HIRUZEN

In the Hokage's office, Hiruzen was moving on autopilot, read, stamp, add to pile. He went through the most tiring work of any Kage, paperwork, silently prayed for any sought of distraction.

A few minutes later, an ANBU agent dropped in front of him.

"Inu, what seems to be the problem?" the kage asked in a kind tone. "Hokage-sama, there is a disturbance at the gates" Inu said

"What sought off disturbance?" the kage asked, "Someone claiming to be an Uzumaki, he says his name is, Uzumaki Isamu".

Hiruzen eyes narrowed, he had know an Uzumaki Isamu, but had died in the fall of Uzu. This man couldn't be the same Isamu, could he?.

"Bring him to me, immediately" he ordered, "Hai, Hokage-sama"Inu replied and Shushined out.

Few minutes later

Hiruzen sat on his chair, all paperwork cleared from his desk. A tall man with long flowing red hair walked into the office,he had a regal look to him like one of royalty, he also looked like he was in his late fifties.

A small smile graced his lips when he saw Hiruzen, "Well, well, it seems the old monkey has gotten older"Isamu said with a chuckle.

Hiruzen did not reply nor did his expression change, "You claim to be Isamu, and you expect me to believe you just be cause you look and sound like him?" he asked.

"Well, looks like someone has gotten a skeptical with old age, must be tough eh jiji" Isamu said with a smirk.

"well, pardon my skepticism. But apart from your insults do you have anything to prove, that you are whom you say you are?"Hiruzen asked in annoyance.

"Hmmm, let's see"Isamu said in mock concentration, "You do remember your third time visiting Uzu, when you broke off from your team to go peeping on the women at the water fall..." , he was caught off by a flustered Hiruzen, "I did not go peeping, you said it was a good place to train".

" Hmm, I don't remember saying that, "Isamu said with a shrug "but you do remember right?" he asked,

"I do, do you also remember swearing to never speak of it?" Hiruzen asked, his annoyance at its peak.

"Meh, you asked to me to prove my identity, so I did" he said with a shrug.

Hiruzen sighed, he could feel a headache coming on. "Where have you been all this time, and why show yourself now" asked Hiruzen.

Isamu's features grew serious, "There is a lot you need to know old friend".

Shinobi council meeting

The heads of several Shinobi department and the elders sat in the council room waiting for Hiruzen, who had called the impromptu meeting.

After a few minutes of waiting, he walked in, wearing his kage apparel, and behind him was Isamu.

Danzo, on seeing him gripped his walking stick tighter.

All members of the council stood up and waited until the Hokage sat.

"This meeting may now commence" said Hiruzen.

"This man here" he said pointing at Isamu, "is Uzumaki Isamu, and he has brought some concerning news to my notice, Isamu", he said, giving Isamu the floor to talk.

"Thank you, Hokage-dono, before I tell you what the news is, I must first bring somethings we Uzumaki's did to light" he said before continuing.

"Hundreds of years ago, during the time of the sage of the six paths, after the defeat of Kaguya, there was a rip in our world linking to another, a multiverse you could say, in that world life was over run by the Onis, demonic spirits that consumed the life force of the people they touched.

When the rip was created this Onis crossed over, but since this wasn't their original world they were weaker, instead of draining people's life force by touch, they increased the darkness in their hearts and others slowly draining them of their life force, the sage of the six paths and his brother fought them back and sealed the rip, but as the years passed the seal grew weaker, so the son of the sage chose his daughter to be the guardian of the rip, to watch over it and tighten the seal, because of her unique ability with it.

Her name was Ōtsutuski Yua, and with her abilities, she reenforced the seals, as the years passed, slight exposure to seals and her heritage she aged slower and had a larger life force, when she got married she changed her name to Uzumaki in respect to the whirlpool that surrounded the island of the rip.

For centuries we have been tasked to guard the world from what lies beyond the rip. But in other to stop alienation, we kept a secret." He said.

"why would you suffer alienation?" Inochi asked, Isamu looked at him with a raised eyebrow, "Have seen how people treat Jinchurikis?" he asked.

All members of the council immediately understood what he meant.

"As good as that story was, I don't see how that concerns us"said Danzo.

"Oh, but it does, you see, before he died, the sage prophesied that four people shall rise to put an end to the Onis" Isamu replied.

"But, you said the rip was sealed" said Fugaku.

"It was, but after our fall we have been forced to stay away for far too long and sadly I do not have the skills or know how to reseal it, all I could do was place seals on the land and sea to slow down their attack.

there have been some slips, it will hold back the stronger ones... for now that is"

"So the only ones that can stop them are these four, and if i should guess then one of them is in Konoha" Danzo asked.

"Not one, but all four" he replied.

"And how are we to identify these four?" Asked Fugaku.

"They will have a mark on their arm, maybe below the shoulder, and it is said to look like an oni mask". As he said that both Fugaku and Shikaku went rigid, Hiruzen sighed and rubbed his temple, Danzo remained impassive.

"And what will you do when you find these four?"Fugaku asked, his voice taking an edge.

"They will be immediately taken to the ancient temple of the sage, where they will be trained" he replied evenly.

"Even with everything you've said, we still have no proof that these 'Onis' actually exist" Danzo said, "And you expect us to give you four of our citizens like that?" he asked.

Before Isamu could answer, An ANBU agent stepped in and whispered into Hiruzen's ear, he turned and faced Isamu, "It's seems like one of your entourage, has an important message for you, Tenzo bring him in".

The agent left and a few seconds later, a young man who looked in his early twenties stepped in.

"Hokage-dono, council members I greet you all" he said before facing Isamu, "Isamu-sama, they are coming" the man said.

Isamu's eyes narrowed, before sighing, "You wanted proof?, well you are about to have it" he said.

"What do you mean?" Shikaku asked, Isamu looked at him eyes narrowing.

"The Onis are coming".
