JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Street Fight Vengeance!, a Street Fighter + JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Crossover fanfic

Hi everyone! It's me, WOLFWATCHER12 here for yet another crossover, this time it's with the Shonen Jump manga/anime series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and one of my favorite fighting games ever even though I only played it once...STREET FIGHTER! And boy am I stoked for the upcoming Street Fighter VI and I have seen the trailers for it and lemme tell you, it is AWESOME-RIFFIC! I mean, seeing Ryu with a beard, EPIC! And the game is also gonna have a new setting on it, 'World Tour' mode. Anyhow, here's how the story is gonna go.

In Metro City, a young man named Joey Kenjo (my OC for this story), or JoJo as his nickname is, was out on a nightly jog when someone was being attacked in the park and at that moment, Joey has discovered a power he never thought he would have, he's a Stand user and Hamon user. He uses it to protect the streets of Metro City from those who abuse the law and order, even though he's not a cop. His mother knows about his Stand, he doesn't know how but his father is also a Stand User, Joseph Joestar and his half-brother Josuke Higashikata. He meets with his nephew, Jotaro Kujo who has the Stand called Star Platinum and he warns him about someone coming after him.

Meanwhile, M. Bison and Shadaloo are up to their old tricks again, this time they found what remains of the Joestar family's greatest enemy, a vampire named Dio Brando and they use him to bring forth an army of monsters and ghouls to bring the world to its knees and they are all disguised as humans too. Joey is walking about and when he stops at this elimination match and wins it, but later that night he is ambushed by some thugs hired by his former crush, Ronda Wardell-Hutchensen and is saved by Interpol officer Chun-Li. She goes with him to find Jotaro and they tell him about what happened. Ryu and Ken arrive along with Col. William Guile and they want to know what this is about. And he shows photos of Shadaloo and what remains of Dio and they are stunned to see this.

Feeling there's no time to waste, Joey and the others hear that the next Street Fighter Tournament is happening all around the world and if they want to stop Shadaloo, they have to compete in it. So they split up into teams and find what they can dig up. As it happens, Joey begins falling for Chun-Li. And not only that but some of Joey's guy friends end up crushing on Sakura Kasugano and Laura Matsuda, they also meet new allies from around the world. Will it work out between them and will Joey reduce Dio's last remains to ash? And what will the hero's reaction be when a familiar face returns?

Chapter 1: The Beginning Of A Bizarre Journey!

Location: Metro City, New York, U.S.A. - 8:00 PM.

It was a normal night in the bustling town of Metro City, New York. People were just going about their evening, coming home from work, having dinner with their families and the night people were just starting their shifts. And it is here on the streets near Metro Park where we see a statue of Mike Haggar, the mayor of this city, and we see some people running for their lives, one is an adult woman and the other is her 13 year old son, they looked like they had been running from someone. And oddly enough, that someone was overly drunk on alcohol, namely Whiskey, plus it was the woman's husband and father of her son, who she had a fight with earlier in the night.

"Sam, hurry! Here he comes!" said the woman, urging her son to hurry it up.

Her son, now called Sam, kept running for his life, trying to avoid his father, who had been a total psycho to both of them, he went so far as to smash the trophy he had earned for winning a science fair, even going so far as to say he was not smart enough and that his mom was filling his head with nonsense. "I'm hurrying, mom!" he said.

"YOU GET BACK HERE YOU SHITS!" the psycho father shouted, as he was trying to catch up with them.

However, little did they know, someone was out in the middle of a nighttime run in the park, this someone had a hood over his head and only a sky blue streak of hair could be seen from it. He was dressed in a white, red and black sweatshirt that looked like the hooded garments in Assassin's Creed and he also had red, blue and white headphones around his neck at the moment, as well as a gray t-shirt, some navy cargo pants, black boots and MMA gloves that are black, blue and white.

Eventually, the woman tripped and fell onto the ground, prompting Sam to tend to her. "MOM!" he yelled in fright. But then the alcoholic father kicked Sam in the side of the head.

"YOU SO MUCH AS TOUCH THAT BITCH AND YOUR DEAD!" he yelled at the boy in a rage, little realizing that the guy in the hood saw what he was doing. He could see that Sam was crying, as was his mother. "I'm gonna get you this time, brat!" he added, insulting him. "No ones coming for you…You're not worth it!" He then had an evil smirk on his face. "You and that bitch, are WORTHLESS!"

The guy in the hood said in his thoughts, as he saw him whack the woman with his whiskey bottle and she and her son were both bleeding. 'Fuck, this guy is heartless.' he thought.

As he kept walking towards the drunkard. "I kept telling you, your fantasies are STUPID, but you don't want to listen! YOU'RE! NOT! SMART! ENOUGH!"

"Yes I am!" he said. "I'm way smarter than you could ever hope to be!" Sam stood up to his drunken father. "It's not MY fault you're an inconsiderate jerk-wad who did nothing with his life, BUTCH!"

The drunken father, now called Butch, then got in Sam's face and said, "I told you to NEVER speak to me like that again!" he yelled.

"I DON'T CARE!" Sam shot back at him, making his mother stunned to see this. Little realizing that the guy who was walking in that direction was recording everything with his phone, video, audio and all. "You can try and break me, but you can NEVER crush my spirit!" he declared, making both his parents stunned. "You are a scumbag, alcoholic and overdrunk moron! And to top it all off, YOU! ARE THE WORST FATHER EVER!"

Butch was not having that, "THAT'S IT! FUCK THE RULES! YOU'RE GETTING PUNISHED AND FORBIDDEN FROM EVER LEAVING THE HOUSE!" he yelled, whacking Sam over the head with his bottle. "I'm gonna lock you in the basement forever, you'll NEVER get out and if you so much as leave, I WILL SHOOT MY GUN AT YOU!" he got out a gun and was about to fire with an evil grin on his face.

"YOU'VE NEVER SUPPORTED MY DREAMS, NO MATTER MY EFFORTS!" Sam shouted back, kicking him in the shin and the balls. "Why do you have such a problem with me following my dreams?!" he cried.

"Because, dreams do not come true! And I NEVER loved you, you stupid, shitty brat!" Butch said, sadistically. "Your dream of getting into college is NEVER gonna happen! I FORBID IT! ALL DREAMS SHOULD BURN UP AND DIE, JUST LIKE YOUR USELESS, FUCKING WHORE MOTHER!" he yelled, as the guy in the hood gritted his teeth in rage. "NO ONE'S GONNA HELP YOU! DIE!" Butch pointed his gun at Sam and his mother again.

But then, the guy in the hood, grabbed the gun and swiped it out of Butch's hands, breaking the gun in half. He stopped recording the whole thing and sent the video to the police anonymously. "..." He just stayed silent as Butch was stunned.

"WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?" he demanded, while still holding his alcohol bottle. "THIS IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! GET OUT OF HERE, THIS IS NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINE–" he was cut off when the guy in the hood grabbed him tightly by the neck.

The guy in the hood finally spoke. "I DON'T CARE IF IT'S MY BUSINESS OR NOT, SO SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH, ASSHOLE! AND LEAVE THEM ALONE OR I WILL BREAK YOUR NECK!" It was at that moment, a third arm popped out of the side of his body and then he grabbed him by the neck and slammed him on a rock, hurting his back.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he screamed in pain.

"You forbid nothing, you scumfucker!" he declared to him. "It seems like everywhere I go, this sort of thing happens around me a lot. Good fucking damn grief! Guys like you make me sick to my stomach." he said to Butch, as he took off his hood to reveal that he had messy black hair with a blue streak in the front, icy blue eyes and a scar on the bridge of his nose. "And you call yourself a father, bullshit! You're nothing but a scum-fucking alcoholic old fart who treats his own child and wife like slaves!" he had a stare of anger inside him and boy did he look mad.

"WHY THE HELL DO YOU CARE, THIS DIDN'T INVOLVE YOU!" Butch shot back at him.

"I DON'T GIVE A FUCKING DAMN RAT'S ASS!" he shot back. "Kids like him have big dreams and they WORK HARD to make them real, and that is something a gutless, spineless, piece of shit turd scum like you will NEVER understand!" that had Sam and his mother astonished.

But, Butch was not going to have it so he broke his bottle and it was now turned into a weapon. "FUCK YOU! AND DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" he yelled, charging at the guy, but all of a sudden, the guy grabbed his wrist kicked the broken bottle out of Butch's hand and it was sent flying onto the grass.

"I don't fucking think so!" the guy said. And the guy being began rapidly punching Butch in so many painful places and knocked him out. Next he threw Butch onto the ground and then a 3rd arm popped out and punched him in the eye. The guy was so stunned at how he did that and at first, he was beside himself. 'I knocked the guy out and yet, I don't know how I did that.' he thought to himself. And he just stared at the horrible man and spat on his face. 'Oh, I better see how the woman and her son are doing!' he exclaimed to himself.

Just then, he raced over to Sam and his mother and asked, "Are you both alright?" to them, offering to help them up.

The woman looked up and saw who her "guardian angel" was, he took his hood off to show he had dark brown hair with a sky blue streak in it. "Yes, we're fine. Thank you so much!" she said, as she broke down crying as she hugged the boy. He looked like he was 18 years old. "My name is Chloe, Chloe Van Stommford, and this is my son, Sam."

"Hi." Sam greeted the mystery guy. "Thank you so much for knocking out my alcoholic father!" he added to what was said.

"You're welcome, little dude." said the teenager. "Right now, let's get the cops over here and send this guy to jail!"

"No need for that." said a male voice, coming from behind. It was the Metro City Police Department, MCPD for short and they saw the drunken man, "We're already here, and we saw the way you beat this guy up while he was overdosed on alcohol." said the officer. "And I gotta say, you're a good fighter. We'll handle the rest from here. But what about Chloe and Sam?"

The teenager said, "They can stay at my place for the night." he offered, turning to them and making them smile a little bit. "And also, they might need to find a new place to live since if that guy gets out, he'll be begging for another chance, but I don't think he deserves it."

"Well, he's actually going to jail for the rest of his life," said the cop's partner. "And we'll make sure he doesn't escape. We have a special cell for him."

"Or rather, we have a special WING for him." said the first cop, adding to that. "The solitary confinement wing, get him in a straight jacket and haul him away!" He ordered one of his squad.

Just then, a female cop appeared. She had very long, slender, muscular legs and short, shoulder-length, blonde hair with fringes on each side and was tied into a small ponytail. She wore her dark blue cap adorned with her sunglasses. She stood at an above-average height, having a toned physique and her eyes were blue. She wore a blue long sleeved miniature jacket with MCPD emblems in each sleeve, folded into her cuffs. The collar of her jacket is dark blue. Underneath, she wears a bluish-gray sleeveless collared shirt with a tie in the center. Her sports bra is black and shows her ample cleavage, her denim shorts are darkwash and she wore a bluish gray and yellow striped stockings that went up to her thighs, dark blue combat boots and pink soles. She also wore a single dark blue bracelet on her left that resembles gauntlets which is connected to her dark blue fingerless gloves and the other being her matching elbow band on her right elbow. She also carried a tonfa baton which was holstered on the left side. "You got a lot of heart, kiddo." she said, as she began writing down something, it looked like her phone number. "If you need someone to talk to, call me." she winked. "Officer Lucia Morgan, Metro City Police Department, I was sent by Mayor Haggar to have that drunkard arrested. Have a good night, Sam, Chloe. And you, what's your name?"

"That's what I'd like to know too." said Sam, feeling curious.

Chloe asked, "Yes, that is a good question. What is your name, young man?"

