The next few days then went by fast, and the night of the dance was finally upon everyone, but Birch and Raffi were waiting for the other two outside the school.
"I swear, if those two decided not to come," said Birch.
"Relax, Birch, they're here," said Raffi as he noticed Liam and Sandra heading toward them.
"Can't believe you actually made us wear these," said Sandra who was wearing an aquamarine dress while Liam was in a tux of the same color.
"Honestly, I thought they would do something worse to us," said Liam.
"This is going to be one of the last major things we do together before going off to college," said Birch.
"So, we decided not to punish you too much seeing how you two gave us the push we needed," said Raffi.
"I still hate this color though," said Sandra.
"That's your punishment, remembering that your dress was a color that you hated so much," said Birch. The four of them then entered the school together while laughing.
