A/N: Alright, first chapter, here we go! Don't have much to say here other than enjoy, if it's enjoyable that is.

Gonna take some inspiration from NeonZangetsu and applied his rule, which is, should this story do not get any likes or support, it will end.

-Chapter Start-

In a deep emerald forest, two figures could be seen traversing in it. These figures feature a small fairy-like girl, floating besides her companion. Said companion is a blonde teenager, or possibly younger, clad in an outlandish clothing.

They are Paimon and Aether, respectively.

They have started their journey roughly about half an hour ago, from the beach where Aether initially woke up on, which is roughly a week or so ago.

An interesting story this, of how these two met.

First and foremost, Aether do not originated from this world, Teyvat. Where he comes from is unknown as of this moment, but he has travelled to many worlds before. Him along with his twin, Lumine.

When they first arrived in Teyvat, they were in shock due to the carnage happening in front of them. Dark overcast sky, black smokes, a sea of flames engulfing buildings. From distance, they could see seven figures laying waste on this people. They want to help, but as heartless as it sounds, they do not know these people. Not only that, they do not who is in the right, and who is in the wrong.

And most of all, they could sense strong power from those seven figures, especially after one of them summon a huge rock from the sky.

Now, these two are Traveller of Worlds, but they're not pushover. Alone, they can overpower Gods and other higher beings, but two of them against seven is a foolish and hopeless fight.

With heavy heart, they turned away from the slaughter, opening a gate for them to travel between worlds, and once inside, they were engaged by a lone Unknown Goddess, who bested them in combat, sealing their powers, trapping them here, if not sending the other away.

Granted, they were holding back as they do not want to destroy the place they were fighting in, as it could cause a dimension malfunction and trap them in between. But the fact remained that they have been bested.

Aether lost his supernatural strengths, speed, agility, and endurance but that is not all he lost. His powers to travel between worlds, his powers which he learned from many figures in different worlds, are sealed as well along with it. However, as he and Paimon arrived to a statue of the Archon, Barbatos, Aether regain a small fraction of his power after interacting with it. Along with it, is the power to control the elements Anemo without the use of a Vision.

Paimon that in Teyvat, there are seven elements, which is Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Pyro, Cryo, and Hydro. Or in simpler words, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Nature, Fire, Ice, and Water in respective order. To control this element, an individual have to be blessed with a Vision, an emblem that contain one of the element.

The fact that Aether could control Anemo without the use of a Vision, proved any doubters of him arriving from a different world.

Or perhaps, proving that he is no ordinary mortal.

Aether could be explain of what he is, whether if he is of Godlike descent, a godlike being, a star, anything you can theorise on. But Paimon? There's no legal or legit conclusion of what she is. There's one or two you can confirmed her, however.

She is the best traveling companion ever, and an emergency food, but do not let her know that.

At this moment, they were engaged in a conversation of their current whereabouts and their destination, one of the seven nation in Teyvat, Mondstadt.

"So, how far till we get to Mondstadt, Paimon?"

"We've been walking, or floating for me, for about half an hour almost. Paimon suspects that we will get there shortly!"

"Yes, that's what you said for the last fifteen minutes, but define shortly, please." Aether remarked with a deadpanned voice. His visage suggests that this is not the first time Paimon have answered him this way.

"Nope!" Paimon denied. "Paimon is absolutely sure of it this time, we're close, Aether!"

"Heh, very well, then." He let out a low chuckle as Paimon's cheerful voice amused him greatly. A moment after, his face focused in deep mental thoughts. For he really hoped that his sister, Lumine, is at Mondstadt, or at the very least, the people there know of her whereabouts.

"Aether, look!" Paimon suddenly called him out, he looked towards the direction Paimon pointed, before his eyes widened at the sight.

A bright star, so golden and majestic, almost similar to how he and his sister looked, according to the people of the other worlds they have visited.

'Impossible!'

But then, any hope of it being his sister is squashed down, for as it landed just in front of them, a bright light suddenly exploded out, expanding far and wide, even reaching out to the other nations.

All seven Archons looked towards the light, no matter where they are, their eyes narrowed at the bright light.

-Line Break-

Hurt, hurt, hurt, he's so hurt and in pain. But he could feel his body rapidly healing, faster than when he was at his prime. Before the betrayal of Mubong Park.

