This story takes place after the end of Book 1, but erases the scene in which Korra and Mako kiss. (I thought it was rushed and that it wouldn't have happened had the writers known they had 3 more seasons) This story focuses on how the Equalist cause was based in legitimate nonbender mistreatment, and Tahno is a main char. There will be eventual Tahorra and involved plot!
