Chapter 4 "Things fall apart"
Dave and Roxie left the campers behind after the last few incidents regarding the campers. Yaz and Sammy were checking out Yaz's sketchbook Crash was sitting in a chair. Noah came in "Hey guys I've looked all over the place for Dave and Roxie can't find them." Noah said.
"Well Shaggy and head counselor went out and left a note." Crash said.
Noah checked the note "BRB. Gotta go. Boss-talk. BB. Later. Smiley face." Noah read the note.
"What?" Noah asked.
"That's Dave's speech Roxie wrote a better note on the back." Crash said.
Noah turned the card "We have to go talk to our boss. Stay inside until we return. Draw, bond, whatever. The radio is set for channel six in case you need us. Stay inside, stay inside. Crash don't leave looking at you." Noah read most of the note.
Crash merely gave a small laugh. "Sorry for the kids menus, it's all Dave had." Noah finished the note.
"They do know how old we are right? When it the last time you saw a crayon?" Crash asked.
Ben had crayons and he made a drawing of him and Bumpy playing chess.
"I have a few notes." Yaz said.
"Yasmina!" Sammy gave a bump.
"Tiny question whose the dinosaur?" Noah asked.
"Bumpy the dino Ben fell in love with." Yaz joked.
Crash started laughing uncontrollably he fell out of his chair.
Summer came in "Where is it?" she asked, angrily.
"Where's what?" everyone asked.
"My phone! I placed on my charger last night but when I looked it was gone. Someone stole my phone!" Summer said.
"Summer who hasn't taken your phone?" Yaz asked.
"I needed to check the weather last night." Ben revealed he took Brooklyn's phone.
"I wanted to check the game last night." Noah said.
"I just wanted to comment Brooklyn she has an ugly face." Crash said.
Summer was now just annoyed at everyone but made a look at Sammy. "I haven't seen it either." Sammy said.
"Oh really?" Summer asked.
"Hey princess considering Shaggy and Scooby are gone we've got time to look around." Crash said.
"I thought you wouldn't want to help." Yaz said.
"You got a crush on her?" Noah asked.
Everyone now just felt weird "No bro I just want to help her find it so she doesn't complain about it." Crash said.
"Oh I think I know who took it. I also think whoever took it might also be trying to delete whatever is on it." Summer said.
She walked over to Sammy "What do you think Sammy?" Summer asked.
"Uh what?" Sammy asked.
"What's your deal? Sammy didn't take your phone ever thought you might have just lost the stupid thing?" Yaz defended her friend from Summer.
A strange roar was heard "What was that?" Summer asked.
Yaz, Noah, and Crash looked outside "Can't see anything from here the trees are in the way." Yaz said.
"I know where to go then." Crash said.
Everyone went to the observation tower the gate was locked Crash tried ramming it open "Okay we can't get in so let's head back to camp so we don't get into trouble." Ben said.
"What a minute isn't there anyone here." Summer said.
"That's odd." Noah said.
Summer used a pick lock to open the gate and everyone walked up to the top.
They found a Brachiosaurus and two park workers they were yelling at them but the kids were so high up they couldn't hear them.
The kid saw the Brachiosaurus go down then out of nowhere a white dinosaur appeared it ate the workers "Holy snap!" Crash said.
Summer remembered how the dinosaur looked "What in Wu's lab there was a blueprint it was saying something about..." Summer was cut off by Sammy.
"Indominus Rex." she said.
"How did you know that?" Summer asked.
"What now?" Ben asked.
"We've gotta go like right now!" Sammy said.
"Don't think it's safe down there." Crash said.
The Indominus Rex saw them it began trying to knock the tower down. Everyone took the zipline and crashed into trees luckily the Indominus Rex didn't get them.
Everyone returned to camp only to find it has been destroyed Yaz picked up a radio. "Hello?" she called for anyone.
No one answered Summer got angry "Give me my phone now!" she yelled.
Sammy was getting pushed back "I don't care what you did in Wu's labs, took skin samples from the Sinoceratops I just now want my phone to call for help." Summer said.
"What skin samples?" Yaz asked.
"Skin samples? You've made things up in your own dang head." Sammy said.
"It isn't her fault you lost your phone!" Yaz said.
"Guys I think we should be quiet because there's a big..." Ben was cut off.
"A big dinosaur? Of course there's a big dinosaur." Crash said.
"And you're always a jerk!" Ben said.
"Oh you did not just go there little rat." Crash got angry.
"Hey Ben he's had it rough." Noah said.
"Give it back." Summer yelled at Sammy.
"Back off." Yaz said.
"At least I don't play with crayons." Crash yelled at Ben.
"Alright everyone calm down!" Yaz said.
Everyone stopped arguing "Look this may not we wanted but we can't fight among ourselves." Yaz said.
"She's right." Noah said.
"I guess in order to survive we need each other." Crash said.
"I guess we're in." Yaz said. Placing an hand on Sammy's shoulder.
"I'm in." Summer said.
Everyone started heading towards the main park. Toro was wandering around his paddock but came into contact with the Indominus Rex she roar at him.
