Leo followed the little Tim to a VERY large bathroom that looked more like a Japanese onsen than a regular camp powder room. "Whoa..." Leo breathed. He then saw a small sign that read:
'Please leave all dirty clothes and shoes outside. They will be clean when YOU are clean. SDMD.'
"SDMD?" Leo asked out loud. "It means Sundrop and Moondrop." A voice said from inside. "Who's in there? Leo asked. A couple of faces popped into view, but they didn't exactly look 'Human.' One face was green, while other was blue, but they both had scales for hair, and colored skin, as well as long tails. "You're jaw is dropped, I'm guessing that this is the first time you've come here, so I guess introductions are in order." The Blue one said, walking up to Leo "I'm Alberto, Alberto Scorfano. The one behind me is Luca Paguro." He explained as the green one gave a little wave. "Hi...I'm Leo Craig." He said, taking off his vest. "Um...do you guys think that you can..." He made a turning around motion with his finger. The boys got the message and turned around so Leo could undress. After he did, he jumped into a nearby bath "
Alright! It's all good!" He yelled. The boys ran into their own bath that was a few spaces away from him. "So, What's your story? How did you end up here?" Leo asked the boys. "Well, After Luca here had gotten back from his schooling with a friend of ours, we had ended getting bored doing human stuff, and then one night, when we were gonna go look at glowing jellyfish again, a giant whirlpool had gotten a hold of us, and dropped us in the lake outside. Counselor NiGHTS had helped us figure out where we were, and after that we just wanted to come here more." Alberto told him. Leo was surprised, they had gotten bored too! "Are all the children like that?" He asked "Nope! Some actually came here from special means, Sunny is a good friend of Gregory's...father, and Rose owed Hakim a solid, as a thank you for helping fix her parents relationship." Luca said. Leo pondered over the answer he was given. What other reasons did children have to come here?
Soon, Leo had gotten clean and grabbed for a towel that was near him and went to find his clothes and shoes...that were now Clean, ironed, and shined. A note sat by them that read:
"Here are your clothes. Welcome to camp. Don't be naughty...MD"
Leo, a bit unnerved by the note, took his clothes and went to get back into them. He then stepped back outside into the campgrounds, watching the other children play to their hearts content. He then saw the same little girl from earlier, playing with Counselor NiGHTS
"Please Mrs NiGHTS? Can we go one more time? Please Please Please?" She asked, her eyes getting bigger with her Pleas. NiGHTS Gave a caring, but mischievous smile "Alright Yinu, we can go one more time, but then it's time for us all to have a little bite to eat" She said. Yinu grinned ear to ear as NiGHTS held out a hand. The little girl carefully stuck her hand out and a bright light erupted between them. The light calmed down but the little girl was nowhere to be seen!"Alright, Hang on Yinu!" NiGHTS said as she rocketed into the air, and even though she was nowhere to be seen, Yinu's voice squealed with excitement. Leo saw NiGHTS Fly through the air as gracefully as a ballerina, with the skills of an acrobat. The jester counselor performed tricks and feats that no would even dream was possible! All the while, Yinu's voice would whoop and cheer at everything NiGHTS did. A few Arial tricks later, and NiGHTS floated back to the ground. The bright light glowed again, and Yinu appeared back on the ground. Jumping and clapping "That was so fun Miss NiGHTS! Thank you!" She cheered. NiGHTS Gave an elegant bow "Why thank you young Yinu! I always enjoy flying while dualizing." Yinu turned to see Leo gaping at the display and she giggled.
"Hi there! You're mouth is dropping!" She said cheerfully. Leo quickly closed his mouth as NiGHTS drifted over, her feet skimming the ground. "Hello, would you like to fly too?" She asked. Leo felt his mind go blank. Could he really have a chance to fly? For real? A clanging triangle snapped him out of his thoughts "Oops! Time for dinner! Maybe we can fly later!" NiGHTS said as she went up to Balan's office window and waved at him. The children ran inside, and followed the sounds of the triangle. A kid with a blue shirt, brown hair, and a bandage on his face looked at him "Well? Are you coming? Or would you rather be staving all night?" He asked. Leo felt and heard his stomach growl, and quickly ran inside...
