As Laty lay there, on the stone altar at the very top floor of the Alpha tower, sleeping an endless slumber...She dreamed.
She dreamed of islands in the ocean, living peacefully and with no worries of the sea swallowing them. With no maidens, no sacirfices, everyone living the life they want to live.
She dreamed of two girls, dressed in ivory attire, living peaceful lives together. One of them always teasing the other.
She dreamed of a azure clad bubbly woman, happily watching as a man crafted various items and knacks. Ever so serious in his work.
She dreamed of a man and a woman, clothing as dark as onyx, craddling a newborn child. The mother's smile bright enough to mute the dark clothes they wore.
She dreamed of an older man, clad in crimson armor. Practicing with a boyish girl, as she attacked with him a wooden sword.
She dreamed of two figures, male and female. Looking at her with warm smiles, nodding their heads in approval.
But what she dreamt of the most, was Barren.
She dreamed of the two of them, living on an island, love filling their every interaction. Speaking to one another endlessly, she telling him all the things she wanted to tell him since they first met on that beach.
And as she dreamed those wondorous dreams...A faint smiled appeared on her lips...