'What happened…?'

Giving an internal view of the inside on his organ, the cross shaped scar on his heart began mending, healing the damaged tissue, although a fast rate, its slower compared to his broken body that has relived an intense combat against the God Form of Mubong Park, alongside his friends, Mira and Daewi.

He then heard two voices, one is a male, while the other sounds like a small girl, calling out in concern to him.

Sun Wukong, Jin Mori, Dan Mori, the Great Sage of Heaven's Equal himself, slowly open his eyes slowly, to adjust to the sudden bright light, giving him clue that it is in daytime, for the brightness far surpass those of a normal light bulb. So he is not in the hospital or in any shelter.

What greeted his vision as his eyes opened fully, as he suspected, was a boy that could not be any older than eighteen, if not younger, and a… small floating fairy girl?

Before he could speak out to ask them who they are, his eyes widened as he felt a comfort he has not felt for a very long time. He touched his body, around his waist, looking down to comfort what he sensed.

His armour, his gourd, they are on him. Now that his senses are completely much better, he can feel the familiar weight of Yeoui in his ear. His eyes widened in shock as he could not believe what is truly happening. Not only Yeoui, he still has the other staffs as well.

'But how..? My body is healing rapidly, Yeoui is fixed, the Gourd that was in pieces… and even Yongpyo!'

Who could have done it?

He glanced to the side, and his eyes widened once more, looking at a faint glowing silhouette of a woman, a small smile traced on its lips before the figure dissipated completely.

'Xuanzang…' It appeared that he has been saved by her, even after a long time has passed since her death, since he has devoured her to defeat Tatagatha in space. And still, she have done so much for him. That silhouette is definitely no coincidence, she probably have something to do with what happened to him and his arsenals, perhaps even to where he is right now.

"Are you alright? You've been out of it for a while." In his mental conversation, he have forgotten of the two voices that shook him awake. The teenager asked in concern of his condition, earning the blonde a grateful smile from him.

"I'm all good!" To prove his own words, he even kip up, grinning at how strong his body is feeling at the moment. "My name is Jin Mori, where am I at this moment?"

In a short moment of joy, his world is suddenly turned upside down by the answers he received.

"Nice to meet you, Jin. I am Aether, and this-"

Without letting him finish his line, the fairy girl interrupted, "Paimon is Paimon! The best traveling companion ever!"

The blonde, Aether, send her a look of annoyance. "What she said. At the moment, you're in the forest just nearby the Starsnatch's Cliff, in the region of Mondstadt."

Gulping down his nervousness, he then asked once again. "Mondstadt..? Are we in Germany or something?"

"Germany?"

"Is that a food?"

Was the respective answers he received from the two. 'There's no Germany? There's no way I'm in another world, right?' He took a glance at Paimon before resuming his internal dilemma. 'At first, I thought that fairy is a Borrowed Power or something but… I don't think that's the case anymore…'

One thing caught his attention however, even in a different world, they still speak Korean, which make it easy for him to communicate. He just hope at least the writings are similar to Earth. He then looked to the two with the upmost seriousness, granting him the full focus of the two as they saw him getting serious.

"As unbelievable as it sounds, I'm not from this world."

The two looked to each other before looking back at him. "Well, that's nothing new to us considering I'm not from this world as well."

Eh?

"I was going to travel to another world but we engaged against an Unknown Goddess and lost. My sister and I, not with Paimon. And now I'm trapped in this world with my powers sealed, and my sister who God knows where."

Damn, that's rough, buddy (1), is what he wanted to say. But he understand his plight. Losing someone precious to you, especially caused by a Godlike beings… He clenched his fists as he remembered about Xuanzang's demise.

"Oh… Since the two of us are more or less similar, can I tag along with you?"

-Line Break-

After the blunt and straightforward request by Mori, the two accepted and brought him along with them, as well as informing him the world of Tevyat along with its elements, pun intended.

Jin Mori was greatly interested about the history, however he could be seen frowning when the part of the Archon War comes to the table. A war to determine seven Gods, granting them the title Archon.

However, Mori is not easy to trick. He knew that there is something in play in the Archon War. Gods are already powerful, they may fight over territories or if their subjects were to be harmed, but fighting over a meaningless title such as an Archon? It's palpable, it's ridiculous.

