Breaking News was the first thing anyone who turned on a screen saw as a huge news report was launched.

"Shera Nova here with Galactic Royal News. Word on the street is Naboo heiress Princess Gabriella Amidala-Skywalker was spotted in a Coruscant marketplace with Caroline Jinn, manager of Intergalactic pop sensation Count Crescendo and the Crescendo girl Lamenta. And it wasn't just them. Here's a clip that was filmed and posted recently on Star Screen."

A video was shown of the marketplace, and the moment Qui-Gon's hood fell down to reveal his face, people gasping and wondering out loud before the family fled the scene.

The video went viral within minutes. The whole galaxy went nuts!

News reporters across all channels had similar reports

Republic News

"Witnesses say they were absolutely speechless to see Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn alive after twelve years." said a human reporter.

Channel6 News

"Rumors have spread, people asking so many questions of how this could be possible." said a droid reporter.

Flash News

"We've tried to reach Senator Padme Skywalker, the mother of Princess Gabriella, for comment with no success." said a Rodian reporter, when he got a message. "Hold it. This just in, I'm getting word that reporters are attempting to get comment from Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, former student of Qui-Gon Jinn."

Live from the Jedi Temple...

As Obi-Wan and Peppermint were arriving back at the Temple, the guards were urging reporters who were asking a bunch of questions regarding Qui-Gon. There were reporters from all across the galaxy, including Enchantran planets.

But it wasn't just reporters who were interested. Scientists were curious too.

"Master Kenobi!" called a familiar figure known as Dr. Bol. "Tell me about Qui-Gon. I believe this could be a great discovery."

"Mr. Kenobi!" exclaimed a unicorn, practically shoving a microphone into Obi-Wan's face. "Flash Preston with the Daily Scroll. Are the rumors true that your master is an Enchanted in disguise?"

Obi-Wan was bombarded with more questions as he and Peppermint went back into the Temple and closed the doors.

He wiped some sweat from his forehead. His robes were a mess! And so alwas Peppermint's mane.

"People are crazy!" Peppermint exclaimed.

The Jedi Council called a meeting on this matter, and Qui-Gon and his Jedi family were invited to this one.

The twins arrived and so did Gabby.

"Gabby, where are your grandfather and cousin?" Mace asked.

"Right here." said Lamenta's voice.

And Qui-Gon suddenly appeared with Lamenta hanging onto his shoulders as she had previously turned both of them invisible.

"Lamenta and I travelled almost completely unnoticed." Qui-Gon said, setting his younger granddaughter down.

"Almost?" said Master Yoda.

"Being big and invisible doesn't exactly make it easy to avoid people bumping into you." Lamenta said.

"Indeed." Qui-Gon agreed. "We did manage to avoid reporters, however."

"Reporters aren't the only ones trying to hound him." Obi-Wan said.

Obi-Wan shared his story with the Council of how he witnessed firsthand how scientists were eagerly asking questions, and potentially producers and authors as well.

The royal family couldn't believe all of this, especially Gabby.

On one hand, she'd just done what she felt best to help her family and the Jedi. On the other, she'd just managed to complete something totally impossible for just about any five-year-old, magic or not.

"What did the Enchantra High Commission say at the hearing?" Master Mundi asked.

"Dad accepted to become Solaris' new ruler." Carmine said. "The coronation is set to occur in less than one month."

"And apparently," said Anakin. "It'll be ultimately up to all of us to help Solaris return to its former beauty so its people may return as well."

Word of this coronation quickly spread across the Temple.

No one could believe that they were going to have an actual king in the order. The Jedi had helped kings and queens before, but besides Gabby and her father, and later Carmine and Lamenta, they'd never had actual royalty in the order. None that they were aware of, anyway. As far as they knew, Qui-Gon Jinn was the true first bloodborne royal person the Order had ever had.

As for the family who was preparing, naturally a lot of Jedi questioned them too.

"What's it gonna be like when your grandpa is officially king?" Ganodi asked Gabby as she and some of the other girls were picking potential dresses for the event. "How are we supposed to act when he's around?"

"The same way we usually do," smiled Gabby, coming out in a green gown. "He's still the same Qui-Gon we know and love, even though we haven't known him that long yet."

"But he's gonna be an actual king. We've never had one in the order before."

"You did the Gathering with my Uncle Carmine, and he's a prince. And you're friends with me and Lamenta, and we're princesses."

"She's got a point there." Ahsoka said, helping Lamenta try on another dress.

"I like it, but I don't love it." Lamenta said. "I wanna look my best for Grandpa's special day."

"I wanna get him a present." Gabby said. "The hard part is figuring out what the right thing would be."

"You're great at making things. Why don't you make him something?" Ahsoka suggested. "Like those paper flowers you made everyone a few weeks ago?"

"Maybe." Gabby said. She thought for a moment. "I think I know just the thing to make."

"While you're at it," said Roya, taking measurements. "You think you can get your grandpa in here so I can get his measurements? I've got lots of great design ideas for his outfit."

There was a knock on the door.

"May I come in?" said a familiar voice.

"We're all decent." Gabby said, and in came Qui-Gon.

"How is the dress fitting coming along?"

