I don't own any of this, Loud House belongs to Nickelodeon.
What would you do during the end of the world? Would you break laws and do what you always desired to do? Would you find comfort in whatever religion you believed in? Or would you spend the final hours with your loved ones and enjoy your final hours of life? These are among the three options that people have to choose from before everything goes down and they all die in one of the most scariest ways the universe could give out.
Several months ago Lisa Loud; the most respected and praised scientist of this generation had discovered a new black hole. It was a very exciting discovery, especially since it was a rouge black hole that Lisa proudly named BL90. Studying the black hole's movement through state of the art technology and telescopes, Lisa came to the horrifying discovery that the course the black hole is taking, well cause it to cut right on through our solar system with Earth right in the way.
This is horrifying in itself for nothing can escape a black hole and unlike an asteroid, it can't be moved to take a different course. No, Earth's days are officially numbered and when the black hole arrives everything from human beings, plants, and animals, to the smallest micros will be killed off.
Now at first the news of the black hole had been silent for Lisa wanted to make sure that her data is 100% correct. After all no need to cause a mass panic over nothing. But when the data confirmed that the Earth will be in its direct course, the news got quickly spread out to warn people of the upcoming spiral of death. Not many believed that a black hole was coming as it sounded something out of a movie and just continue on with their everyday lives.
It wasn't until three months after the discovery of BL90, that it finally began to enter the solar system. People who looked up into the night sky took notice of the disappearance of stars, they began to feel a bit uneasy. More stars disappeared through the next several days, then in the very middle of the month; the black hole could be seen. Getting ever so closer with each passing day. The Earth itself began to feel the black hole's gravity as it kicked several five-mile wide meteorites in Earth's direction, causing destruction and chaos where ever they hit. It also got hotter as the black hole effected the relationship between the Earth and the sun as it has pushed the planet a bit closer to the sun, creating massive global warming.
One of the last effects the black hole had on Earth is making winds that got more stronger the closer it got.
Now tonight as the black hole is very visible during its final approach to Earth. A lone orange car approaches the boarder lines of Royal Woods, while all around is complete mayhem from panic people, who ran around looting stores or avoid passing debris that the wind has stirred up. Really the wind has made it hard for people to walk in, as it is strong enough to shake the orange car.
The driver who struggled on through these conditions is none other than Lincoln Loud; who by now is thirty years old and was a successful comic book writer for the David Steel and Ace Savvy comics. It was he who had made the successful crossover comic between the two franchises that was supposed to get an animated movie sometime later this year, but that's clearly not happening now.
It is still hard to comprehend that this is full on reality. In less than four hours; the whole entire planet is going to be destroyed with nothing left of it. He along with everything else he ever loved are doomed and no one can stop it. There were no places to hide, no places to run, no shuttle craft that would allow them to escape as despite the years, humanity has still not built a spacecraft that can travel at light speed. They would be sitting ducks if they tried to leave the planet, the only Earth objects that are far gone were the satellites as the black hole's gravity kicked them away from our planet.
The only thing Lincoln can do during these final hours is to return home and have one last supper with his family. If he and the rest are going to die, then they might as well have one last happy moment together before they do. That is of course if he doesn't die on his way to his childhood home as some of the debris being carried in the wind would do some pretty serious damage if they hit his car.
With focusing on driving through this chaotic night, Lincoln's thoughts are going all over the place. You see despite he and his sisters parting ways to focus on their careers, they have always maintain close contact with each other, not to mention the monthly reunions they all have. Lately they haven't been able to have a reunion due to their careers being as busy than ever, so this one will be the grandest. It was just too bad that not everyone from their family will be there as both Pop Pop and Aunt Ruth had died years prior. Although that's sad, at least the two aren't facing the current horrors that everyone is facing.
Lincoln thoughts now have wandered off to some of his nephews and nieces who will not be able to grow up. That's how big this disaster was. No one is going to have a future, especially babies and children. Another thing that bummed him out was that he wouldn't be seeing Clyde during these final hours, due to him spending time with his family. It was just a good thing they spent the day together three days ago. Unlike with the rest of his old friends.
Anywho with these thoughts going through him, Lincoln drives pass the many streets of Royal Woods including the street where the Food and Fuel is. Catching a brief glimpse of it, Lincoln could make out boards blocking the doors and windows as well as the outline of Flip holding a gun. "Looks like Flip is prepared for looters." Lincoln mumbles to himself.