Suddenly as he is entrapped within his thoughts, he bumped accidentally to the shorter boy, muttering out a quick and soft sorry. Aether gave him a signal to quiet down, as they hide behind the tree, peeking in front of them.

The sight was enough to bring the battle hungry side of Jin Mori, for in front of them, is a massive dragon.

What made the sight concerning, or unusual, depends on who you ask, is the fact there's a boy, almost the same age as Aether, who is petting the snout of said dragon. Thanks to his nature as the Monkey King, he could hear him muttering out soft and comforting tones to the dragon.

Once again, Mori narrowed his eyes in suspicion. He can feel the power coming out, not from the dragon, but from the young looking boy. However, Mori can also sense the power is kept well inside him, alongside what is a… windy nature to his power?

An Anemo user.

Mori can feel himself going tense and ready for action, ready shall anything happen.

And it does happened.

The dragon suddenly growled loudly, not only surprising the boy who's petting his snout, but eliciting a loud 'Eep!' from Paimon, gathering their attention.

The suspicious powerful boy widened his eyes in surprise, while the dragon roared loudly.

In another time line, the dragon simply ran away, but due to a powerful figure nearby, the dragon felt threatened and charged out a wind blast.

Alas, it was not due to happen.

In a pause of the moment, Aether and Paimon are seen panicking from the upcoming attack, while the green clad boy is trying to calm down the dragon lest he destroy this part of the forest, and along with it, Mori's new friends.

"EXTEND AND GROW THICKER: YEOUI!"

A huge long pillar suddenly appeared, striking the dragon right on its face, knocking it back. Three pair of eyes widened, tracing the huge pillar that came out of nowhere before looking back to Mori in shock, who struck the dragon before it can blast them to death.

The young lad shouted at the dragon, "Dvalin!"

The dragon, revealed to be Dvalin, shook its head from the pain it received. With a silent command, the pillar shorten into a thin bo staff, held in Mori's hand. The Monkey King observed his opponent for any unusual stuffs, before his eyes landed on the suspicious crystal protruding around the back of its neck.

Meanwhile, Aether and Paimon were in further shock as Jin Mori's weapon simmer down into a thin bo staff. The same could be said however for the stranger. As he do not want any unnecessary combat or further pain inflicted on the dragon, he released a huge gale of win, blowing the trees, as the plant struggled to hold on its root beneath the ground, lest it flies away like the other small plants.

The sudden display of power shocked the wild lives in the vicinity. A flock of birds scatter away for its safety.

Paimon held on to Aether's fluttering scarf, who is holding on to a tree himself to not be blown away.

As for Jin Mori, he shielded his face from any unwanted stones, while his eyes locked against the Dragon and the boy who keep releasing his wind power. He then developed a battle hungry grin before he spoke out loud.

"I knew it! You're not a human, are you?!"

His adversary narrowed his eyes at him, before releasing more power, yet Mori held on for he has face something much more dangerous than a strong wind. Another blowing wind alerted him, looking to the dragon who now flew away to the skies, away from the sudden conflict taking place.

That short moment he focused on the dragon was enough however, for the stranger has disappeared into the forest, and along with him, was the strong current.

Mori narrowed his eyes before commanding Yeoui to take its smallest shape, tucking it behind his ear. He looked towards his two friends, who were breathing heavily. Mori lent a hand towards the downed Aether, who took it gratefully.

"Hey… What about.. Paimon?" Chuckling softly for a moment, Mori also gave a hand for the panting figure of Paimon, whose mood brightened up after receiving the hand. The floating companion glanced to Mori before asking, "Were you always able to do that?"

"Of course!" The Monkey King grinned confidently of his answer, before he pointed to himself with his thumb.

"Let me introduce myself once again. My name is Jin Mori, and I am the strongest fighter!"

A/N: No references again, or maybe there was, I don't know. Only two line breaks in this, but that's because I make this chapter for only 2.5k words or so, including the notes by the way.

I do not want to write a long chapter only for it to have no likes, so I'd rather publish a short one, before deciding to write a longer one or not based on the likes and criticism.

As usual, do review any grammatical errors, lore errors, etc, etc.