The teen did a breakdance spin and stood against the light post, taking his hood off. "It's Kenjo…Joey Kenjo." he introduced himself, making Lucia blush a little as he stood there in a cool-ish way. "But you can call me 'JoJo', everyone does." he pointed out.

The policewoman, now called Lucia Morgan smiled and said, "Well, have a good night, JoJo." she blew him a kiss and he smiled at her. The other officers were bewildered to see one of their own flirting with a civilian.

Little did Joey, Sam and Chloe know, someone was watching the whole thing, or rather, three individuals. One was dressed in a purple, dark cerulean and silver duster coat with some golden accents on it and he had short black hair and teal eyes, while he also wore a gold, purple and blue trimmed black hat that blended into his hair. One was dressed in what looked like a navy, sky blue and white motorcycle outfit with the peace symbol on the right side of his chest while a heart was on the left, on each side of the collar was a different item, on the right was two hearts and the left had an anchor. He had short black hair with some navy highlights and was done in the style of a pompadour that the singer called 'Prince' had and he had blue eyes. The last one was a little shorter than them, but he had spiky silver hair and sky blue eyes and was dressed in a blue and golden trimmed green jacket and dark pants with decorated shoes that had the logo for a manga called 'Pink Dark Boy' on them.

"Well, looks like our suspicions were confirmed, this Joey Kenjo guy is a Stand user." said the guy with the silver hair. "What do you make of it Josuke?" He looked to the guy with the pompadour, now called Josuke.

Josuke replied, "Well Koichi, Joey's Stand is strong enough to wipe the floor with a drunkard like that scumbag." as he admired Joey's skills. "But, I think I also sense the fury of a warrior inside him. I wonder why though?"

The one with the hat looked at this too. "In any case, I think we should introduce ourselves to him tomorrow. He could be a potential ally, so let's let him rest." he said, in a deep voice.

"Sounds good to me." said Josuke, as he agreed. "We better head back to the hotel. Lead the way, Jotaro." he allowed, as the one called Jotaro led the way.

These individuals were Koichi Hirose, Josuke Higashikata and Jotaro Kujo, they had come from Japan all the way to Metro City, hoping to find someone of the likes of the boy, now revealed as Joey Kenjo, and noticed that he had the same nickname Josuke had, as well as Jotaro. Koichi was a meek-natured, amiable and kind-hearted young man who eventually became a Stand User. A Stand is a physical manifestation of a person's "life energy", they generally presents itself as an ethereal figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the Stand User, can be wielded for good or evil. The name of Koichi's Stand is [REVERB], which can evolve or devolve from different Acts.

Josuke Higashikata is a biracial (half-Japanese and half-British) first-year high school student going on to college, he grew up in the town of Budogaoka, Morioh in Japan. He is a tall, young man who used to have an average build, but he has built a little muscle. His most prominent feature is his well-maintained pompadour with two small, curved spikes in the back, styled after that of an unknown man who saved his life as a child. His pompadour has a tendency to become spiky with his mood, such as when he is irritated or angry. His mother, Tomoko, was a medical student attending university in Tokyo and had a relationship with a man named Joseph Joestar, the founder of Joestar Realty, while still in university. The 62-year-old man, however, was married to an Italian woman named Suzi Q at the time, and so Tomoko didn't tell him that she was pregnant with his illegitimate child, Josuke, of which Joseph would have knowledge of only when the boy was 16. The name of his Stand is [SHINING DIAMOND] and he used it to beat the evil Stand User, Anjuro 'Angelo' Katagiri and his Stand, [AQUA NECKLACE] after Angelo killed his grandfather, Ryohei, who was the very cop who arrested Angelo.

Jotaro Kujo was older than Josuke and Koichi and a marine explorer, apparently academics knew him best for his outstanding studies in the field of ecology. There's a fierceness about him and he's really intellectual. He was a tall and muscular man, who is often described by other characters as attractive due to how he looked, when he was a teenager, he was often called a delinquent. He has dark hair that constantly blends with his hat and a strong jawline. He also bears a mild resemblance to his great-great-grandfather, the late-great Jonathan Joestar, and his grandfather, Joseph, who is also Josuke's father, when he was young. A while back, Jotaro and his grandpa went with their allies, Mohammed Avdol, Noriaki Kakyoin, Jean Pierre Polnareff and Iggy to Cairo, Egypt. They went there to confront an evil Stand User named Dio Brando/DIO, who had the Stand known as [THE WORLD] and save the life of his mother, Holy Joestar/Seiko Kujo. Jotaro was always with his delinquent tendencies because his father, Sadao, was never around. Sadao was a jazz musician who was always on tour.

When Josuke was developing his Stand and became ill (much like his half-sister, Holy Kujo), she drove through a blizzard to take him to the hospital, though this resulted in the car being lodged in the snow. They were eventually saved by an unknown high school student with a pompadour, who had thrown his coat under the car, allowing it to plow through. So, whenever anyone disrespects his hairdo, it means disrespecting the one who saved him.

'Good frickin' Grief, this better not mean what I think it does.' Jotaro thought, as they went back to their hotel to get some rest.

STREET FIGHT VENGEANCE!

Location: Cairo, Egypt - 9:58 PM

We find ourselves in the sandy country of Egypt near the town of Cairo, where we see numerous jeeps, trucks and other vehicles all with the same logo on it. This logo had a skull with wings on it. And there was a small lightning bolt in the forehead of the skull. This was the logo for the criminal organization called Shadaloo, a group that is responsible for dealing biochemical drugs and arms on the black market. And out of the main jeep came a man dressed in a red military uniform with large silver shoulder plates, wrist bands, and shin guards, on his service cap is the skull insignia of Shadaloo. His clothing highly resembles the Japanese and Chinese Imperial uniforms in red, as per his inspirational sources, with some possible influences from the uniforms worn by SS officers of Nazi Germany; the winged skull on his visor cap and the first letter of Shadaloo on his belt is shaped as a single Sig rune. He sports a dark-colored cape and has neatly cut black hair under his peaked cap, which he is almost never seen without. This was M. Bison, the superhuman leader of Shadaloo and with him were his foot soldiers.

"Master Bison, sir! Welcome to Egypt!" greeted one of his henchmen.

Bison smiled, "Thank you, Commander. How is the dig coming along?" he asked him.

"Quite well, sire!" said the Commander, as he began to elaborate. They then began walking around the area and avoided the public and they stopped by what looked to be a mansion that had been closed down since the 80's, they went through the central courtyard.

Something was discovered underneath the mansion and they were working to find a way to get into what they believed to be a hidden tomb. "And you're certain he was here?" asked Bison.

"Yes sire, our many scientists in multiple fields have depicted the exact location of the tomb and even discovered the name of a family that was supposedly the guardians of the tomb itself." The commander explained. "Turns out that there's some truth to the story as we did a seismic scan of the earth directly below the basement and discovered a structure hidden deep beneath the foundations."

They all walked to the remains of the tomb and then they entered a room that had been converted into a laboratory. Many scientists were studying various items brought out from the inside of the tomb they broke into. They also saw that there were dried up splatters of blood everywhere. "Why is there blood all over the floors?" he asked.

And then, the commander replied, "These were blood splatters from the victims of what we found to be a….vampire!" he dreaded.

"Ah…A vampire, and I thought Demitri was the only one of them nowadays." Bison said as he moved forward.

(A/N: The one Bison mentioned was Demitri Maximoff from the monster fighting game Darkstalkers. Demitri Maximoff is the lord of the vampires in that game's storyline. And some fans have been clamoring for Darkstalkers 4, heck, even I want to see it be made in 3-D CGI! I also want to see Tecmo and Team Ninja make Dead Or Alive 7, but those people who are disappointed with DOA 6 and others like it, they're just so damn toxic!)

"He's the only one that we know of, sire, most likely all of the others that still exist are either locked away in tombs or just simply in hiding." The commander suggested.

"A likely scenario given your recent trouble." Bison agreed. And then they went right to the spot where Jotaro defeated the Joestar family's greatest enemy and the Shadaloo members that were there managed to scrape some of the DNA cells from said enemy. "See if we can use any of the genetic material." He ordered. "If not for a clone then perhaps for a boost in the troops."

Just then, one of his soldiers stepped forward, "Sir, if I may speak, sir!"

"You may." Bison said to one of his men.

"Perhaps we can use these samples to revive this being!" said the soldier.

Bison thought about it and he greenlit it. "Excellent idea, soldier!" He praised his soldier. "I'm glad you thought of it."

"Thank you, sir!" the soldier saluted.

They began getting to work on reviving the ancient enemy of the Joestar family. They put the DNA inside this giant tube and it began forming something in a matter of minutes, it formed a skeleton, then some organs and bodily cells and finally skin and then it grew blond hair and the characteristic was the three moles on its left ear. "Sir, it worked!"

Bison looked on from the observation room. He took a closer look at the face using a camera and then suddenly the eyes opened. "What? What is this!?" demanded the life form.

"Pardon me, sir, but I, General M. Bison of Shadaloo, have brought you back so that we may join our forces together and through our combined efforts we may take control of the world." Bison declared to the being inside.

The being was astonished to hear that someone actually brought him back. The liquidated coolant inside the chamber drained and the being landed on his feet and the door opened up. He revealed that his eyes were red and he also had fangs. "Ugh….You brought me back to assist you?" he asked, as he slowly got up to his feet. "I feel a strange power surging through me."

Just then, a man with blonde hair and a white mask dressed in a pair of black, golden yellow, red and purple pants with a red sash around his waist while he had no shirt on and showed he had muscle and a purple cobra tattoo on his body, going from is right arm to his chest and he also had a golden arm band on his right bicep and a set of three claws on his left glove while his right hand was taped up. This was Vega, one of Bison's assassins and a valuable member of Shadaloo. "That's actually normal, having just been raised from the grave with the power of Enyadium." he showed the substance that the Shadaloo soldiers used to revive this being.

"Enyadium, what sort of strange substance is that?" The being asked, but then he recognized the name, "Wait, this substance is named for the witch, Enyaba?!" he squinted as he wanted to know.

"The very essence of Enyaba, to be exact." Vega replied.

The being just laughed at the irony of it all, "Ah, yes! I can feel the dark energy growing within me!" he said. "How ironic, Enyaba's power giving me life once more!" he said, as the female soldiers saw how devilishly handsome he looked. He then looked at Bison. "M. Bison, right? Who is this one in the mask?"

Bison then introduced his men to him. "This right here is Vega, our assassin and master of Spanish Ninjutsu. He's also a bit of a narcissist, as well as my personal bodyguard." he told him, as Vega removed his mask and some of the women soldiers felt turned on by him.

The being looked on. "Hmm, charming." he said. "And what can you do?"

"I shall show you." Bison then channeled his purple energy and fired it at a barrel that was empty. "That was my Psycho Power."

The being gasped, he had never thought he'd see a superhuman such as Bison before. "Remarkable, and who are they?" he pointed to three others that were in the room.

The first was a tall, heavily built and very muscular African-American boxer. a blue openly hooded robe with yellow outlines and ripped sleeves; on the back it has the design of "Crazy Buffalo" in a black round sign, a large golden crown with clouds and several red stars, the outline on his boxing gloves are black with gold star designs, his boxer shorts are black and he wears matching boxing boots with white outlines. "This right here is Balrog, a boxer who joined our ranks a long time ago after his boxing career went under."