Finally Lincoln makes it to his old neighborhood and can already spot the large assortment of cars that are parked in front of the old Loud house. It's been so long since Christmas that he saw this place and seeing it now made great nostalgia hit him, why he could almost see himself sitting underneath the tree reading a comic book.
Parking his car on the opposite side of the street. Lincoln slowly stepped on out and felt the wind blowing his hair and clothes. Taking a look up to the sky, the swirling black hole came into view, getting more larger with each passing minute. The moon is physical dwarfed as it raised in front of it, which will be the first thing to go into the black hole. In fact, it looked like that the moon is already being pulled in.
Shaking his head in order to avoid looking at the incoming death, Lincoln slowly walked his way up to the door. From the other side he could hear several voices talking to each other, as well as the cheerful laughter of kids. Hearing that joyful laughter made Lincoln want to stand on the porch for the night, but he couldn't. He needed to be a part of this. In order to have one last happy moment, so he sucks up some air and knocked on the door five times.
Waiting for several minutes the door finally open to reveal his dad, who's hair has all but faded with only two sides left. His dad smiled brightly upon seeing his only son for he is the last of his children to have arrive. "Son!" He pulls him into a very tight hug, which Lincoln gladly gave back. "Hey dad."
"I'm glad you can make it. Your sisters and their kids have arrived some time ago and I'm currently making the greatest meal that I'll ever make."
"That's great dad. So where's mom?"
"She's in the bathroom at the moment. Anyway come on in and get settled for dinner will be ready in about an hour." Stepping aside to let him in. Lincoln does so and looked to the living room where golf champion Lori, Fashion maker Leni, international Rockstar Luna, praised comedian Luan, famous sports player Lynn, poetry writer and funeral director Lucy, Bobbie Fletcher's top pit-crew member Lana, top model Lola, famous scientist Lisa, and recently college graduate along with former artist Lilly sitting around the couch. Of course they weren't the only ones as Lori's, Leni's, Lynn's, and Luan's kids are all gathered around on the floor playing a game.
Of course his sisters partners are here as well such as: Bobby, Scott, Sam, and Benny. Lynn's would've been here to, if he had stayed after that fateful one night stand that they had, that eventually lead to the birth of Lynn's daughter; Roxie who is at least six years old. Now despite the accidental pregnancy, Lynn loved her daughter very much and took Roxie to her sports games or have mom and dad put her on when they watch her daughter. You can also tell that she is Lynn's daughter as she had her energetic personality and can get a bit rough at times.
Lori's and Bobby's kids; Manny, (10), and Frida, (8), are two years apart from each other with Manny being born first, which he gladly uses in arguments against Frida. Despite the occasional arguments that they have, they are close with each other. And with both parents having big families, they are far from lonely.
Leni's and Scott's child; Nessie, (5), is a very cheerful girl who isn't lacking any clothes since her mother and father happily make them for her. She has a large imagination and with her trusty rhino; Mr. Rock by her side, she finds herself with the most craziest adventures she could come up with.
Then at last we have Luan's and Benny's child; Curly, (7), who has inherited his mother's sense of humor by telling puns and jokes that crack both his parents up. He even got his very own puppet with him; Mr. Coconuts Jr, much to his aunt Luna's utter joy.
None of them have noticed him yet, they are all just too distracted by them talking with each other or the game they are playing. Letting out a cough to get all of their attention, Lincoln gives out a wave. "Hey guys."
Upon seeing her uncle, Roxie jumped up to her feet and practically tackled Lincoln from her hug. "Uncle Lincoln!"
Regaining his footing, Lincoln gives her a soft noogie, messing up her already wild and messy hair. "Hey Roxie."
His other nieces and nephews joined in on the greeting of their uncle with hugs and personal handshakes. "Hey uncle Linc! Have you heard about the snake in history class?" Curly asked.
"No, I believe I haven't heard that one yet." Lincoln replied.
"He said that it was the greatest class in hisssstory." Curly laughed with his uncle gladly joining him.
"Uncle Lincoln, I had a great adventure in the dessert today." Nessie proudly informed with Mr. Rock hung proudly by her side.
