Moon Palace (mighty morphin season 3)
Billy had demorphed from his ninja outfit when he was captured by Rito. The blue ranger was being held by several tengas in the thrown room. He tried to break free but the tengas were too strong and were not letting him go. Billy realized it was hopeless to get away since the tengas were not budging.
Billy looked around. He saw Zedd's chair, something underneath a piece of cloth that looked like a cage of some sort, the telescope Rita used, the balcony, and smoke that filled the room. He also saw various exits that probably led to other places in the palace, but the exits were surrounded by smoke, so Billy could not see beyond anything to see where the exits lead to.
Billy felt somewhat weak and started to dose off and on with his eyes wanting to close, but Billy tried to make them stay open. Suddenly, the blue ranger heard footsteps. His eyes opened to see Lord Zedd along with Rita walking towards him.
"Ah," Rita said as she walked over to the blue ranger and eyed him.
Goldar and Rito were also near the blue ranger.
Rito, panting like a dog, was eager to be praised. "Look what I brought home. Just what you wanted, right sis?"
"You actually did good for once," Rita replied.
"You mean us," Goldar slapped Rito in the chest. "Don't forget me too!"
"Don't forget me too," Rito mocked Goldar. "Don't forget me too. I want some praise. Blah, blah, blah…"
"Quiet!" Zedd yelled at Rito. "Welcome blue ranger," Lord Zedd looked at the human. He got right next to Billy's face eyeing directly at him. "Can we get you anything? A beverage? Something to eat? Or how about your morpher?"
Zedd and Rita started to laugh as Zedd gestured his right hand towards Billy's morpher. The morpher was nearby sitting on a table.
"No doubt you're feeling weak because your precious power coin in now in the hands of evil," Zedd added. He did like to pick open the proverbial wound with these rangers. It was only fair since he had been defeated so many times by the hands of these so called teenagers; so now he can taste a little victory against them.
Billy let out a moan. He wasn't in the business of seeing them win against him or being held prisoner. Billy had always been the weak one in the power rangers group but grew stronger and a better fighter as the months and years went on thanks to Jason's karate classes and his confidence.
"What do you want me with?" Billy looked at Zedd in the face.
Zedd looked at his wife momentarily and then back at the blue ranger. No doubt if Zedd had any facial expressions he would be smiling at this very moment.
"Recently we've been told that my dark dimension was being scanned. I was told the person who scanned it was you. Why?" The emperor of all evil was prying the human teenager for information.
Billy simply lowered his head. He did not want to tell Zedd anything at all.
Zedd dived in closer. He positioned his Z staff underneath Billy's chin and raised Billy's head up so he was looking at Zedd again. "Answer me, boy!" Zedd's voice got a little louder as his patience was running out. His eyes deemed a darker shade of red than before as well.
Billy sighed. "I was looking for a way to get inside your dimension in case you placed one of us there." He paused to let that information absorb into their minds. "You happy now?"
"So the little geeky power puke thought he would outsmart us," Rita chastised.
Billy eyed Rita. "Done so many a times against you. I suppose that's why he came here, so that he could finish what you couldn't."
Billy's remark stroke a tone with the witch. She wanted to use her staff and kill Billy for that rebuttal or at least cause him enough pain to where he would never say something like that again. "Listen here brat, you so much as dare say another thing like that to me, and I'll throw you off of this balcony and let the oxygen-less atmosphere of the moon consume you." She paused. "Then dear old Zordon can teleport your dead corpse into the Command Center and all of your power failure friends can look in horror."
Despite that being something the two of them would like to see, Zedd had other plans for the blue ranger. "Come now my storm cloud. We wouldn't want to do anything to Mr. Cranston just yet," Zedd replied looking at his wife.
Zedd turned his attention to the Billy again. "Also of some importance, no doubt you're experiencing time jumps, something that I designed in case you all got the bright idea of trying to penetrate my dark dimension." He let out several chuckles at the sheer thought of Billy getting disoriented by the traveling to different points in time. "However, one thing we know is that you have been traveling into the future, yes?"
Billy did not say anything and let what the emperor say hang in the air.
Zedd groaned. He knew Billy wasn't going to say anything. But Zedd knew when he designed the booby trap that he would make whoever scanned his dimension fall victim of time traveling.
"No matter. I designed the trap myself," Zedd said. He then got into the blue ranger's face. His head touching the flesh of Billy's. "You have information I need. Information about the future," Zedd's voice grew a little with rage. "I want to know when you traveled in time and more importantly what is going on. Have we conquered Earth? Are we still fighting you all?"
Again, Billy just stood there motionless and hesitant to say anything.
Suddenly, Zedd smacked the blue ranger across the face. The attack jolted the tengas holding the blue ranger causing them to lose their grip momentarily, but they regain their hold on the human. Zedd then grabbed Billy by the neck. His fingers were penetrating Billy's skin. Little streaks of blood started to come out of the neck skin of Billy where Zedd's fingers were grasping.