"I am F.A.N.G., chief scientist of Shadaloo." said the second person, as they bowed. F.A.N.G. was a very thin and tall man with a medium length black hair tied in low ponytail and a thin goatee who wears a loose, purple Chinese changpao with a Chinese character on the front, a misspelled variant of two, er 貳, black Chinese capris with matching Chinese toe shoes and red long socks. He also wears a pair of small, black, circular shades and a large black hat with red linings.

Bison then revealed, "His hands, which are normally concealed by his flared sleeves, glow purple, presumably as a result of his poison techniques."

The being smiled in amusement at this. "Hmm, that could be very useful." he said.

It was at that moment the third one was revealed to be a woman with black hair that had purple spiral-like accents in it. She was dressed in a purple dudou, a form of Chinese bra-like top on her chest supported with eight straps that meet on her back, forming a spider pattern. She wears long, baggy, off-white sweatpants and purple tights, and long, fingerless gloves. Her fingernails and toenails are painted bright pink. She has dark hair styled into two horns on top of her head, which appear to be fastened with pink ribbons. She wears Taekwondo foot wraps on her feet. This was Juri Han, Shadaloo's 3rd in command, she was crazy, but had a charm to her.

"And this is our 3rd in command, Juri Han." Bison introduced the young woman to him. "And since we brought you back, may we ask who you are?"

The being was a little confused but then he told them who he was, "Ask and you shall receive….I…am DIO! Dio Brando, and as it's any recognition….I'm a vampire!" he denoted, revealing his name and what he was.

This revelation shocked F.A.N.G., Balrog and Vega. "A…Vampire?!" asked Balrog.

"H-H-H-H-H-How is that possible!?" F.A.N.G. demanded, feeling flabbergasted. "I thought that Dracula was just a novel!"

The being, now revealed to be Dio Brando, the one Jotaro defeated in 1987, was a little puzzled and then he scoffed. "Dracula….Poncy bugger owes me 11 pounds of gold, so you know." he told them, making them look at each other.

"You know him AND Demitri Maximoff?" asked Vega.

Dio then said, "Know them….We're old rivals." he said to them. "But then, Drac got famous and forgot all about his foes." he chuckled at this. "And Demitri, he still hides in the shadows." but then he also began to add something else in. "I tell you what though, that glory hound has done more harm to vampires than any hunter. I mean, his story gets out and suddenly everyone knows how to kill us! And his powers are nothing but showy gypsy stuff!"

Balrog was surprised, "Whoa, was not expecting that to happen." he said.

Juri then walked up to Dio, "I bet Drac and Demitri aren't as fine to look at as you are, Dio." she said, in a seductive way.

The reborn vampire then cupped the woman's chin and smiled at her, "I appreciate your compliment, Juri." he said. "Also, it seems your fellow female soldiers can't keep their eyes off of me." They all looked around and saw that it was true. "Perhaps my attractiveness could be useful." Dio mentioned to himself with a grin. And at the same time, it made Vega jealous.

"And it is only the beginning of what we can benefit from each other." Bison declared with a triumphant grin. "Join us and we shall conquer this world and grant you revenge on the Joestar family."

"Does the Joestar family still exists?" Dio asked in shock.

"Indeed, for I have been tracking their family for a while, in case they become a potential problem, and I can lead you to them." Bison explained as he held up a USB with the Joestar family information.

"Then consider us allies." Dio declared. "Assist me in destroying the Joestar family bloodline and I shall do everything within my power to help you take over the world."

They shook hands and Bison said, "Fantastic grip."

"Been working on it for over a hundred years." Dio pointed out, and thus their new partnership began.

Location: Metro City, New York, U.S.A. - 11:00 AM

Now we turn our attention to Metro City once again, where we see Joey Kenjo in his bed, he had no shirt on and his blanket was on the right side of his bed, which looked like the one from those custom bedmakers websites. He had numerous things in his bedroom, DVD's, Blu-Ray's, PS4, PS3, Original XBox, Gamecube, Switch, Wii, GBA, Genesis, PS2 and PS1 games. As well as numerous CD's of a lot of bands and artists, such as Bon Jovi, Weird Al Yankovic, Stan Bush, Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown, Johnny Gill, Madonna, Big Time Rush, Will Smith, Peter Gabriel, T.M. Network, GACKT, DAIGO and more.

On his walls were posters of sexy women in bikinis and streetwear. And even a few with some girls in various costumes just for fun. It was definitely a room for a guy.

As he got up he noticed something unexpected. There was something else next to him. It was a plate of chocolate chip pancakes topped with blueberry jam, a glass of orange juice and some bananas. There was also a note attached to it.

'Joey, me and Chloe made this for you. It was her way of thanking you for saving her and Sam from their abusive father last night. I still want to hear about it, please tell me when you're ready. Love ~ Mom.' it read.

This was a note from Joey's mother.

And so, he got out of bed, went into his bathroom, brushed his teeth, took a quick shower, and then dressed in the same outfit he had last night, considering he had more than one of the same clothing. Next, he took his plate of breakfast and sat at the counter in the dining room, where he was joined by Sam and saw that his mother and Chloe were having a friendly chat.

Joey's mother, Rachel, was a young woman with long brown hair done in a ponytail and she had the same eye color as he did, she was dressed in a navy blue sundress, purple cropped jacket and tan nylon stockings that went up to her thighs. She also had 39 H Cup breasts, and loved to flaunt her cleavage. Plus, she had a behind as ample as one of the Kardashians, but it was not fake, all natural and the size of her hips was 41 inches.

It was definitely hard not being attracted to his mother. She was truly the sexiest mother in Metro City, at least that's what the boys in Joey's school said, they all had a crush on her.

"Good morning." Sam said with a smile.

"Good morning, Sam." Joey said, greeting his new friend.

"How are you feeling this morning?" Sam asked.

"I'm doing alright." Joey replied before asking. "You?"

"Much better than yesterday, even though I won my competition, my scumbag father still showed no appreciation for my efforts." Sam said. "Thanks, for everything you did."

Joey smiled at Sam, "I'm just glad I could help you and your mom." He said. Then he turned around as he took a sip of his OJ and spoke to his mother, "Mrs. Van Stommford."

"Please, call me Chloe." She assured him. "What is it, JoJo?"

"If you don't mind me asking, why did you put with that Butch guy for so many years and finally gather the courage to stand up to file for divorce against him?" He wondered.

Chloe then replied, "Well, the courage to do so has always been inside of me." She started off. "I just needed to find it." She then told him about the horrible things Butch had done to her and Sam. "He would always hit me with his alcohol bottle, give me a black eye and even do the same thing to Sam and belittled him, which is why every time he went to school, it was when he was being bullied that reminded him of how awful my ex-husband treated him." she replied.

"Yeah, but he threatened us to not tell anybody, or he would make sure we would never see the light of day ever again." Sam added to that. "And when he hit mom with the bottle again, that's when I punched him in his private area." he said, telling him that he punched his own father right in the balls.

They all laughed about that as they thought it was funny.

"Good shot." Joey declared in between laughs. "VERY good!"

They eventually stopped laughing and caught their breath before continuing.

"So, what else happened after that?" Joey asked curiously, as he took another bite of his pancakes.

"Well, after I punched him in the balls, he smashed the trophy I earned and destroyed all my pictures that I made." Sam told him. "And not only that, but he began choking me, only to get bashed in the head by mom, he was out cold for a few minutes and by the time he got back up, he saw us bolting it out of the house and chased after us."

"That was when you showed up and beat him up." said Chloe, adding to that sentiment. "You stood up to Butch, even though he didn't care and you sent him flying across the area and you also smashed his face with your bare fists."

Joey nodded to that. "Yeah, but to be frank, I don't know how I sent him flying." he said, telling her what he had thought about the whole night. "It was almost as if I had….a third arm coming out of me."

Rachel had a strange feeling in the back of her head. It was a feeling that she knew something about it, but couldn't put her finger on it. "I think I know what this is." she said. They all turned to hear her out. "I think that third arm you mentioned is actually known as….A Stand."

Joey looked on and asked, "A…Stand?" He did not know what that was. "What exactly is a Stand?" he asked as he was completely curious about it.

It was then that his mom explained everything, "A Stand is the physical manifestation of your soul or fighting spirit." she began. "It generally presents itself as an ethereal figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the Stand User, can be wielded for good or evil."

This news had Joey stunned. "Whoa, wasn't expecting that."

"Nobody usually does." His mom replied. "The term of always expecting the unexpected is definitely a strong one."

Sam then wondered, "Is that what Joey used to knock my father out?" he asked Rachel.

She nodded, "Yes, Sam." she replied. "However, unlike most people, I have the ability to see someone's Stand, because I myself have a gift that allows me to do so." she said. "You see, I have Hamon in my blood."

Joey was wide-eyed in shock. "What did you just say?" he asked. "Hamon?"

Chloe then looked it up and said, "Ah, here it is. Hamon, translated as 'The Ripple', it is an energy identical to the Sun's ultraviolet rays, in which the human body can produce through controlled breathing, having the effect of producing ripples of energy propagating from the bloodstream to the rest of the body and other objects in contact with it." she explained to them. "Hamon can also manifest itself as electricity-like sparks, and it can be seen by ordinary humans."

This left Sam amazed by this, same went for Joey. "What else does it say?" he asked.

And so, Chloe kept on reading, "Ripple can also affect non-living things. An object charged with Hamon energy will have one or several attributes enhanced by the energy, making it a more effective tool, or weapon. Liquids conduct the Hamon especially well and the user's Hamon shows on liquids as actual ripples." she said to them all. "It is also stated right here that objects covered in oil can conduct Hamon much easier. However, while all materials can conduct it more or less well, inorganic materials such as metal cannot store the energy, which simply passes through."

Joey was bewildered by this. "Wow, so you can see this 'Stand' of mine, mom?" asked Joey to his mother.

To which, she replied, "Yes, Joey." she then said. "And it seems your Stand is a very strong fighter, just like you are." Rachel added to this, as she looked at Joey's Stand. His Stand looked humanoid but it looked as though it was in an armor suit. His hair is dark blue while his eyes are sky blue while he also has gold shoulder pads, and his legs are silver on the thighs and gold on the knees with blue boots. His arms are red with silver and blue markings on the biceps and the gloves are navy and are armored. And it looks as though he's wearing a martial arts gi. Plus his headgear bears a resemblance to Optimus Prime's head. "Follow me, I'd like to see what your Stand can do."

And so, they followed her to a different area that looked like a training room and there were dummies all set up inside what looked like a combat platform in the shape of a UFC octagon, but without the cage surrounding it. "Okay, what did you have in mind, mom?" Joey asked.

"I want you to try attacking those dummies with a precise punch using your Stand." Rachel said to him.

"Okay." Joey agreed as he went over to give it a try. He got into position in front of a practice dummy and started to focus. And then an aqua blue aura flowed around his body. And it was then Joey pointed to the dummies and it began rapidly punching them like its arms were bullets being fired out of a Gatling gun.

"JOOOOOOZOOOOO…..RARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARAAAAAAA!" It cried repeatedly as it punched. As he punched it the wood began to dent and crack in multiple places.

Joey blinked in shock when he saw this. "Whoa, I…never knew it was….That strong."

"Keep on going." His mom suggested. "You're only just beginning."

And with that, Joey kept going. This time, he aimed his Stand at some concrete walls and it shouted it's cry again, "JOOOOOOZOOOOO…..RARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARAAAAAAA!" It then bregan breaking the concrete walls until they were nothing but a pile of granite.

"Oh wow!" said Joey, as he was amazed by this. "So, my Stand, as it's called, has extreme strength!"