Ganodi and some other girls, unsure how else to respond, curtsied.

"We're trying to look our best, Your Majesty." said one of the girls.

"Master Jinn or Qui-Gon is just fine, children." Qui-Gon said. "Just because I am a royal, I am no more or less a person like any of you."

Gabby smiled. Somehow, her grandfather made just about everything he said sound so wise.

"I think you'll be a great king, Grandpa." Gabby said. "You're already an amazing grandpa."

Roya had Qui-Gon stand still while she started measuring him.

"You're going to love Roya's designs." Lamenta said. "She designed Aunt Padme's wedding dress. I saw the pictures."

"One of my finest works, if I do say so myself." Roya said, writing down the measurements.

"We've got a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it." Gabby said.

And it was true. According to the EHC, there was a lot to be done. Already, the coronation ceremony was set to take place at the same church where Anakin and Padme renewed their vows. But there was more to finish setting up. The music, the outfits, the place settings, the invitations, and of course the king-to-be needed to be prepared.

Qui-Gon had very good manners and was a polite person, but it still wouldn't hurt to brush up on how to behave like a royal.

Qui-Gon's grandchildren gathered together and got Qui-Gon to one of the Temple halls, where they had him walk across with a book on his head, like Gabby had Boba do when he practiced being his parents' ring bearer.

"Is this really necessary?" Qui-Gon asked.

"This was how I learned to walk like a prince." Boba said. "It's a lot harder than it looks."

"Behaving like royalty is hard work." Gabby said. "And with the time we have, we need all the practice we can get for you and for all of us."

And so, royal tutoring officially began.

Gabby:

When you're royalty, you must learn to be

Full of grace in all you do

Stand up nice and tall,

Smile at one and all,

Don't forget the world is

Looking up to you

But at one point, Qui-Gon dropped his book and tripped to the floor. Boba and Gabby helped him up

Lamenta:

Hang in there, you'll be fine

This is your time to shine.

Gabby & Lamenta:

Show them

The king who'll soon be crowned!

While the kids were teaching their grandfather everything they could about being royal, citizens across the galaxy were all getting ready for the big day too.

Every reporter in the galaxy was after the coverage of this big story, and everyone wanted to be invited. Of course, the guest list was pretty strict. Only royal families, members of the Jedi Order and Republic Senate, and of course Qui-Gon's family and friends were officially invited.

On this amazing day,

Things can't just be okay! No time to stare because

A king will soon be crowned!

We're in a spin alright, working with all our might.

Full of excitement because a king will soon be crowned!

Another day, the kids were helping Qui-Gon more with grace, poise, and walking with confidence. Gabby found a crown in the dress-up costume chest for her grandpa to practice a little better. Anakin and Carmine joined in on lessons too. They were princes after all.

With your breezy style and your easy smile,

You'll be dazzling, oh I hope you know it's true

Gabby: Head up, mind your crown,

Lamenta: Try not to snag my gown

Lamenta pulled her gown from under Qui-Gon's boot, only to accidentally make him fall on his rear and drop his crown.

Gabby:

Show them a king will soon be crowned!

Gabby face palmed. Boba helped him up and Anakin placed the crown back on his father's head.

Boba:

Hang in there, you'll be fine

Carmine: This is your time to shine

Kids:

Show them the king who'll soon be crowned!

As coronation day came closer and closer, many royal guests already made appointments for beauty treatments and outfit fittings. Even the Jedi looked up hair and makeup tutorials on the holo-net

People getting ready:

Let's plan to look our best and surely

he'll be impressed

Hard to believe it that

A king will soon be crowned!

We know his highness is

The grandest of all the royals

No small occasion

When the king will soon be crowned!

On Naboo one day, Gabby and her siblings stood at a balcony with their grandpa to practice waving.

Gabby: Wave at all in sight to the left and right

When they curtsy, never laugh or yawn or frown

People walking by who saw them bowed or curtsied.

People getting ready:

Don't mean to fret and fuss we hope you will pardon us

It's just that a king will soon be crowned!

Heads up, he'll soon be here

We'll show them enormous cheer

Gabby: Show them a king will soon be crowned!

Everyone: Show them a king will soon be crowned!

Padme helped oversee more of Qui-Gon's training. She still recalled much of her etiquette lessons and experiences from when she was Queen of Naboo. And Caroline and Carmine had attended various celebrity parties, guest appearances, and met royalty before, so they had some experience in how to behave.

Qui-Gon was tested on everything from how to walk like a royal to which utensil to use, and even brushed up on dancing with a few extra lessons from Caroline.

"I think he's ready." Caroline smiled.

Strawberry Sundae brought out some strawberry cupcakes she'd made.

"I'd say all that hard work deserves a reward." said the pegasus.

"Perfect timing, Strawberry. I'm starved." Anakin said, grabbing a cupcake.

As usual, Anakin got more cake on his face than in his mouth.

"Anakin, where are your manners?" said Qui-Gon, biting into a cupcake himself. However, he got a bit of frosting in his nose and a lot of crumbs in his mustache.

The others laughed.

"Now I'm starting to see the resemblance between you guys." Boba laughed.
