When Ino gets home, it's already past 6.p.m. She was at Sakura's place earlier, basically just bothering her to spend more time with her oh-so-beautiful best friend.
They just chatted nonstop, sipping on teas, keeping up on the latest gossips in the village, and then enjoying movie together. Time seemed to fly fast when she is with her best friend.
To be honest, she did that intentionally. She even has plan to have a sleepover at Sakura's Sakura today, but since Sasuke is coming home tonight, there is no way in hell Sakura would let her stay. Forehead basically threw her out of the door because Sasuke will be here soon, pig! You should leave!
So yeah, Ino has nowhere to go since Choji has date with Karui and Shikamaru have mission this week. All of her bestfriends has ditched her.
Ino is adamant about her plan of running away from home. She doesn't want to go to back to their apartment because of course, Sai will be here! She is still mad at him, anyway.
Some people may think that her reason for getting mad at her boyfriend this time is pretty ridicolous. They were basking in nostalgia, exchanging memories right then and there, and that's when Ino learned that Sai was actually meant to call her ugly when they first met 5 years ago at BBQ place.
After throwing tantrums and screamed at him this morning, Ino just leave their apartement quickly before Sai can run after her.
He didn't.
And it pissed her to no end. The nerve!
Of course, she has right to be mad. All this time, she deluded herself into thinking that she managed to swept him off his feet at their first meeting. She really thought 'beautiful; was his first impression of her. It would be such a cute love story to tell to their children and grandchildren years later, right? And now it was all lie.
Sai has tried to explain it to her via his message on his choju giga animals. He said he didn't mean to call her ugly. He didn;t even know what's the actual concept of attractiveness in the first place back then. Ino knows and deep down, she actually understand because Sai has gone through hard and cruel training to surpress his emotions during his teenage days. Sai has been through a lot. But fortunately, with the helps of people around him, he has evolved now. Sai years ago is so different than Sai today.
Anyway, she is still mad at her boyfriend, regardless. Eventhough Sai has made ammends to apologize to her, Ino is still adamant. Eventhough he didn't run after her, he has tried to send her his letter which contain his explanation, he also send her his beautiful drawings of her, and tries to bribe her by bringing in her favourite puddings from her favourite shop. Ino is almost crumbled, but Yamanaka is known for their determination and they have 'stubborn' running through their veins, so she grits her teeth and hold on. But since she has nowhere to go now, she gives up for now and went back to their apartement this evening, albeit reluctantly. She decides she will just offer him a truce.
She expects Sai to greet her at the door the second she steps into their apartement, yet their apartement is pitch black. She know Sai is home because she can feel his chakra there vaguely, but what-
Suddenly the lights are on. On a cue, a bird is flying from the corner of the room and flying straight to her. She perfectly know who it belongs to. The bird is made from an ink.
She offer her arm for the bird to land there. She notices it's carrying different flowers at it's claws and she openes her palm to accept them. The bird disappers quickly with a puff after it's purpose is delivered.
It's bunch of purple hyacinths, dafoddils, mathiolas and camellias.
Ino smiles, knowing exactly what are their meanings.
"Based on that smile, I assumed I choose right."
That velvelty voice which always left Ino wanting more greets her ears.
She looks up and here he is, leaning on their kitchen doorframe and smiles at her with his beautiful smile. She always love that smile. Moreover with the teasing edge at the corner of his lips. Sai has learned a lot, indeed.
"Mmmh, let's see," Ino begins while her fingers toches the flowers carefully. She pretends to critize them as Sai comes closer to her, "Purple hyacinths means sorry so yeah, this one is definitely right and needed!"
She hears Sai chuckles, and she bites back a smile.
Ino knows the second she steps in the house, she already forgives him, although her ego trying to tell her otherwise. Somehow, she just can't bring herself to stay mad at him for long. It annoyed and endeared her at the same time.
"And daffodils means eternal love," Ino smiles down at the flowers in her arms, "or you are the only one I love."
"That's true." Sai is now standing in front of her. They are standing close and Ino can smell his addictive scent, ink and something like musky. His scent wrapped her body and gives her a pleasant feelings. She wants to bask in them as much as she can.
Ino pretends to gag instead. She is trying to mask the swell and the warmth filled her heart because of what he said. "Cheesy."
"But it's a fact though," Sai brings out his amrs to wraps around her lithe waist and draws her close to him until they are nose to nose. He brings down his face to grazes his nose, and then nuzzles at her temple, down to her nose and cheeks.
"You are the only one I love," he whispers in her ear, and trailing his lips until it reaches hers.
Ino kisses him back eagerly. When they pull away from their kiss, Sai stares at her with his tender gaze full of love. Ino averts her eyes, tries so hard to ignore the blush which start to overtakes her face. "Shut it," she says between her chuckles, content in his arms, "okay, so this one, mathiolas it called," she plucks out one of the white flower, matthiolas to inspect them, "meaning eternal beauty or you are beautiful." Ino looks up at him and narrow her eyes accusingly,
"—you thought I am ugly though."
Sai is now nuzzling at her neck. He starts to place slow and sensual kisses to her neck, just how she likes it. He give kisses to underside of her jaw and the hollow beneath her ear. He moves carefully to kisses the side of her neck, the front side, and down to her shoulder.
"I find you beautiful now. Beautiful face, beautiful soul... inside and out..." he mumbles, placing open-mouthed kisses along the exposed skin of her shoulders, "Should I show you..." He kisses every inch of her porcelain skin on the way up to her ear to whisper,
"...how beautiful you are?"
Ino bites back a whimper. Years together, Sai has known exactly what she likes and what to push her to the edge.
"What's the cammelia means?" Sai breaths against the shell of her ear, prompting her to talk again. He is trying to tease her, she knows. Mustering her focus while Sai still placing his raining kisses on the side of her neck, while his fingers are playing with her left ear. His fingers then trailing down to touch her neck and shoulder. Ino shudders. His hot fingers do wonder to her sensitive spots.
She breaths out, "Cammelia means..." Sai's hand left her neck to seeks out one of her breast. He give it squzees and massages it through her crop top, and then teasing her by gracing and circling at her clothed nipple.

Ino breathes shakily, closing her eyes. "...Are they?"
Sai brings himself to kneel in front of her now. It feels like he is trying to worship her and Ino can feel herself throb. His obsidian which are pure black, full of desire, now looking up at her hungrily. Sai gives her a smile before he finds his way to graze his nose inside of her thigh which still covered in stocking. One of his hand find her ass beneath the skirt to message it, then kneads it tauntingly.