"It appears so." His mom replied. "Everyone has a different power and yours is strength."

Sam then chimed in and said, "What else can it do?" as he wanted to know.

And so, Joey walked up to the broken dummies and said, "Let's find out."

"You'll be surprised." Joey's mom declared with a grin.

It is then that Joey's Stand began grabbing the remains of the ruined dummies and reversed and repaired the damage it did to said object exactly as it was before by flinging a piece of it at them, causing the object to rebuild itself without a single crack.

"A Stand can also clean up its mess as well." Joey's mom revealed. "It helps keep attention away from us."

This left Joey amazed by the way it did so. "Well, this is one way to clean up a mess I suppose." he said. He then walked over to a dead potted plant and wondered, "I wonder if I can revitalize this plant." He then grabbed the potted plant and it began going from dead to healthy and strong. "Look! It worked!"

"Another special ability is being able to restore life to plants." His mom replied, feeling impressed by this revelation of a Stand's other ability. "However, I'd advise caution on trying to do that to other things like animals and people."

"Right. Don't know if I should do that yet." Joey said, agreeing to that.

"In time your Stand can grow stronger, but you must train it and not abuse it." His mom explained. "Like how you do so with your martial arts."

Sam and Chloe nodded in agreement with that notion.

"Okay then." Joey replied. "I'll train and I promise not to abuse this power." he added to that. "Anything else I should know?" he asked his mom.

Rachel then told him, "Yes. All that's left to do now is name your Stand." she replied.

"Name it?" asked Sam, as she nodded.

She looked at the color scheme and then finally decided on it. "I shall name your Stand ...[BLUE ENCOUNT]!" said Rachel.

Joey was a little awestruck, "WOW, naming my Stand after the band who did the theme for My Hero Academia? Great!" he said. He then looked at the clock, "Oh, I better head to the gym! Gotta meet with the guys!"

"Okay, have fun." said Rachel, as she saw her son bolt off to the local gym and she smiled, 'Joseph, if you could see him now.' she thought to herself.

Location: Interpol Headquarters, Mountainside U.S.A 12:45 PM.

We now find ourselves at Interpol HQ in the mountains of the U.S. and it is here where we see a man in a suit on the phone and it is here that he speaks to someone on the phone. "Hmm, and you're certain that this intel is accurate?" he asked. The man had short dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, this was Escher, he was in charge of Interpol's American branch. He got the response over the phone and said, "Okay, I'll have my best people help you guys out." he added.

Just then, there was a knock on the door. *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* The man hung up the phone and said, "Come in!"

And in came a woman dressed a black short cropped jacket, white t-shirt, a pair of black shorts and black boots. She had long brown hair and blue eyes, but she looked Chinese in origin. This was Chun-Li, an Interpol officer who had been hunting Shadaloo because their leader, Bison, killed her father years ago. "Escher, you wanted to see me, sir?"

"Yes Chun-Li, I did." said Escher, who turned out to be her boss. "It's come to my attention that Shadaloo is back in the game." he told her, making her gasp in horror. "Them and Bison have been sighted in Cairo." he told her.

This left Chun-Li surprised. "Egypt? Why there, sir?" she asked her boss.

"They seemed to have resurrected an evil being and Bison must have formed a partnership with this evil being." he told her. Escher then showed her some photographs of them in the area and with them was the same blonde man with the pale skin and the three moles on his left ear. "That man right there is the evil one!" her boss pointed to him. "I just got a call from the Speedwagon Foundation, and I hear they dealt with him before." he added.

Chun-Li was confused by this, "Speedwagon Foundation? I remember they were founded by someone your father knew." she said.

Then, Escher acknowledged it, "Yes, Robert E.O. Speedwagon was his name. He was an oil tycoon and his group funded all kinds of medical, scientific and archaeological projects. And Robert helped a man named Joestar defeat this guy over a century ago."

"Joestar? As in…Joseph Joestar, the founder of Joestar Realty?" asked Chun-Li.

"The same, but the one Robert helped was Joseph's grandfather, Jonathan." Escher said in confirmation. "He was strong as a bull and a true gentleman." he commented before telling her about the man in the picture. "This man is the one Jonathan fought against in the past. His name is Dio Brando, a vampire."

"Dio Brando? A vampire?" said Chun-Li, feeling shocked to hear that such creatures of the night exist.

Escher nodded to confirm that. "Yes." he replied to her. "He's been dead for ages, thanks to Jotaro Kujo, Joseph's grandson, and Jonathan's great-great-great grandson." he added. "However, there have been some repercussions to Dio's death, like what happened to a majority of those imbued with a flesh-bud, such as what happened to Okuyasu and Keicho Nijumura's father, Mansaku." he said, solemnly.

Chun-Li gasped in horror at that. "My God, how horrible!" she said, silently.

"When the flesh-bud in Mansaku's brain burst, following Dio's death, it turned him into a nigh-unkillable creature. Okuyasu wanted to turn their father back to normal, whereas Keicho wanted to euthanize their father." said Escher, as he continued.

Chun-Li was appalled by that fact about Keicho. "Scumbag! What else happened that day?"

"Well, from what I can gather, Keicho died at the hands of this thing called a Stand. The name of this one was [CHILI PEPPER], but that was a while back." Escher replied. He then looked out the window, "And also, it seems that they seem set on accomplishing some kind of mutual goal."

"What sort of goal would that be?" asked Chun-Li, as she wanted to know.

Escher then replied, "According to what's in the file I got, there seems to be a vault hidden somewhere on an island in the South Pacific, and that only a Kenjo family member can open it up. And for what purpose? That's what I need you to find out." He then handed her a file that was given to him a while ago. "I need you to find Jotaro Kujo and his allies, one of them a boy named Koichi Hirose and Jotaro's uncles, Josuke Higashikata and Joey Kenjo, the one in both the Kenjo and Joestar families who can open the vault."

Chun-Li looked at the files on all of them and was quite impressed. "Hmm, the Joestar family is something else, I will admit to that." she said.

"Indeed they are." Escher declared. "So will you take the assignment?"

Chun-Li took a moment to think about it as she checked over the files again before giving him her answer. As she did so, she saw the kind of things that were unexplainable even to the public eye and she then said to him, "Yes sir, I will take the assignment!" she accepted.

"Good." Escher replied. "I'll have you all set up to go by 2:00 P.M. today." he said to her. "I'll be in touch." She nodded and accepted it. Chun-Li left to pack for her new adventure and she was eager to meet the Joestar family members.

Location: Metro Grand Hotel, Metro City, USA - 12:59 P.M.

We now find ourselves at the Metro Grand Hotel in Metro City where three people have checked into a room and were talking about something they saw. It was Jotaro, Josuke and Koichi who were meeting in one of the rooms that had the view of the horizon of the city. They had just finished their lunch as they started to discuss their time there.

"So, it seems like Metro City is a nice American city," said Josuke. "I can see why Mr. Joestar loves this country."

"Me too." added Koichi.

"I happen to enjoy the varieties of food stands available." Jotaro added. "Even though I still prefer my mom's cooking."

Josuke then asked, "By the way, how is my sister doing?"

"She's doing good." Jotaro replied.

"I'm glad to hear that." Josuke said, feeling glad about it, even though he never met Jotaro's mom before. "Though, from what I heard from Mr. Joestar, you always called her bitch. Why was that?" he wondered.

Jotaro sighed and said, "It was mostly because I wanted to stay in jail when I believed I was possessed by an evil spirit, that was when grandpa told me it was actually my Stand, Star Platinum." he admitted.

Koichi was stunned about that, "Damn, I just can't believe you thought you were possessed." he said. "But that was when your mom fell under DIO's curse, right?"

Jotaro replied, "Correct. And that happened around the same time Josuke came down with his fever."

"So many things happened in so little time." Josuke declared.

They all nodded in confirmation. "Still, I wonder what the Speedwagon Foundation wants with that Joey Kenjo guy." Koichi mentioned it with curiosity.

"I guess we'll find out as soon as we find him." Jotaro declared. Josuke and Koichi nodded in agreement with that. "Eventually, we're gonna have to contact Okuyasu about this."

"You're right, Mr. Jotaro." said Koichi, as he knew that the guy was right.

As Joey was walking around, heading for the Gym, he heard the sound of screaming, he turned around fast and saw someone with short, curly reddish brown hair and hazel eyes dressed in an orange t-shirt, khaki shorts and a casted leg being beaten up by someone who was looking at him angrily. He was dressed in a maroon shirt, black pants and shoes that matched, and he had long brown hair tied in the back and his eyes were dark purple, he kept punching the guy in the face and then Joey recognized who was getting punched, 'That's Collin! What's going on?' he thought to himself. 'Hey, wait! I know that guy, that's Harry Butcherstone, he was hired as Collin's babysitter, why is he punching him?'

"Aren't you tired of having mush for brains, you Autistic little runt scum!?" said a voice, as Joey looked to see a friend of his, Collin, who was born with Asperger's Syndrome, being bullied by his babysitter, Harry. "Just face it, you'll ALWAYS be a miserable little nobody!" With that, Harry shoved Collin down the stairs, and out of his temporary wheelchair, causing him to land on his back. He laughed and said, "That's what you get for being a PATHETIC temporary handicapped LOSER! DON'T YOU EVER RAT ON ME again! Or I will make sure you never see the light of day again as I rape your WHORE MOM!"

Joey had enough when he heard that, and he turned Harry around and grabbed him by the neck, "LEAVE MY FRIEND ALONE, YOU SHITHEAD!" he ran at him and said, "[BLUE ENCOUNT]!" as he summoned his Stand.

"JOZORAAAAAAAAAH!" went [B. Encount] as it delivered a vicious punch to Harry's elbow, shattering his arm at the elbow-joint, and then headbutts him in the face, cracking his skull.

Harry let out a blood-curdling scream, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! THAT HURT!" he shouted.

Joey then did some karate moves then slugged Henry in the gut with enough force to make him hack up blood, and he got Collin back into his wheelchair. "SERVES YOU RIGHT, SCUMFUCK!" Joey yelled, intimidatingly at Harry and slammed him to the ground.

Little did Joey know, Josuke, Koichi and Jotaro were just walking around when they heard the commotion and Koichi said, "Hey, that sounded like Joey Kenjo!" he pointed out.

"You're right!" Jotaro said.

Josuke added, "We should go check!" they all agreed and began heading to where the sound was coming from.

After taking a deep breath, he then realized, "HANG ON COLLIN!" he yelled, racing over to his friend. "Collin, stay with me, man!" he panicked as he did his best to wake Collin and help him recover from the pain.

It took a while, but Collin managed to wake up. "Ugh…Huh? JoJo? Is that you?"

"It's me, Collin." Joey replied, hearing his nickname from his Autistic friend. "I saw the way that Harry was punching you, I think he was just using your current condition to his advantage and was constantly reminding you of those guys who bullied you, before I showed up in your life." he said to him, starting off what he wanted to say. "But that guy, he has no right to do so! Threatening you like that, and he also has no right to do that either, so I beat him up!"

Joey then started helping Collin back into his wheelchair and got him back up a ramp and Collin looked at him and said, "Thanks, JoJo." and he saw how badly Harry was hurt by Joey. "Dang, how did you hit him so hard?"

"Well, how do I put this…I have something called a Stand." he told him. "It's sort of the physical manifestation of my life energy, or rather my fighting spirit. No one can see it so it's hard to explain it to them." Joey added, as he told his friend. "I called my Stand [BLUE ENCOUNT], I felt it needed a name."