"That sounds exciting. What did you do there?" Lincoln asked.
"Well me and Mr. Rock rode a camel to a large pyramid, where after exploring much of the inside, we came across a scary mummy that chased us all around the pyramid."
"Did you get away?" Lincoln asked while acting concern.
"Yep. I lured him into a booby trap and used it to lock him up in a cage. After I trapped him, I found the treasure room!" Nessie finished with excitement.
"That sounded like a crazy adventure." Lincoln said with a chuckle, Nessie responds with placing her hands over her mouth to hold in a giggle.
"So uncle Lincoln." Manny spoke up, getting his uncle's attention. "Did you bring any newly released comics for me to read?" It was a big perk of having a comic book writer for a uncle, he always gets to read the newly finished comics before they hit the shelves.
However he felt a sudden punch on his shoulder from Frida who gave him a glare. "Manny!" Rubbing his shoulder, he looked at his sister a bit with a glare, before turning back to his uncle with an apologetic gaze. "Sorry. What I mean is, how are you doing uncle Lincoln?"
"I'm doing fine and sorry I didn't bring any comics with me tonight." Lincoln replied.
"Aw. That's a bummer." Manny muttered before getting dragged back to the game by his sister with the other cousins following.
With the kids cleared, his sisters all came up and formed a tight group hug around him, that had lasted for a solid three minutes. After separating with each other, Lori gives her little brother a ruffle of his hair. "Glad you can make it Lincoln."
"I wouldn't miss this Lori. Although it was very difficult on getting here due to that wind outside." Lincoln points out to the door where the wind could be heard blowing.
"I know what you mean. I thought my car was going to be blown off the road and that would've caused some scratches on her." Lola reminisced.
"Oh. Believe me Lola." Lisa began in clear fear that came out of her usual monotone voice. "The wind is going to be the least of our problems soon. When we enter the black hole, we are going to be facing powerful earthquakes, magma is going to be erupting out of the ground, every single coast line is going to be facing tsunamis, and worse the whole atmosphere is going to be sucked away, completely draining Earth of any oxygen, then finally the Earth will be ripped apart until it is reduced to dust."
"So we're going to suffocate to death?" Lilly fearfully asked as she clenched her throat.
"No. We'll most likely face a watery grave." Lisa corrected.
"What? How?" Lynn asked.
"From the local dam. It'll not hold during the powerful earthquake, it'll collapse and we'll drown under a large wave of water." Lisa replied.
"Sigh. A watery grave. Not the most greatest way to go." Lucy commented as she lowered down her head with a much longer frown than usual. Lucy may be accepting of death, but even she is a bit scared from this predicament.
"Hard to believe that this is even happening in the first place." Lynn suddenly snapped.
"I know what you mean sis." Luna shook her head in disbelief. "A bad to the bone black hole swallowing up the earth, just like that Kirby dude. Hard to believe that this is reality."
"Speaking of reality." Lana butted in. "Aren't black holes supposed to be a gateway to an alternate reality or something?"
"Oh yeah! I believe Einstein predicted that." Lilly added in a bit of hope for maybe that there is a chance that they all live from this.
"Yes, that is true." Lisa confirmed with a frown. "Unfortunately from what I can calculate from my data. There is no wormhole inside."
"Way to kill that hope Lisa." Lola scoffed.
"It's better to be truthful, than to give out false hope. Besides my monitoring of the black hole's effects on our solar system has been rather intriguing. Like for instance the planet Mars has gotten kicked out of its orbit and is now a rouge planet." Seeing that she got her siblings momentarily interested in the predicament of Mars, Lisa might as well continue. "From what I calculated. Mars is going to be drifting through the cosmo's, until it reaches another far distance solar system. If I'm correct the planet might find itself in a new orbit in the habitable zone. But it's a slim chance. The likely thing to happen is that it'll collide with another planet."
"Yeah. That's very fascinating, but that doesn't exactly help us!" Lola snapped.
"I'm just pointing out that not everything in our solar system is going to be destroyed." Lisa shrugged.
"Well with that being said. We might as well enjoy the time we got left." Luan spoke up.
"Luan's right!" Leni nodded in agreement. "Let's enjoy ourselves."