Nearby, Squatt and Baboo watched gleefully seeing Zedd have his way with the blue ranger. Squatt was eating some popcorn.
"This is so much fun," Squatt took great pleasure in watching Zedd toy around with the blue ranger. Squatt then took a handful of popcorn and stuffed it in his mouth.
"I so agree," Baboo said and then grabbed a handful of popcorn that Squatt had and drowned it in his mouth. "This beats seeing Zedd and Rita get onto Goldar or Rito."
"Or even us," Squatt added.
"So be it," Zedd said in a mellow but somewhat low and striking tone to the blue ranger. He let go of Billy's neck. Zedd's finger imprints on Billy's skin showed along with the little drips of blood that streaked down the blue ranger's neck.
Billy let out several coughs and was trying to catch his breath.
Despite the fact she was usually in on most of his plans, Rita was not for sure what Zedd was planning on doing next. "What's your next move twinkle toes? On to plan B like you said earlier?"
Zedd nodded. "Since we already got his power coin, Ninjor trapped, and the white ranger's precious little falcon in that cage, we might as well go all the way."
Billy eyed the cage right next to Zedd's chair. So that's where the falcon is. Inside the cage. If I could only get to there and also to my morpher, Billy thought but couldn't. He also wondered where Ninjor was being kept. Too bad Zedd did not blurt that one out. He hoped the others would come and rescue him fast. There was no telling what Zedd and Rita would do to him.
Command Center
Tommy had joined the others in the Command Center. Rocky was pacing around. Aisha was worried. Adam looked on at his friends. Kat looked at Tommy and then at Rocky.
"Guys, what are we going to do?" Kat said. She looked dismayed from losing Billy to the hands of evil.
"We can't let them have Billy," Aisha was determined to get her friend back albeit doing whatever it takes. "He's one of us."
"Alpha, can you even lock on to Billy?" Adam gave a thoughtful idea to the robot.
"I keep on trying, but there's a lot of interference at the moment," Alpha's voice was more frightened as evident that the others could tell.
Suddenly, a high pitched noise blared across the room causing the rangers to cover their ears. The noise was also affecting Alpha as he stopped looking for Billy and started to twirl around.
"What is that noise?" Rocky had his hands covering his ears. His ears were throbbing from the loud noise.
"Someone needs to shut that off," Aisha said as she winced with pain.
Suddenly a cackling sound came on inplace of the high pitched noise from just a few seconds ago. Everyone had removed their hands over their ears as the cackling sound grew louder. Finally, the rangers and Alpha determined it was coming from the viewing globe.
"Greetings rangers."
The five rangers recognized that voice. They looked at the viewing globe, their expressions in horror as they saw the figure beam in the globe. It was Zedd.
"I'm glad I could have your attention again," the emperor said as he was sitting on his thrown chair.
"What do you want?" Tommy looked on in shock and seriousness.
"No doubt you want to teleport to the Command Center again," Alpha added.
The last time Zedd was on the viewscreen, he had Kimberly and was draining her life energy. He had also commandeered the pink power coin thanks in part of Katherine who was still under control of Rita at the time and also took Tommy's falcon ninja zord away from him.
"Not this time robot," Zedd responded cooly. "We have something you want."
"If you harmed Billy in any way," Tommy began before stopping.
"I have not harmed the blue ranger," Zedd started up again. "Infact, he's been my guest. I felt that it was way overdue to have one of you come up here for a change. Afterall, you showed me such hospitality when I visited your humble home, so I felt I should do the same for one of you."
The rangers then saw Billy being held by the tengas. He looked worse for ware and looked more weak than before thanks in part to the continuing evil presence that was affecting the wolf ninja power coin.
"Billy," Kat whispered in horror.
"Return him Zedd," Zordon spoke up.
"Save it Zordon," Zedd's voice boomed at his defense against Zordon's orders. "I'm the one who is in control, not you. You will listen to me."
"Then what do you want?" Rocky was angry at the villain keeping Billy a prisoner.
"Simple," Zedd began before being interrupted.
Just then, Rita got infront of Zedd as she interrupted him. "Give us your power coins or your precious blue ranger dies."
Zedd, mad at his wife, got up from his chair and pushed Rita aside causing her to lash out off camera at her husband.
"You've got one hour to decide rangers," Zedd scolded. He disappeared from the viewing globe.
The rangers looked at each other lost and dejected.
"What are we going to do?" Adam said. "We can't give them our coins."
Aisha looked at Adam and then at the others. "What about Billy? They'll kill him, Adam." Everyone knew the yellow ranger was right. "We can't just let him die up there or get tortured. We have to get him back."
Rocky nodded. "I agree. Zedd and Rita would like nothing better to do than to kill one of us off." He paused. "They would also keep Billy's power coin, and we need that for Billy's zord to help form the Shogun Megazord."
Tommy looked on as he was hearing what the others were discussing. They needed a plan to rescue Billy. He needed a plan to rescue Billy. Time was short and so was Billy's life.