Collin was amazed, "A…Stand?! Whoa, and you named it after the band who performed Polaris, the opening song for My Hero Academia season 4, even cooler!" he said, high-fiving Joey.

"What in the name of Sir Issac H. Newton is going on?" said a voice belonging to Collin's mother, Clarissa Kase, she was a woman who had medium length red hair and green eyes and was dressed in a blue sundress, a white button up jacket, heeled shoes and was holding a magenta purse. "Oh, JoJo, what are you doing here and why is Harry covered in blood like that?" she wondered with concern.

Joey then said, "I'll gladly explain everything, ma'am." said Joey. "Harry here was being a huge jerkwad to Collin for being autistic, and shoved him down a flight of stairs out of his wheelchair!" he told her, causing Clairissa to gasp. "It's a miracle that poor Collin didn't get killed for cryin' out loud!"

"WHAT!?" Clarissa yelled in horror at this, as Harry slowly got up. "I can't believe you, Harry!" said Collin's mother "I'm firing your sorry hide, and having you arrested for cruelty towards an autistic child!" Suddenly, Harry pulled a gun on them.

"One more word, and I'll blow your fuckin' heads off!" said Harry, as he then looked at Joey with the look of a psycho. "I was only using you because evil ALWAYS triumphs over good, and I'd get away with hurting your pathetic loser son, just as soon as I'd rape you and make you my bitch! Women are all SLAVES!" he ranted, pointing his gun at them all. "And there's nothing you can do about it! The only way to get on top is to be selfish and use others, that is the real world!"

"You're WRONG!" Joey shot back at him, impressing Josuke, Koichi and Jotaro. "Selfishness and abuse will NEVER, EVER be virtues allowed in the world!"

"SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH RIGHT NOW!" Harry threatened him, again. "You so much as come near me and I will KNOCK your fucking teeth out, you worthless LOSER!" he continued yelling, as he got ready to fire.

The Chinese woman looked at the photo and she was worried. "This is not good," said Chun-Li, showing concern. "Who is the kidnapper?"

The officer grabbed a photo of the one behind it, it was a teenage girl with medium length brown hair, chestnut colored eyes and too much makeup. Chun Li could already tell that this woman wasn't very nice. "Her name is Ronda Wardell-Hutchinsen, age 18, personality is ill-mannered with a snobby demeanor." said the officer. "She has no respect for people and rejects them based on their income and is a horrible student."

"She's 18?" asked Chun-Li.

"Yes." said the man from the Speedwagon Foundation. "She kidnapped this woman because she wanted to join a group that has been synonymous with Metro City, the Mad Gear Gang." he pointed out. "And she's not alone, she hired some guys from her school to do so, they kept bullying Rachel's son, Joey Kenjo."

They both showed him a picture of what Joey looked like and she saw what he looked like, 'Oh my, he's so cute.' she thought to herself. "He must be the same age as her." she deduced.

"Exactly." The officer replied in confirmation. "They are indeed the same age and sources say that he once tried to gain her affection, but she hurt him."

This news made Chun-Li gasp, "She….Hurt him? How?"

"Apparently to gain her affection he changed his looks and attitude into that of a "bad boy" and ended up seeing the real girl he was trying to get with as she started to belittle and bullied another kid." He explained. "But then, one of Joey's friends, Carol Dennyburgess, stood up to her and kicked Ronda in the gut and knocked her out, and she stood up to Ronda and told her that she just blew it big time."

Chun-Li gasped again, such harsh things had happened to the boy and she was glad that someone stood up to Ronda. "That brat deserved what was coming to her." she said. "So, it seems she wants revenge."

The cop and Speedwagon member both nodded in confirmation. "Exactly. So, she kidnapped Joey's mom to try and break him emotionally. And now he's gone with Mayor Haggar to save her." revealed the cop. "Most likely, he's gonna try and stop Ronda and her goons from joining the Mad Gears."

"Then let's hurry and go help them." Chun Li suggested. "I could use the chance to stretch my legs after being stuck at a desk for so long."

"Glad to hear you're up for it." said the Speedwagon member. "And after helping them, we'll bring you, Joey, his mom and the Mayor to the Metro Grand Hotel to meet up with Jotaro and the others."

"Roger that." said Chun-Li, as she got ready for the coming battle.

Meanwhile, on the streets of Metro City, we see Mayor Haggar and JoJo searching around for anyone who knows where those Mad Gear Gang wannabes were hiding out at. There were a lot of possible locations to check and they were trying to check them all.

"Man, I can't believe Ronda would do this to me!" JoJo ranted, as he looked around frantically.

"This is definitely lower than anything else she's done before." Mayor Haggar declared. "From what you told me, it sounds like she has it out to get revenge on you."

"She definitely does." Joey agreed as he kept looking. He then told Mayor Haggar more about this, "And I have a bad feeling that after she's done with me, she's thinking about going after Carol, then her sister, Diana and some of my guy friends, Kai and Clay." they continued to look, as Mayor Haggar lifted up a sewer grate and found nothing in there but sewer rats. "Well, they aren't in there, that's a good sign."

Mayor Haggar nodded, and then they began looking around a different corner, and they saw a homeless man just minding his own business and he found a newspaper to keep his mind occupied. Mayor Haggar felt bad about how there were so many homeless people and was still trying to figure out a solution to that problem. "Aside from that, more and more of the people from this city are ending up homeless. And I should really do something about it." he said.

"Hmm, yeah, that crossed my mind." said JoJo.

"Perhaps some of these buildings can be renovated into shelters." Mayor Haggar suggested.

Joe nodded, "Maybe some combination homeless shelter/apartment buildings." he suggested to him. "And the tenants can also work there should they choose, as long as they don't cause any trouble for the other tenants and as long as racists are not welcome there."

The former wrestler liked the idea of that when JoJo suggested it. "I'll push this issue after we get back." Mayor Haggar promised as he wrote down the suggestion.

They kept looking until they heard something from inside an abandoned arena building. When they looked inside, they saw someone rummaging through a trash can looking for food. "Excuse me, you there sir!" JoJo called out.

Then, that someone turned around as if he was spooked. "GAH!" he yelped. "W-W-W-W-W-What is it?" he said, feeling frightened.

JoJo went over to the man, "I'm looking for some information, might throw a few shekels your way." he said to him, offering him some money.

The man was a little confused and asked, "How much?"

"Just enough to get yourself something to eat for the next month, as well as maybe some better clothes from a thrift store." JoJo said to the man. "Now, here's some information I need…" he started off. "I'm looking for this woman, Rachel Kenjo." JoJo showed him a picture of her. "She's my mother and she recently got kidnapped."

The man gasped in horror at that, "I saw some guys with a girl around your age take her down that way." he said, pointing down the left of where he stood. "They said they were taking her to where all the used metal scraps and other things were at."

Joey tried to process this, "Oh God, they were bringing her to the junkyard!" he said, in shock. "Thank you, what's your name sir?"

"My name's Ray," he revealed.

Mayor Haggar then walked up to him, "Ray, here you go." he handed him a whole bag of money to help him through it. "Have a good night, man."

"Thank you, Mayor Haggar." Ray said, glad to have that kind of praise from the Mayor.

With the good deed done both JoJo and the mayor headed towards the junkyard. They began looking around in a stealthy way, and they decided to disguise themselves. They switched into some rags and put dirt on themselves to make it seem as if they were homeless and went looking around. They then spotted some of the guys who bullied Joey before. "Look, over there." he whispered.

"Are those the ones?" Mayor Haggar asked.

"Yeah, just the first two, Myron Butcher and Kelvin Jarsdon, they were on the football team." JoJo pointed out and then looked on, "I don't see the rest of their teammates with them." He added.

"Perhaps they separated to watch over more ground or they're inside." Mayor Haggar suggested. "We might need to get closer to find out."

"Okay." JoJo whispered again. And so, they snuck around and saw that only three of their teammates were inside, and they were just chatting it up and playing a game of cards. "That's what they're doing, playing cards while my mom is somewhere here?"

Haggar then saw it, "Some teammates they are to those jerks." He said as he kept looking around for Jojo's mom. The two then circled around and dragged them from behind silently and knocked them out, took their clothes and walked into the room where they saw the guys playing cards.

JoJo in disguise went and said, "Hey, boys, remind me, where'd we put that Rachel woman?" pretending to be Kelvin.

"Oh you mean the MILF of our former plaything, she's in the garage with Ronda and the brothers," said one of them. "You can't miss them. Just look for the jeep."

"Thanks fellas." said JoJo, as he went past them with Mike following behind him. He then muttered under his breath, "How dare they call me their 'plaything'!?" he said silently. "I'm glad I'm gonna kick their asses all over again."

"Simmer down, kiddo." said Haggar, as he was there as well. "We'll get them soon enough, but let's focus on getting your mother out of here." He told Jojo to keep him focused.

"Right." he said, as they snuck past a few things while they made their way to the garage.

In the garage, we see Rachel tied up and covered in bruises, her clothes were ripped and barely there as she was stuck there for the moment. She was also covered in blood, her own, after being hit. And here we see Ronda Wardell-Hutchinsen dressed in what looked to be biker clothes and her hair was all the way down and she also had a whip in her hands. She paced back and forth.

Rachel looked up at Ronda, "Ugh, Ronda, you brat, I'm actually glad my son didn't go for you after seeing the bully you are!" she said, spitting blood in Ronda's face.

"Oh, stow it!" Rhonda said before kicking Rachel in the face, again. "You can't imagine what I have been through because of your son!"

"He didn't do anything to you!" she countered. Little knowing that her son was in the area, and he came into the room in disguise. "What was your problem with him?"

"Fine, I'll tell you!" she started off. "He was a total embarrassment to me with how much of a wimp he was just to try and get my affections, when he should have realized that I would never lower myself to his low level." Ronda explained. "For someone who's supposed to be his mother, you sure don't pay any attention to who he interacts with."

Rachel shot back at her, "Oh, I know full well who he interacts with, and they are all good kids who are true friends to him!" she stated. "Unlike you, Ronda, you shattered my son's heart and showed him how much of a disgrace as a human being you are."

Ronda felt her eye twitch, then she punched Rachel multiple times in the face and even scratched her with her fingernails. "You dare insult me, bitch? I think you forgot who used to own people like you, and I'm about to remind you of that right now!" she shot back. Next, Ronda used her whip on Rachel and struck her repeatedly. "You ugly piece of trash!" she insulted her.

However, little did she know, Joey was inside the room, sneaking behind as she whipped his mother around. 'Oh fuck buckets, she's whipping my mom and making her bleed!' he thought in a panic.

Ronda then began insulting again, "No one's coming for you. You're not worth it." she said. "You and your son, you both are worthless, just like your own kind!" she shoved her head and added more to this. "The way I see it, you're nothing but a bunch of trash that needs to be thrown away and fortunately for you, we're in a junkyard with a compactor for garbage." she pointed to the compactor.

"I don't give a fuck!" Rachel shot back. "You can try and hurt me all you want, but you will NEVER break my spirit!"

"We'll see about that." Ronda replied, before getting ready to whip Rachel again. "And I bet Joey's dad ain't coming, his dad's nothing but a loser, a bum and a scumbag who left you without giving it a second thought!" she insulted again.

She was getting ready to whip her again, but then, someone grabbed her arm, threw her to the ground and tossed the whip out the window, "SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH, BITCH!" He then punched her in the face, taking off the disguise and revealing that it was Joey who threw her down and she gasped. "Nobody insults MY family and gets away with it!"

