The Doctor Is Told About Mother Goddess Adi Shakti's War With The Demons:
After visiting the war between Mother Goddess Lalita Mother Para Shakti and her army of goddesses and Bhandasur and his army of demons. The Doctor was intrigued about what happened of the war between Adi Shakti and her five form of goddesses and the seven demons who included Mahiasur, Chand and Mund, Raktabija, Dhumalochan, Shumb and Nishumbh.
The TARDIS travelled through time and space and eventually landed. She stepped out of the TARDIS. She'd landed on Mount Kailash where Lord Shiva and his consort Mother Goddess Adi Shakti as well as their two children Kartikeya and Ganesha.
All of a sudden Nandi a bull and devotee of Lord Shiva.
"Greetings Lady!" he said to the Doctor.
The Doctor was really taken aback by this unexpected greeting.
"Who are you?" asked the Doctor.
"I'm Nandi and I'm Lord Shiva's devotee and you are on Mount Kailash" he told her.
"Please come" said Nandi as he ushered the Doctor to follow him and she did.
They arrived in the garden where Lord Shiva and Mother Goddess Adi Shakti was seated on a rock.
"My lord, mother look who has come to Kailash!" said Nandi as he showed them the Doctor.
"Greetings Doctor! How can I help you?" asked Lord Shiva.
" I want to know about the story of how Mother Goddess Adi Shakti defeated the seven demons who tried to take over earth" the Doctor explained.
"Nandi, go and get Ganesha" said Mother Goddess Adi Shakti.
"Of course mother" Nandi replied.
It wasn't long until Ganesha arrived.
"Ganesha, I'd like you to narrate the story of the seven demons to the Doctor" she said.
"Of course ma!" Ganesha responded.
The Doctor followed Ganesha they found a shady spot under a tree. Ganesha began narrating the story the Doctor wanted to hear.
There once lived two demon twin brothers whose names were Shumbh and Nishumbh. They were doing penance to Lord Brahma the creator of the universe who were chanting the following mantra.
Om Brahma Devaya Namah.
Lord Brahma was pleased with their penance and he appeared before the brothers. Lord Brahma granted them a boon. They did request for immortality but Lord Brahma refused to offer them that specific boon and told them to ask for something else. The brothers then asked Lord Brahma that they would only be killed at the hands of a woman and as a result of this Lord Brahma granted them the boon.
Shukracharya who was the guru (teacher) of the demons in the netherworld was looking for a new leader to become king of the demons. Apart from brothers Shumbh and Nishumbh there were five other demon candidates who wanted to become king. These demons were another set of demon twin brothers Chand, and Mund, Dhumralochan, Raktabija, and Mahiasura. Just like brothers Shumbh and Nishumbh Raktabija had too received a boon from Lord Shiva after doing penance which again when Raktabija asked for immortality Lord Shiva refused to offer them that specific boon and told them to ask for something else. Raktabija then requested that if he was a cut and his blood fell onto the ground he would be able to multiply himself and Lord Shiva granted him the boon.
All seven demons fought each other. But in the end Shumbh was crowned king of the demons and the five demons became his chiefs and Nishumbh became Shumbh's general.
Shumbh wanted to conquer earth. Goddess Mother Adi Shakti seeing what Shumbh and Nishumbh and their demon army causing terror and destruction on earth she descended to earth in the forms of Chandi, Chamunda, Durga, Kalaratri, and Kaushriki.
Shumbh, Nishumbh, Chand, Mund, Dhumralochan, Raktabija, and Mahiasura along with their army of demons weren't scared by the five goddesses.
"Fools! You'll soon find out how powerful we are!" said Goddess Durga.
Mahiasura was ready he was a demon in the form of a bull. He went charging towards Goddesses but Goddess Durga was also prepare and the two of them went into combat but Goddess Durga was victorious and had defeated Mahiasura.
"Hey Goddess! You'll pay for that!" yelled Chand and Mund in unison.
"Ha! Come and you'll see what will happen to you both!" shouted Goddess Chamunda.
They two twin demon brothers attacked Goddess Chamunda but just like their comrade Mahiasura they too were defeated.
After witnessing three of the seven demons destroyed by the goddesses Raktabija knew that he would loose but still decided to fight. As Raktabija began spilling his blood on the ground and began multiplying himself. Goddess Kaalaratri was already prepared with a bowl ready to catch every drop of Raktabija's blood before it touched the ground and just like the others Raktabija too was defeated. Goddess Kaalaratri opened her mouth wide and swallowed up Shumbh's demon army.
Dhumralochan was furious of what he'd seen he decided to get justice for his fellow demons. However, Goddess Chandi soon put a stop to that and killed him.
Now only Shumbh and Nishumbh were left. They both knew that their demon rule would soon be over. Goddess Kaushriki was the one who could destroy Shumbh king of the demons and the netherworld along with his brother and demon general to the king Nishumbh. It was now time to rid the world of it's demonic rule!
Even though the evil demons, Shumbh, Nishumbh, Dhumralochan, Raktabija, Chand, Mund, and Mahiasura were now all destroyed. There was a much bigger matter to deal with. It was to destroy the demons who were terrorising the people on earth. Goddess Kaushriki called the male gods who included Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva, Lord Indra, Lord Yam, Lord Kuber, Lord Kartikeya, and Lord Ganesha to ask them for their assistance.
" I need you al to go within yourselves and allow your feminine energies to come out as otherwise it'll be catastrophic for the world!" Goddess Kaushriki explained.
Lord Indra didn't like the sound of Goddess Kaushriki idea.
"But Mother Goddess! We're all men how is this even possible?" Lord Indra asked.
Goddess Kaushriki smiled.
" Just close your eyes and concentrate on your feminine energy" Goddess Kaushriki told him.
All the male gods closed their eyes just as Goddess Kaushriki had instructed.
"Brahmani!" she called then out of Lord Brahma appeared a female version of himself.
"Vaishnavi!" she shouted then out of Lord Vishnu appeared a feminine form of himself.
"Narayani!" she yelled then out of Lord Vishnu appeared another feminine form of himself.
"Narasimhi!" she ordered then out of Lord Vishnu a third feminine look of himself appeared.
"Maheshwari!" she commanded then out of Lord Shiva a female version of himself appeared.
"Indrani!" she cried as out of Lord Indra appeared a feminine form of himself.
"Yami!" she instructed out of Lord Yam appeared a feminine appearance of himself.
"Kuberi!" she ordered as out of Lord Kuber appeared a feminine look of himself.
"Kumarini!" she asked as out of Lord Kartikeya appeared a female equivalent of himself.
"Vinayaki!" she requested as out of Lord Ganesha appeared a feminine reflection of himself.
Goddess Kaushriki told the ten female energies of the male gods to descend to earth and to put an end to the demonic rule and they did as they were commanded. The world was now free from demonic reign. As a result of this the male gods called their feminine energies back as they maybe needed to be used in the future if a similar situation arose again!
The Doctor smiled and thanked Ganesha and left. She decided to travel in the TARDIS and see what she'd been told by Ganesha. She was fascinated how the five forms of Goddess Mother Adi Shakti slayed the seven demons.
The Doctor's past twelve regenerations had always protected her past companions against her enemies such as the daleks and the cybermen. But she had always cared about the protected the races of earth and the galaxies across the universe as that was being the Doctor was!
