and I can't see anyway out so I'm betting you are running into the same situation so Walter I have always wanted to call you Dad. You have helped me and mom so much and you have done more for me than my father so for this last little bit can I call you Dad?" Walter with tears in his eyes said "Yes it would be my honor for you to call me dad and I love you as my own son so as far as I'm concerned you are my boy." Ralph started crying and nodded his head and then Mark came into the scene and said "Oh that was so touching but now I have to ask you Walter. Will you give me your research? If you will I promise you will all leave unharmed." Walter looked over at Paige and she shook her head no because even she knew that Collins would never keep his word and stepped into Walters arms with a sob. "You know I can't give you that research Collins the world is not ready for that and you would never use it in the right manner." Mark looked stunned and was shaking his head and walked over to Ralph and shoved a 13 inch blade through Ralph's leg with an evil grin on his face. Ralph screamed in agony and both Walter and Paige yelled out. Paige yelling no and Walter yelling he was going to kill Collins. Toby said "Oh shit! Guys get ready, Happy, Cabe get that tv off the wall now!" Cabe and Happy jumped up and each grabbed a side and yanked the tv down and moved back over to Toby. They heard Collins yell out to get in the room and find out what happened. Walter and Paige stood there waiting for the door to open to save their son while Happy whispered to Toby "I don't normally get scared by either one of them but the look of the faces I hope to never see them look at me like that, they are friggin scary." Which Cabe nodded his head to. As soon as the door opened the first man that came through Walter grabbed and spun him around and slammed him face first into the wall while Paige tripped the next man and bashed his face off the floor both men were knocked out. Then both Walter and Paige ran through the door. The whole time they all could hear Ralph screaming which worked out so they could follow his voice. Very shortly Paige, Walter and the rest of the team had made it into the room where Ralph and Mark were in. All the other men were tied up with numerous broken bones and cuts but they would all live. One of the men got off a shot and hit Paige in the shoulder and another one had hit Walter in the lower leg. Once they got into the room everyone crowded around Ralph while grabbed Collins by the collar to hold him. Mark was trying to get out of a severe beating when Ralph yelled out "Dad, it hurts so much!" That was all that Walter needed to hear. Everyone watching Walter could see his feet slide a little farther apart for stability and they could almost watch the muscles in his back, shoulders and arms tense up while Walter moved his hands around Collins neck and lift him up and squeeze. Mark tried to fight back but he was quickly running out of air. The last thing he thought about was that he finally pushed Walter too far and the last thing he saw before his vision went to black was an enraged Walter. A week later, Walter and Paige and Ralph had left the garage to get ice cream looking like the perfect family aside from Ralph walking with a limp, Paige with her arm in a sling and Walter walking with a cane and boot on. Ralph was loving it because Cabe and Toby had mentioned that chicks love scars so Ralph was using his wound to his full advantage in school. The rest of the team was gathered around in the kitchen when Allie asked Toby "Why does it seem like none of them were bothered about Walter taking Mark Collins life?" Toby responded "Because in their minds they were defending Ralph. Walter probably wouldn't have killed him but Ralph is still the smartest in the room. The whole time he kept yelling so he could be found quick and as soon as we were there he quieted down but he saw 197 relax a little bit so he yelled out to his dad that it hurt. Ralphy knew that would be all Walter needed to hear to finish it and leave Walter with a clear conscience. Walt was defending his son and Collins took it too far. Ralph also knew that this would get Collins out of our hair and save the world with him gone. And Paige saw a man who was willing to do whatever for her son. Look at them now Ralph has the Dad he wanted, Paige has the father her son deserves and Walter has the family he didn't even know he wanted at first. I would say in the next 2 years there will be an engagement, a wedding and an adoption." "Do you think Drew will sign off on that?" Asked Sylvester. "Probably not but we all know Walt and if Ralph can't be named O'Brien do you think that will stop him?" Replied Toby. Happy added "Knowing Walter he would probably change his name to Dineen so they could all have the same name until Ralph turns 18 and Paige will probably have them all change to O'Brien." Cabe nodded his head and said "Well whatever happens let's all go home for today and spend some quality time with each other and come back on Monday to start another week." Happy and Toby got in her truck to head home, Cabe and Allie left in his SUV in the other direction for home and Sylvester and Florence walked next door and everyone had a peaceful and happy weekend with the ones they loved.
