We all know the story of Avatar Aang, the boy who defeated Fire Lord Ozai. But what if another sat in his shoes? Mere days before the brith of Aang, a boy by the name of Bao came into the world. Follow the adventures of Bao and his friends as he learns how to cope with being the Avatar. And, maybe how to also be a bit nicer in the process. Not my art.

The events of Avatar: The Last Airbender from a different perspective, that of a firebender who accompanies Prince Zuko and General Iroh on their initial quest to capture the Avatar. I intend to have the first story align with the events of the first book, and the second with the second book, etc, and a potential LoK sequel. Rated T for violence and mature content.

Essentially just going to slowly retell the story as I see fit, it may branch off rather heavily, or it may follow the series closer than one may think. As part of her treatment Azula is given medicinal cactus juice. She ends up taking a particularly strong douse and runs off to Fyre Festival to see Chong & The Singing Nomads. Zuko has to track her down and keep their dad from finding out about this misadventure.