"JoJo!" Rachel exclaimed as she saw her son remove his disguise. "You came!"

"Sorry for arriving so late, mom." he said to her. "I had to make sure I wasn't detected." he then turned to Ronda. "Surprised to see me, Ronda."

She struggled to break JoJo's grip on her. "A little!" she said. "How did you get past those guys?"

"Oh, I used stealth to my advantage." JoJo shot back at her. "Plus, someone saw those asshats drag my mother here! One of those homeless people!"

Ronda cursed herself for that. "I knew I should have relieved them!" she said.

"Give it up, Ronda, you're not going to get away with this!" JoJo declared. "I won't allow you to kill my mother or kidnap the parents of my friends!"

"No chance in hell!" she shoved JoJo away from her and sent him flying into the pillar. She dusted herself off, "Damn, when did a wimp like you get such a grip like that?"

"Ugh…Always had it, just don't use it much." he added.

Ronda then walked over to him and kicked him in the chest. "You should have stayed away from me like nature intended!" she said, insulting him. "You have no place in this town! You have no future, no shot at me, nothing, because you ARE nothing but a pathetic loser who will NEVER get a girlfriend, you'll always be alone!" She was about to hit him again, but was stopped.

"SHUT UP YOU BRAT!" a voice said.

Ronda turned around and saw a man dressed like one of her minions, he grabbed her and delivered a power bomb to her and when some of her other men came at him, he tossed them aside and went back to facing Ronda. "Nobody messes with the people of MY town and gets away with attempted murder!" he ranted. "You oughta be ashamed of yourself!" Taking off the disguise to reveal it was Haggar.

Joey raced over to his mom, grabbed a knife and cut her bindings. "You alright Mom?" he asked, showing his concern for her.

"I'll live, but RONDA's not going to get off that easy!" she said, as she slowly got up. Rachel then asked, "Uh, JoJo, who's your big friend right here."

He walked over and said, "Evening, ma'am. Mike Haggar, at your service." he added, like the gentleman he was.

Rachel gasped, "WHOA, Mayor Haggar, you're helping my son?" she asked, getting a nod from him. "My God, I wasn't expecting that!"

Ronda and her guy that she had in there were both in shock, "HUH?! THE MAYOR!?"

"Yes, the mayor is here." Mayor Haggar confirmed. "Can't exactly claim to be a good mayor if I'm not willing to help the citizens of the city I run."

Their jaws dropped and then the guys who were playing cards barged right in and one of them said, "Ronda, what's ALLLLLLL the commotion!?" he panicked. Then turning around he saw that Rachel was untied. "Oh fuck, Kenjo freed the broad!"

"Forget that, look who's with him!" another one of them pointed to the man.

They all gasped, "Mike Haggar!?" they said in unison.

"I'm not doing my speech again." Haggar said as he went over and bonked them on the head. "Take that, you bunch of ingrates!" he said, as he then grabbed one of them and delivered a Pogo Piledriver move to the one with the really bad haircut.

Ronda was shocked by what she saw the mayor did. "I forgot, this guy used to be a pro wrestler!" she said, cursing herself again. JoJo and his mom raced out of the area and Ronda said, "Don't just sit there, GET THEM!" she ordered.

Then, some of the goons chased after them, they tried to make a break for the gate but one of them jumped and tackled JoJo and then Haggar bagan fighting them off one by one, suplexing them and then doing a back breaker to one of them.

Rachel may have felt a little weak, but she was still able to defend herself as she was fighting using a lead pipe and began breaking the legs of one of them. Joey kept fighting them too by using his martial arts on them. Joey knew karate and took the fight to them, first he kicked one of the guys in the face and then he delivered a few well-timed strikes to them with a chop move and then he threw one of them down with a toss to the ground.

One of the bullies, Walter, showed up and used a vase on Joey. "Take that, Kenjo, you good-for-nothing shithead!" he insulted, only to get punched badly in the balls, "OOOOOH, MY DICK!" he moaned in pain.

"Fuck off, scumbag!" JoJo countered, as he threw another goon to the side.

As for Ronda, she decided to be the pathetic bitch that she was and pulled out a gun. "That's enough, stop or I will shoot!" She told Haggar and Rachel as she pointed the gun towards Joey.

Haggar and Rachel stopped and Joey had a stare of rage on his face, "Ronda, that's enough!" he said. "If you hadn't kidnapped my mother, this NEVER would have happened!"

Little did either one of them know however, someone was watching from the shadows. But Ronda, she wasn't moved, "Oh shove up your ass, douche!" she kicked him in the gut. She knocked him down, causing Rachel to race over to him while Haggar knocked another guy out. "Don't touch him, or I will shoot you, you fucking WHORE!"

Rachel stared at her with the death glare. "How DARE you!?"

"Because, I can get away with anything I want!" Ronda said, in a bullying tone. "No one's coming for you, JoJo, because you are nothing!" she insulted him. "You and your kind, you are all WORTHLESS!" she piled on more. "The only thing men like you are good for is serving girls like me, you're nothing but a slave!"

Joey had a more intense stare as the fire in his blood began to boil and his body had a blue energy surrounding him. "SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH, RONDA!" he shouted, "You can try and hurt me, but you will NEVER! EVER! Break my spirit, whenever I see someone insulting my friends, it creates a fire in me that I want to let burn!" he told her firmly. "I don't do things for myself! I do it for the people around me, as well as my friends! And THAT is something you will NEVER understand, BITCH!" He shot back at her.

Ronda was appalled by that, and he ended up making her smack him on his face hard with the barrel of the pistol she was holding. "You think I care what you say? You think I care about what others say? I don't give a damn rat's ass!" she insulted, causing some of the guys who bullied JoJo to gasp in shock. "In fact, your father DOESN'T EVEN WANT YOU IF HE AIN'T COMING!" she yelled at Joey, pointing the gun at both of them. "So, it's time for you and your fucking whore of a mother to know that evil ALWAYS wins and good never will, that the ONLY way to get on top is to be selfish and use others as your slaves, but if you won't do that, THEN DIE!" she cackled evilly as she got ready to shoot them.

But then, someone ran out of the shadows and ran towards Ronda, "STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!" they shouted in a female voice, causing her to turn to the side and *BAM* this someone kicked her in the face so bad, her nose was broken and left with blood and a broken tooth. And she also knocked the gun to the side. "Keep your vile hands away from that boy and his kind-hearted mother!" She then took a fighting stance and Ronda got back up.

"Wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-Who are you?!" Ronda demanded.

"Chun-Li of Interpol, and Ronda Wardell-Hutchinsen, you're under arrest!" she declared. Chun-Li was now dressed in a blue tank-top that looked similar to her original garments from before, a short navy cropped jacket, some shorts, nylon leggings underneath the shorts, white boots and some gloves that looked similar to her spiked bangles. And her hair was let all the way down.

[Go for broke! Face it Straight!] {ROUND 1, FIGHT!}

Ronda was about to grab the gun and shoot her, but Chun-Li then did her signature move and kicked Ronda back before going full force with multiple kicks at high speed. "Ugh…how did you do that?"

Chun-Li stated, "I'm a Kung-Fu master, they don't call me the strongest woman in the world for nothing, don'cha know?" she dared the girl to come at her again.

Joey was in awe at this and so was Rachel and then when Ronda tried fighting back, Chun Li grabbed her arm and twisted it behind the girl and held her down. "Wow, it's been a while since I've seen you, Chun-Li." said Mayor Haggar, as he walked up and helped Joey to his feet.

"Hello Mayor Haggar." Chun-Li said, as she kept fighting Ronda. "Care to get the boys to arrest those guys?"

"Sure thing!" Mayor Haggar agreed, but then one of them took off his sunglasses.

He looked at him and said, "Not necessary, sir. We're cutting ties with her!" he turned to the other boys, as they all got up from the fighting. "And JoJo, we're sorry for beating you and your friends up." At that moment, the unthinkable happened, and his own bullies apologized to him.

"Really?" JoJo asked.

Another one nodded, "Yeah."

But then, Myron and Kelvin approached him while in their undershirt and boxers, which were blank. "Sorry about the whole 'trying to stop you from getting the girl' thing." Myron said, showing some regret for what he did. "We only beat you up because we were jealous."

"Yeah, man." Kelvin replied.

JoJo saw that not all of them were sorry, as one of them got up and whacked JoJo with a baseball bat, "Oh shut it, you guys are just a bunch of chickens!" this was Boomer, he was the quarterback on the football team and then he grabbed JoJo by the collar and said, "Kenjo, when are you gonna realize that YOU! DON'T! BELONG HERE?! YOU'RE NOTHING!" he insulted him ferociously. "YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN NOTHING AND YOU ALWAYS WILL BE NOTHING, YOU NEVER LOVED YOUR FATHER AND YOU SURE AS HELL DON'T LOVE YOUR WHORE OF A MOTHER!" he shot at him.

However, JoJo headbutted Boomer and broke his face, "Shut up! Shut UP! SHUT UP!" The blue energy that rose in him was his Stand, [BLUE ENCOUNT] and he began standing up to Boomer. "How the fucking Hell DARE YOU!? Where do you get off insulting my family like that!?" he felt a rage rise in him. "My mother is NOT A WHORE! She is the kindest, most beautiful woman ever!"

"SHUTTT UUUUUUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPPP!" Boomer said, as he was about to punch Joey, only to be blocked by [BLUE ENCOUNT]'s fist.

"NO! YOU shut up instead, Boomer, you GODDAMN MONSTER!" he insulted the quarterback, causing everyone to be stunned. "And as for my father, he never knew of my existence, but he soon will! So I KNOW who I am!" he stated so that everyone heard it, "I! AM! Joey Kenjo! Son of Rachel Kenjo and my biological father….is in fact…JOSEPH JOESTAR! AND YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR INSULTING HIM!"

Hearing that name shocked everyone in the vicinity, and then Joey's Stand began beating up Boomer as and it shouted it's cry again, "JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOZOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…..RARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARA….JOZORAAAAAA!" it yelled repeatedly as it beat Boomer up so bad, he was bleeding all over his face.

Ronda was shocked to see this and Chun-Li went for her finishing blows, "Hyakuretsukyaku!" she said, as she stands on one leg and side kicks "at the speed of lightning", with her other leg extended out. The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked, and doing decent chip damage even when blocked. "Next is Kikoken!" she added, as she shoots a small energy ball at an opponent that causes small damage to Ronda. Then she said, "Tenshokyaku!" as she knocked Ronda into the air and began using an astonishing amount of force to beat her. And after landing, Ronda tried to whack her with a crowbar she grabbed, but was stopped by her. "And for my last trick…Spinning-Bird Kick!" She then delivered a series of rotating, upside-down kicks with her legs extended wide. This move was her trademark move, the Spinning-Bird Kick, it does lots of damage, and is useful when she's performing her combo attacks against opponents that have left themselves wide open.

[K..O…Perfect! You Win!]

The bad guys were down and the cops came in. They arrested Joey's bullies while some of them spoke to the cops. "Alright, you better come down to the station," he said. "Like Chun-Li said before, Ronda Wardell-Hutchinsen, you're under arrest for kidnapping, breaking and entering, littering, conspiracy, fraud and the attempted murder of Rachel Kenjo and her son, Joey Kenjo." added the cop as he and his men got the handcuffs and grabbed Ronda as well.

As they were gathered up, the police talked to Mayor Haggar while medics tended to Rachel. "You gonna be okay, Rachel?" asked the medic.

