Cedric opened his eyes, letting off a slurred groan as he sat up to rub his aching head - before lowering his hand as he looked around with wide eyes, taking in where he was.

He found himself in a lush beautiful forest. It was very different to the dark eerie he had been in a few minutes ago. The last thing he remembered was a hooded figure approaching him and Harry Potter. A flash of green light has been blasted his way as the stranger had been commanded by Lord Voldemort to cast the killing curse on him. It had struck Cedric in the chest, bringing a scream of his name out of Harry as he fell onto his back before everything went black.

Now the handsome boy had ended up here - wherever this place was. A puzzled look crossed his face as he looked down on himself. Despite having been struck by the killing curse, his body appeared to be fine, even though it was shimmering with bright glitters.

"What's going on?" Cedric asked himself. "I'm dead, right? Is this where wizards go when we die?"

"EDWARD!"

The boy jumped upon hearing a high-pitched voice squealing out through the forest. He peered up to see a girl running in his direction. She appeared to be elated to see him as her arms were stretched in his direction.

"Who-" Cedric began, but was cut off as the girl threw herself onto him, pulling him into a tight embrace.

"I found you!" She cried. "I've finally found you, my darling."

"I'm sorry," Cedric said, wincing over what she had called him. "I'm afraid you have the wrong boy."

"Yeah right! Like I could get you mixed up for anyone else." The girl pulled away to shake her head with a smile. "There's no mistaking your handsome face, Edward!"

A knot tightened inside Cedric'a stomach. The name which the girl had called him sounded very familiar to him. It was a name which wizards everywhere despised almost as much as Lord Voldemort.

"Um, who are you?" he asked with a feeling of dread.

"Oh you're such a joker, Edward!" The girl let off a giggle. "It's me! Your beloved Bella Swan."

Cedric clenched his teeth. What the girl had called herself was exactly what he'd been afraid to hear. All this had to be a coincidence, right? He had just died after all. He couldn't be facing what was going through his head! It just wasn't possible!

"Listen, Bella," Cedric murmured. "Am I dead?"

"Of course you aren't! You've got a whole life time ahead of you with me!" Bella grabbed his arm. "Now come with me, my beloved Edward! I want you to turn me into a vampire just like yourself!"

As he was dragged through the forest by Bella, horror filled Cedric'a face. His terrible fears had just been confirmed to him by this girl.

Voldemort hadn't killed Cedric at all.

Instead, he had made the boy suffer a fate worse than death.

He had turned him into a sparkly vampire.

"Come on, Edward!" Bella beamed. "This is gonna be so romantic! You and me, two vampires, together forever!"

"Noooooooooo!"

Birds flew away while all the trees in the forest shook from the scream that had come from Cedric - or rather, Edward.
