Angel Grove Park (season 1 of mighty morphin)
The five rangers continued to battle the putties in the park. By then, the rest of the people in the park and cleared and ran to safety leaving the teenagers to finish the job they were called upon for.
Zach spun his feet around and knocked one of the putties on the ground after hitting the putty on it's head with his feet. Another putty came and kicked Zach in the back causing the black ranger to cry in pain.
Billy took notice of his friend on the ground. Billy quickly ran as fast as he could over to Zach as he was still in some pain as he was trying to get back up. But the putty wanted to take out Zach. However, the blue ranger had other plans.
As the putty was about to beat Zach even more, Billy did a high kick towards the putty causing the clay like being to fall to the ground.
Billy grabbed Zach by the hand and pulled him up. "You okay?"
"Yea," Zach was simply astonished at seeing the blue ranger with this level of ability taking out the putties with ease when the others were the ones who were doing majority of the work.
Nearby, Kimberly did a cartwheel, flipped around, and ended up knocking one of the putties on it's side with her feet. Two other putties attacked her from behind. She nearly fail to the ground but recovered her balance, spun around, and looked at the two. "Knock one down and two more pop up. You guys are just like weeds."
The two putties started to run after the pink ranger. Billy had left Zach to attend to battle another putty and glanced at Kimberly heading towards him. He found a trash can and grabbed it. "Kim, move out of the way."
Kimberly did as instructed and Billy threw the trash can at the two putties causing them to fall down when the can landed on them.
"Thanks Billy," Kim gave her friend high praise for helping her out.
As for Trini, she punched one of the putties in the stomach while high kicking another putty in the side of it's face. Another putty grabbed the yellow and threw her to the ground. She looked at her pants that now had some grass stains from being thrown. "You're going to pay for that."
The yellow ranger got back up and tried to high kick the putty, but the clay foot soldier dodged her attach by running a few feet away. As Trini regained her composure, she noticed the putty come at her. She bent down, allowing the putty's stomach to end up hitting her back. The yellow ranger then stood back up, grabbed the putty, and hit it in it's neck. The putty fell to the ground.
Trini let out a smirk. "Told you you were going to pay."
Jason too was striking down putties. One of the putties tried to grab him but Jason got out of it's grip. Jason the punched the putty in the stomach and then in the face. The putty fell down and collapsed. Another putty attempted to kick Jason. Jason grabbed the putty's feet, twirled them around causing the putty to twirl around and face the other direction. The red ranger then punched the putty in the back and caused the foot soldier to fall down to the ground.
Meanwhile Billy grabbed a metal bar near a picnic table. He dodged one blow from a putty trying to strike him by ducking. Billy then proceeded to hit the putty the metal bar causing the thing to go down.
Billy then swirled the metal bar around at ease as another putty came and tried to attack the blue ranger. Billy used the metal bar and catapulted himself in the air and fly briefly before gravity caused him to come back down. Billy took the opportunity as he was coming back down to knock the putty down by kicking it in it's stomach causing the putty to fly and hit the ground several feet away from him.
Billy looked around and realized the rest of the putties had been dealt with by the other rangers. He threw the metal rod to the ground and met up with the others.
"Man Billy, I've never seen you fight like that before," Zach had noticed the blue ranger taking care of several putties.
Normally, the Billy that should be here would not have taken care of the putties like that as his fighting skills weren't up to par with the others. That would not take place until Tommy joined the team as the green ranger when Billy gained more confidence and better fighting skills.
Jason was also surprised by his friend's athleticism. "I saw you first help out Zach and then Kim, then you grabbed that metal beam and used it against them. I must say I'm impressed."
"Never underestimate one's own ability when their back is pinned against the proverbial wall," Billy responded back at his friends' remarks. "But it looks like whatever problem that was here has now cleared out."
"Not quite!" A monsterous voice called out.
The five teenagers looked at the monster. Billy now remembered this monster. The thing was called Drainage and had the ability to suck out the energy of people causing them to be extremely weak. Billy also remembered the monster being formidable but was easily defeated with the megazord.
Billy had also noticed the monster was accompanied by Goldar as well just like the last time when he had fought it before.
"It's morphin time!" Jason cried out.
"Masterdon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Sabertooth Tiger!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
The five teens flashed a dawned their respective ranger colored costumes.
"Power Rangers!" All five called out and did a signature pose.
"You rangers have had it!" Gloated Goldar. "Attack!"
The monster known as Drainage ran towards the five rangers. At first, the monster fought with all of it's might by punching, hitting, and kicking the rangers. However the rangers as a team of five continued to do the same to the monster.
Drainage fell back when it was attacked by the pink ranger.
"Nice hit Kim," Jason called out.
As the monster was recovering, Goldar flew into the air and started to attack the rangers. He first hit Trini with his sword which caused her to fall back. Then the black ranger tried to attack Goldar by hitting the monster, but Goldar swung his sword and hit Zach in the chest causing sparks to come alive on the black ranger's chest.
Jason finally was able to knock down Goldar.
"You'll pay for that red ranger!" The golden monkey warrior cried out.
Suddenly, Drainage came running towards the rangers and started to hit them. Billy tried to knock the monster out with several punches but the monster retaliated and punched the blue ranger back.
Billy collapsed to the ground.
The monster then grabbed ahold of Kimberly and proceeded to drain her energy by putting it's hands around the pink ranger.
The pink ranger cried out in pain as her energy was being sucked out. The pink ranger then fell to the ground motionless.
"Kim!" Trini called out.
"One down and four to go!" Drainage laughed at the other four rangers.
"Aw man, what did the monster do to Kim?" Zach asked as he was right next to Jason. Zach had recovered from the hit from Goldar.
"I don't know, but we need to get out of here," Jason said.
The monster and Goldar were surrounding the other four rangers as they wondered what to do next.
"Alpha, teleport us out of here, now," Jason said as he was talking into his communicator.
The five rangers teleported away from Goldar and Drainage.