"Yeah, thanks boys." She replied with a smile as she was bandaged up.

They were glad that everything would be alright now. Chun-Li then saw how Joey was sitting next to his mom and he had a sad look on his face. "Excuse me, Joey Kenjo, right?" she said to him, as she approached them.

"Yeah?" he asked.

She formally introduced herself. "My name is Chun-Li, I was sent by Interpol to find you." she revealed, making him gasp.

"Interpol?" Joey wondered. "What do they want with me?"

"It's a bit of a long story, but it's a very important one." Chun Li explained before telling him everything.

Joey nodded, "Okay, and also, thank you for saving me." he said. He could feel the tears swell up in his eyes. "It was so horrible, Ronda, the girl I thought was the one for me, turned out to be a gold-digging psycho!" he began crying his eyes out.

Chun-Li sat down next to Joey and his mother, hugging the boy in the area of her shoulder so he could let out his emotions. "Ohhhhhh, there, there, JoJo." said Rachel, as she and the Chinese woman comforted him.

Slowly Joey started to feel better as he stopped crying. Then he sat up right. A moment later the medics came over to patch up Joey and his mother. "Don't feel down, kiddo." said Chun-Li, as she held him. As the boy was being held by the woman, he could not take his eyes off her cleavage, as it was big enough to act as an armrest or hold a cold beverage in the middle. "Also, my eyes are up here." she said, with a smile as she shut her eyes.

Joey blushed in embarrassment before correcting where he was looking. "So sorry about that!" he said, feeling flustered.

She giggled, "It happens and you're still a young man." Chun Li assured him. "Now, let's get you both properly patched up and then you may come with me to the hotel I'm staying at for a long talk."

"Okay." said Rachel.

Joey then wondered, "Which one are you staying at?"

"Metro Grand Hotel." Chun Li revealed. "The local police set me up there."

Haggar then said, "Glad they did."

After the bad guys were loaded up and the Joestar extended family members were bandaged up, Chun Li, Mayor Haggar, Joey, and Rachel went to the hotel. Upon arriving, some men from the Speedwagon Foundation allowed them passage and Joey wondered something else, "So, fellas, what floor are Jotaro and the others on?"

"They're on the 14th floor," said the man from the Speedwagon Foundation.

"Thank you." Chun Li replied as they got into the elevator.

The man pressed the button with the number 14 on it, and it took them a little bit to get up there, but eventually they arrived at the 14th floor. Once there they met with the others in their room, which was room 1412. Upon opening the door, Joey and Rachel went in first. "Jotaro, Josuke, Koichi, there you are!" he said.

Koichi gasped, "It's Joey!" he said.

"Sorry about the wait." he bowed in an apologetic way. "I had to save my mother." he showed them what she looked like.

"Hello boys, I'm Rachel Kenjo. It's nice to meet you." she said. "I wish it was under different circumstances."

Koichi and Josuke gasped when they saw the bandages. "What happened?" Josuke asked in worry.

"I was heading home to find Mom, but when I got there, she had been kidnapped by this girl I used to have a crush on, Ronda Wardell-Hutchinsen, who brought some of the guys who bullied me in school before to see if they could join the Mad Gear Gang."

This made the three of them all gasp collectively. "No way!" said Koichi.

Josuke fell backwards and flipped over the bed in there, "Run that by me again!?" he started off. "What did she do to you and your mom? Are you gonna have to teach her a lesson?!" he demanded to know.

"I tried to, but she pointed a gun at me." Joey sighed, but then he explained. "If it wasn't for Chun-Li, mom and I would have been done for." he pointed out, showing Chun-Li to them, as she came in.

"Glad you got away." Jotaro mentioned. "Chun-Li, was it?" he asked her.

The woman nodded, "Yes. I was sent by Interpol to find you." she revealed. "My boss, Esscher, has a partnership with the Speedwagon Foundation."

"Thanks for helping our extended family members." Jotaro said with a smile. Which was weird, because he was normally serious. "And Joey, sorry you had to go through what that Ronda girl did to you." he apologized.

"It's not your fault, Jotaro." Joey replied to him. "And to think I once liked her when she was too toxic for me."

"How much makeup was she wearing?" Koichi asked. "Was it pretty thick?"

Chun-Li showed them her picture and said, "See for yourself."

Koichi looked at the picture and saw what she needed to see. "As I thought, it's pretty thick on her face," he said. "She's worse than Yoshikage Kira." he added, mentioning a name he never thought he'd hear again.

Joey was confused, "Who's Yoshikage Kira?"

Josuke then revealed, "He was a Stand User who stole the identity of Kosaku Kawajiri and murdered a friend of ours 15 years ago." he said, making Joey gasp in horror. "His Stand was called [DEADLY QUEEN] and he met his end when he was crushed by an ambulance."

"Damn." Joey said, feeling even more shook up by this news. "Also, this friend of yours, what was their name?"

"Her name was Reimi Sugimoto." Koichi stated. "And it wasn't just Reimi, but her parents and her dog, Arnold too!"

Joey was enraged by that, "THAT ANIMAL! HOW DARE HE MURDER A DOG ALONG WITH THAT GIRL!?" he yelled, but then was halted by his mom.

"JoJo, simmer down," said Rachel, calming her son down. "He's dead now. You don't have to worry about that Kira guy."

Joey took a few deep breaths and simmered down, "Sorry for that, Mom."

"It's alright, but please try to control your anger a bit more." Rachel said with a smile before hugging her son. She then turned to Jotaro, Josuke and Koichi. "So, you two are my other relatives?"

They nodded, "Yeah, I'm Josuke Higashikata, the name of my Stand is [SHINING DIAMOND]. I guess you could say I'm Joey's half-brother."

"It's true, Mom." Joey added to that in confirmation, "He and I have the same father, I know that he's Joseph Joestar, the real estate mogul." he said to his mom, leaving her speechless.

Jotaro then said, "My name is Jotaro Kujo, I'm a marine explorer, academics know me for my outstanding discoveries in the field of ecology." he told her. "And I'm also Joseph Joestar's grandson."

"His….Grandson?" Rachel asked, feeling shocked.

"Yeah, it's a bit hard to completely understand." Jotaro explained. "Basically Joseph Joestar is older than he looks."

"When I met him, he was 79 years old." Josuke admitted. "Turned out, Joseph was married to Jotaro's grandma, Suzie Q, and for over 60 years they were married, but at age 62, Mr. Joestar had an affair with my mom, Tomoko." he told her.

"WHAT!?" Rachel said, feeling ticked. "He cheated on his wife with your mom, and then again with ME!?" she asked, but then she realized, "Oh wait, I forgot. I was young, stupid and selfish while he was drunk at the time."

Joey was a little crestfallen after hearing that. 'Man, dad cheated on his wife while he was drunk.' he thought to himself.

"Yes, he did wrong, but at the same time I think it was necessary." Josuke explained. "I've heard about something that happened that is connected to our family."

Joey looked up, feeling all teary-eyed. "Oh, like what?" he wondered.

"I think it may have something to do with this case Escher gave me." Chun-Li said, as she pulled out some photos. "These were taken in Cairo, Egypt recently." she added, then she revealed who was in them. "This man right here is M. Bison, the leader of the criminal organization called Shadaloo."

"Shadaloo? What were they doing in Egypt?" asked Joey, as he wanted to know.

"They had gone there on a search." Chun-Li said. "Using some new form of technology, they revived this man, who should have died over a century ago." She then showed a picture of the man in question.

Jotaro was shocked, "It….It's Dio!" he gasped in fright.

Rachel then wondered, "Who?"

"Dio Brando, that's his name." Jotaro revealed.

Josuke gasped, "Hold on, did you say Dio? As in the Bow and Arrow Dio?" he asked.

"The very one." Jotaro confirmed.

"Bow and Arrow? I don't get it, who the hay is Dio Brando?" asked Joey.

It was then that Jotaro revealed the truth, "Dio Brando, a.k.a. DIO, he's the Joestar family's greatest enemy. Our family has been fighting him for over a hundred years now."

This revelation shocked Joey to his core. "Over a hundred years!?" he gasped. "How'd our family not gone crazy?"

"Not sure, but it all came to a head in 1987, when me and the old man reduced him to ash." Jotaro added, telling Joey about that victory he had. "We lost some of our allies, such as Mohammed Avdol, Noriaki Kakyoin and Iggy. I nearly lost grandpa because of him, but thanks to some of Dio's DNA, I was able to keep gramps alive."

Joey was shocked by this, "You…reduced him to ash? How did you do that?"

"By exposing him to sunlight." Jotaro said. "I never told Josuke or Koichi this before, but Dio was once a human who did many horrible things, they were so heinous that my ancestor, who is also yours, Jonathan Joestar, had no choice but to confront him." he revealed to the younger Joestar in the Kenjo family. "But the one thing we couldn't figure out was this, Dio didn't have a Stand in the past, but he got a powerful one in the 1980's thanks to this old witch named Enyaba. And the name of Dio's Stand was [THE WORLD], a Stand with the ability to stop time. An ability I stole from him." he added.

Joey, Rachel and Chun-Li gasped, "What!? You STOLE another Stand's power from your enemy?!" asked Rachel, as she was astonished.

"I didn't think such a thing would be possible." Joey added. He then turned to Josuke, "But, if Dio wasn't a Stand User, what was he? I mean, you said he used to be human, what could he have become in the past?" he wondered.

"I think Jotaro was about to mention that." Josuke said.

Jotaro then said, "From what gramps told me, Dio was always an immortal monster of the night, who drank human blood." he told Joey.

"Hold up…You mean to tell me, that Dio Brando, our family's greatest enemy was….A FUCKING VAMPIRE?!" he screamed, feeling scared to know that vampires existed, but Jotaro nodded to confirm that. "Shit! I'm surprised that Dracula hasn't met him yet."

"I think he did, but nothing much happened." Jotaro mentioned.

"So, dad and Mr. Jotaro went with their allies to confront Dio in Egypt while I had an inexplicably high fever," said Josuke. "During that time, Morioh was in the middle of its worst blizzard ever. Mom got stuck in the snow as she was getting me to the hospital, but then some guy with a pompadour showed up and got her unstuck and saved us. I never did find out who he was, but in honor of him coming to our rescue, I decided to adopt his hairstyle." Josuke said. "Disrespecting my hair means disrespecting him, and anyone who does so will get the full front of my fury."

"Like you did to Harry Butcherson earlier this afternoon?" Joey asked his half-brother, and he nodded.

"Harry Butcherson, that delinquent?" Rachel asked, in confusion. "That's a name I haven't heard in the past few years. I wonder what he did to deserve Josuke's fury."

Joey then told his mom what had happened earlier in the day, after she told him about his Stand and what Harry Butcherson had done to his Autistic friend, Collin Kase and what he had threatened to do to his mother Clarie. "...And that's when Josuke arrived and flew off the handle, beating Harry up with his [SHINING DIAMOND] Stand, and Jotaro stopped him from beating Harry up even further."

"Oh my God! I can't believe Harry pulled a damn gun on you!" Rachel panicked. "I should have been there to punish him."

"I think he was punished enough." Koichi said, as sweat dropped from his face. "Besides, the cops already took him to the psych ward."

"Oh, good. I hope they straighten him out!" Rachel said.

Chun-Li then cleared her throat, "Anyhow, how is it that Dio managed to stay alive before?"

It was then that Jotaro revealed the most shocking bit of all, "Dio stayed alive because before, he stole the body of Jonathan Joestar, when Jonathan was on his honeymoon with the love of his life, Erina Pendleton."