Not wanting to waste any precious time that they have so little of. All of them went back to the couch to discuss about what they have been up to: Luna and Sam had been on a great tour through Europe several months ago, Lynn had won the last ever soccer championship, Luan exclaimed proudly that Curly had all A's on his last report card, Lana had saved a alligator trapped in a ditch, Lola had almost won the last beauty contest but came out second to Ashley, Leni and Scott took Nessi to Loch Loud to visit her grandparents and Angus had been very happy to see them, Lucy had bought her own hearse, Lilly made a great painting that she wanted to show them all later, Lincoln talked about the crossover he made, Lisa talked about her other discoveries before the black hole, and finally Bobby and Lori talked about visiting the Casagrandes.
"So how is Ronnie Anne?" Lincoln asked for they haven't seen each other for several years now, although she does send him her famous prank packages occasionally.
"Oh, she's doing fine little Loud. She is completely silent from this whole thing, but she's doing good." Bobby answered with a ghost of a smile.
"That's good." Lincoln replied with his own smile. He can just vaguely remember about hearing her participate in a skateboarding competition. Hopefully she is having a nice night with her family like he is.
The siblings along with their partners continue on talking with each other about their current lives, but eventually the siblings started to reminisce of memories from the past. Everything that is now focused on memories from their childhood began to pour out from them. All the way from the good aspects to the bad ones, which funny enough even the bad ones are fondly remembered.
"Ha! You dudes remember the time we formed that family band?" Luna happily reminisce.
"Yeah, you literally got all controlling because Mick was coming to town." Lori smiled. "But do you guys literally remember the time I came home from college to spend the whole weekend with you guys?"
"How about the time I like totally got my driver's license?" Leni beamed for that had been the happiest moment of her life. Right next to the time she met Michelle and Fiona at her old job.
"The time I thought I enchanted spells on all of you from great grandma Harriet's book of spells." Lucy spoke up in deadpan.
"I fully believe you all recall the time, I tried to force you all to tell the truth." Lisa adjusts her glasses for she knew that there is no way that her siblings would forget about her special, truth seeking glasses or setting up all those cameras.
"You guys helping me get ready for my first sleepover." Lana stated for that had been a very fun night once she got over her fears.
"The time I learned to read and made pizza for you all." Lola smiled.
"My yearly April Fools celebrations?" Luan chuckled as her siblings cringed in fear for how could they forget?
"I remember getting my first babysitting gig. Man the money I got from the Fox quintuplets mom and dad was great!"
"I vaguely remember Lisa saving me from my nightmares." Lilly said with a smile towards her sister, who couldn't help but smile back.
Lincoln suddenly chuckled to himself. "You know I remember every single thing we did as children: the time we wrecked the house for money, thinking there was a ghost in the basement, going on a chore strike two times, fighting for the Sweet Spot, giving Mr. Grouse the greatest Christmas ever, and so much more."
"You guys definitely had a lot of adventures." Sam chuckled.
"Yeah, they should make it into a TV series." Benny joked for some of those stories sounded perfect for TV. Luan however laughed from that joke. "Oh Benny! Who would give us a TV series?" The others soon join in as well, even the children, although they didn't even know what they were talking about.
Just then Lynn Sr. stuck his head out from the dining room. "Hey guys. Dinner is ready."
Turning to look at the dining room in surprise, they looked to the clock to see that they have been talking for two and a half hours. How time sure does fly when your very preoccupied. Getting up from their spots, they all head into the dining room where a great feast is presented to them. Rita is also already seated, she has left the bathroom about two hours ago, she wanted to say something, but seeing how her kids were busy talking to each other, she decided not to interrupt them.
Now that they are all here. Everyone sat themselves down, picked up their plates and picked out their food where they happily began to eat their feast. Eating the food, their taste buds jumped in joy as this is the most delicious food they had ever had. If all else, their dad did an upstanding job on this last meal.
The black hole closes in on Earth. It's event horizon getting more closer with each passing minute.
The moon is gone, never to be seen again. With the moon gone, the tides on Earth are now only effected by the black hole's gravity. Already they are reaching pass their usual high tide line with places like New York and Loch Loud flooded by sea water, but oceans aren't the only bodies of water affected by the strong gravitational pull as rivers and lakes are also flooding as well.