Joey was shocked by this, due to the fact that Jonathan was his ancestor as well as Josuke's. "He did...WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!?" Joey yelled in a rage about this. "He STOLE Jonathan's body!? How'd he pull that off?"

"By cutting Jonathan's head off and taking its place, that's how." Jotaro revealed again.

"He swapped heads?" Rachel questioned. "Gross!"

"I know, right!?" Josuke said, in agreement with the woman. "But, some of his servants had a thing called a Flesh Bud planted in them and when Dio was destroyed, it caused them to turn into a living green creature with no ability to speak. That happened to the father of our friend, Okuyasu Nijimura."

Chun-Li was saddened to hear that, 'I can't believe that this awful vampire did such a horrible thing to the father of someone else's friend.' she thought. "Anyway, as I was saying, Shadaloo used some new technology to bring Dio back to life, but he doesn't have his Stand anymore." she told them. "And now it seems that Dio has joined forces with Shadaloo, we don't know why he did so yet, but we could really use the help of the Joestar family since we know your family dealt with him before."

Her request had Jotaro, Josuke, Koichi and Joey a little awestruck. Rachel was in awe at this too, and then they heard a knock at the door, it was Mayor Haggar who had heard everything that was said. "Excuse me, I didn't mean to eavesdrop on the conversation, but I'd like to ask a few things."

"Oh, sure thing Mayor Haggar." said Rachel, as she allowed him, causing Jotaro, Koichi and Josuke to look at each other.

"Oh, and this is the one who helped me find where my mom was being held hostage." Joey pointed out to them.

"Mike Haggar, Mayor of Metro City and former MWF World Heavyweight Champion." he added to that, making their jaws drop to the floor.

"WOW!" Koichi said, as he was in awe.

"Mayor Haggar, it's an honor to meet you, sir!" Josuke said, with a smile of excitement.

"The honor's all mine, fellas." said Mike, as he smiled back at them.

Jotaro smiled at this too, "Wow, never thought we'd meet Mayor Haggar." he said.

"You never know what all might happen in life, but at least you got this chance today." Mayor Haggar replied with a smile.

Jotaro then said, "Well, if Interpol and the Speedwagon Foundation are collaborating to fight Dio and Shadaloo, then you have my full cooperation."

"If it means saving the planet, I'm in." said Koichi.

Joey and Josuke nodded in agreement. "We're in!"

"You can count on me." said Rachel, as she wanted in on this too.

Chun-Li smiled and they all put their fists in a circle as a sign of unity.

And so it begins, a new battle between the forces of good and evil, with the fate of Planet Earth and all humanity hanging in the balance. Will Evil succeed, or will Good triumph? Beats me, but I do know one thing, this is the start of a new Bizarre Adventure…

(Instrumental intro)
A star shoots across the sky as Joey Kenjo delivers a few flying kicks and then some straight punches as his hands began to surge with electricity and then out comes [BLUE ENCOUNT]

[Don't Stop…The music tonight!]
After [BLUE ENCOUNT] delivered a flurry of punches, the logo for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Street Fight Vengeance appeared and then it spun like a tornado to move over.

(Instrumental beat)
The scene shifts to show Joey looking up at the sky, and then he feels a hand on his shoulder, he turns around to see that it's his mother, Rachel. And they are joined by Josuke Higashikata and his girlfriend, Ayana Hirose, who was with her little brother, Koichi Hirose.

[Let's go to the rhythm,Let's go to the power]
The camera then changes to Jotaro Kujo who is with his grandpa Joseph Joestar, who is an old man, but is soon reverted back to a teenager and his left hand is back too, which shocks him too.

[Keep on movin' - start the emotion]
We now see Yukako Yamagishi, Okuyasu Nijimura, Reimi Sugimoto, Arnold and Rohan Kishibe standing in a stoic manner as their Stands manifested behind them and they meet Jean Pierre Polnareff and his Stand [SILVER CHARIOT].

[Jumping with emotion, Crazy locomotion]
The scene shifts to Chun-Li delivering her rapid fire kick to a Shadaloo vehicle and smiling in victory as she is joined by Ryu, Ken Masters and Col. William Guile, while Vega, Zangeif and M. Bison stand in their way.

[Move and dance and take my feeling]
Hidden in Shadaloo's lair is Dio Brando with his new body and he had a sinister look on his face, as he began plotting his next move, but he is ambushed by the Stand, [GOLDEN WIND] and it's user, Haruno Shiobana/Giorno Giovanna, his son, leaving him stunned to fight his own offspring.

[Jump and go! The power of the night]
The camera now shows Blanka the man-beast roaring as he is fighting to safeguard Jolyne Cujoh, Jotaro's daughter, who had been bailed out of prison and had her name cleared thanks to Joey, she uses her Stand [STONE OCEAN] to get rid of a few enemies and she engages Juri Han in hand-to-hand combat.

[The music and the lights With the best emotion!]
Then a bunch of silhouettes were all around the area, there were about 35 of them to be exact, some were good but a few were evil.

[Lost into your eyes! Without control, my love inside]
The scene is now Joey standing angrily in front of Balrog, shaking his fist and Balrog kept punching him, but Joey couldn't take it anymore and used [BLUE ENCOUNT] to guard him and began fighting back against Balrog.

[Synthesizer Solo]
Dio is seen laughing at Joey's expense, until a cloaked person arrives and beats Balrog. Taking the cloak off, it was revealed to be Jonathan Joestar, the original JoJo, shocking Dio so much he was enraged.

[Don't stop the music]
Joseph used [HERMIT PURPLE] to whip some of Shadaloo's soldiers while Jotaro and [STAR PLATINUM] beat a few down, as did Josuke and [SHINING DIAMOND] when they saw some vampires, Rachel Kenjo began slashing her way through them with a sword she had on her.

[The rhythm groove all right]
Koichi surfed in with [REVERB], who had been upgraded and Yukako did a double team move with Koichi as a silhouette appeared behind her and bashed a few vampires, same went for Okuyasu and [THE HAND] as he looked up and saw a vision of his late brother, Keicho and his Stand [WORSE COMPANY].

[Play the song don't be wrong]
Rohan kicked a few with some help from Ryu and Ken, who did the Hadouken and Shoryuken. They were then joined by Cammy White and Col. Guile, who used their own attacks with Cammy using the Spiral Arrow and Guile using his trademark Flash Kick and Sonic Boom on Vega.

[Make your feeling high - all the night]
Next came Mike Haggar, who delivered a power bomb and piledriver move to them, as four shadowed figures appeared and joined him in the fight.

[Don't stop the music tonight]
The images of Rachel, Collin Kase, Claire, some of Joey's friends, Koichi, Josuke and Haggar flashed by the screen in light, the image of Caesar Zeppeli appears and he uses his Hamon Bubble Launcher to blow some enemies away.

[Don't stop the music]
As Caesar stopped using the Bubble Launcher, he sees Joseph and they reconcile after their rival many years ago and Jotaro meets Caesar, much to the latter's surprise and they are met by Suzie Q, who is now younger again, thanks to Joey.

[To dance is like a fight]
The Joestars and Street Fighters stand proud as they battle against Shadaloo with Joey fighting against Dio using Jonathan's sword, Luck + Pluck to slash his way through Dio's minions.

[You can show your emotion]
The camera goes all the way up a spiraled flight of stairs where Joey and Chun-Li engage Dio and M. Bison in combat, [BLUE ENCOUNT] materialized and with it was Chun-Li's Kikoken move as the screen turned white.

[Show your secret side - all the night]
The white then turns to a scenery where Joey is in a grassy clearing near the city and laying there, exhausted from his training. A shadow then looms over him.

[Don't stop the music tonight]
The shadow is that of Chun-Li, who joins him on the hill, they hold hands and the camera goes up to the sky, as [BLUE ENCOUNT] roars and does his rapid fire punch attack.

(Instrumental Break)
The flurry of [BLUE ENCOUNT]'s punches was so intense, he took a victorious stance as Joey, Jotaro, Joseph, Josuke, Koichi, Chun-Li, Ryu, Ken, Guile, Cammy, Jonathan, Yukako and the whole gang appeared there.

[Don't stop the music tonight!]
The scene ends as the camera zooms out of the way to show a full picture of the whole crew.

(Song Ends.)

As this went on, back at the Shadaloo base, all the women that Dio had sex with, including Juri, all lay on the bed after feeling the aftereffect of getting love made to them by a vampire man. "Mmm, oh what a man Dio is." said Leelin, as she felt overjoyed.

"You said it, Leelin." said Korinne, as she agreed with her while they groped each other in bliss.

"That was the best fuck that I've had after a long while." Juri declared with a satisfied grin on her face.

The girls all agreed with her on that. "You said it best, Juri." added Meridah. She also began feeling Juri's tush, and it made her giggle.

Dio saw them and enjoyed the view as he watched with a grin. He then walked around to explore the base a little more, but then he ran into Vega.

"Oh, pardon me." Dio said to excuse himself as he nearly bumped into Vega.

"There's no pardoning you from what you're up to." Vega replied.

Dio was, admittingly, confused by what Vega had said and asked, "What do you mean?"

"You know exactly what I mean!" Vega stated in an angry tone. "Before you came around, I was the only man that every woman wanted, but now that you're here I see that I must fight for my position, soon."

Just then, a voice came from behind them both, "Break it up!" and it was Balrog who spoke up. "Just because you're jealous of him, doesn't give you the right to question him, you got that straight!?" he demanded, making Vega panic and Dio confused.

"Oh, simmer down, Balrog." said Dio, as he spoke so boldly. "I think he wants to become my rival for the affection of the ladies. And I welcome the competition." he smirked.

"Hmm, alright, but don't let it interfere with your duties." Balrog agreed. "And I mean that for both of you."

Vega frowned a little bit, "Very well." he said, as they went their separate ways.

Location: Mountainside Area, Japan - 6:00 A.M.

Elsewhere, in the mountains of Japan, the sun began to rise there and the sky had several clouds in it but not enough to block the sun's rays. And it is here that we see a young man meditating, he was dressed in a white gi with no sleeves as it showed his masculine arms, he had short brown shaggy hair, a red headband around his forehead and a black belt tied up around his waist. His eyes were shut, as he was reliving something in his mind. This was Ryu Hoshi, champion of the Street Fighter Tournament for several years now.

'Something is very wrong,' he thought. 'But what could it mean?' he added, wondering how bad the situation was, as he opened up his eyes to show that they were brown and matched his hair. "I have a feeling Bison will be up to his old tricks again." he said to himself, feeling like something was going to happen.

As Joey is still reeling from the way his mother had gotten kidnapped by the girl he used to have a crush on, he spends a little bit of time with Josuke and Jotaro and the two of them give the rundown of what happened between Josuke and the serial killer, Yoshikage Kira and how Anjuro Katagiri/Angelo killed Josuke's grandpa. However, another Stand User is in Metro City, and he is using his Stand to commit crimes that the police cannot figure out. Joey is also at the gym he goes to and some of the girls see him working on his moves with no shirt on and they oggle him. However, Joey sees one of his best friends, Kai Arnold-Ridgeston, getting belittled by his own girlfriend and Joey stands up for Kai, but she insults Joey even further, that is when Chun-Li arrives at the gym and beats the toxic girlfriend in the octagon. Joey encounters the enemy Stand User and he soon finds out that his friends, Kai and Clay Shanestone are both Stand Users as well, what is the nature of this revelation? And can these three stop this crook? And what else will happen when they hear that the next Street Fighter Tournament is being announced?