People who are not affected by the already growing floods. Watched the black hole take over the sky with the winds blowing more fiercely, and for those on the other side of the planet who couldn't see it. They are all expecting the sun to rise up at any moment. It never does. As the black hole has pulled all of the sun's light towards it instead. So for those on this side of the planet, the new day never happens.
At last the Earth passes through the event horizon and completely entered into the black hole. For the first few minutes nothing happens, everything seemed relatively normal. But then all over the world, a bright light fills the sky.
The Louds are surprised to see such a light come through the window, it was so sudden and bright that they shielded their eyes until they're fully adjusted to it. "Whoa! What's with the light?" Luna stated as she lowered down her hands from her face.
"Is it morning already?" Nessie question for she has never seen it get so light all so sudden.
"Remarkable!" Lisa spoke up. "It's the light that's trapped inside the black hole!"
"So basically, we're in it right now?" Lynn question in fear as she reached over to hug her daughter.
"Yes" Lisa replied gravely. Everything on the table then started to shake as a small earthquake began, that steadily grew stronger, strong enough to start shaking the table, chairs, and other furniture.
"Well" Rita began. "I suppose that now is the perfect time as any to say this." Rita lets out a few coughs, so that she could have a clear throat for this speech that she's been thinking of for the past week is very important to her. "I just wanted to say that ever since I married your father. I have seen this family grow very large. I never would have thought that after Lori's birth, that I would become the happy mother of eleven children. I will admit that I have become afraid while raising all of you, and things definitely got a bit too much with the messes, loudness, exploding the roof off of the house. But that hardship of raising you kids is very much worth it at the end, and I would gladly do it all again if I ever had the chance." Rita smiled warmly to her kids. "To put it simply. I'm very proud of what you all became."
Rita watched her kids get all teary eyed from her speech, even Lucy and Lisa can be seen with tear marks. Her husband, her daughters partners, and grandchildren are also all teary eyed as well for that had been a beautiful speech. "Thank you mom." Her kids all spoke up at the same time.
"And I don't think that I'm the only one to say that we are all glad that you and dad are our parents." Lincoln spoke up, which all his sisters spoke up in agreement.
The global earthquakes gets more stronger as the Earth drifted closer to the black hole's singularity. From the ground; everyone and everything is in full panic mode! Cities are filled with screams as buildings crumbled down, while mega tsunamis and floods struck every town or city closed to bodies of water. Loch Loud is pretty much underwater, and while the castle itself is just high enough to avoid the waves, it didn't save it from crumbling down into rubble from the quakes.
Ronnie Anne and Sid stood on top of a hill in the park watching the buildings crumble and cracks to appear on the ground, which got pulled apart as large assessments of magma erupts out high into the sky. This armageddon is truly something to behold for the two friends who had entered the city after various delays that had stopped them from meeting their families. They were too late! And now they are watching the hottest fountain show in existence.
The dam of Royal Woods groaned from the intense shaking it endured, but at last water spilled out through forming cracks, before collapsing with a large amount of water surging into town.
As the house groaned from the shaking, Lincoln looked to all of his family with a sadden smile. "You know guys. We may be fully chaotic and very loud, but I definitely wouldn't trade it for the world."
Smiling warmly at him, every single one of them got up and joined in on one last group hug. "Mommy? Is everything going to be okay?" Nessie softly asked.
"Everything is going to be alright sweetie." Leni lied as more tears came down her face.
Lisa meanwhile looked to the window and everything seemed to have slowed down as a large rush of water surged through the street, then crash right through the glass. She shuts her eyes to prepare for the impact, while also enjoying the loving embrace of her family.
With volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, mega tsunamis, and now world wide firestorms, along with F5, tornado-like winds. Virtually nothing is left alive on the surface, even those in deep shelters aren't safe as the atmosphere got sucked away and depleted the world of its oxygen. All of this happens in less than thirty minutes by the time the planet began to stretch out to it's limited, until it breaks apart and is spaghettified as it got pulled into the singularity.
The planet that has been around for a billion years and has seen all kinds of life is now gone and is reduced to dust. The black hole meanwhile continues to drift through space as it continue to destroy the solar system before it finally left.
Only a few pieces of our solar system managed to escape other annihilation such as: asteroids, comets, and Mars that is now drifting through space with Earth rovers being its passengers. They take pictures of passing stars and galaxies, that they transmitted to where Earth had been, where no one will ever see them.
