The T-Birds were walking to class, but stopped when some kid harshly bumps Putzie. "Watch it dork." The kid said harshly to him.

"Sorry." Putzie mutters.

Danny and the youngest T-Birds stopped walking.

"Hey." Danny called out as he and 3 younger T-Birds stood in front of him.

They were, of course, protecting Putzie as they stood in front of him.

"You bumped into him on purpose." Danny tells him.

"Oh yeah?" The kid asked, walking up to Danny. "What are ya gonna do about it?"

Danny clenched his fists together.

"I want you to apologize to my boy and walk away before I bust ya arm." Danny threatens him.

The kid rolls his eyes.

"He's a nerd, which is why his name is Putz." He said with a smirk. "So he's a freakin' loser."

All of a sudden Danny roughly pushed the kid up against the locker.

"Danny!" Putzie called out.

"If you ever and I mean if ya EVER call my boy that again or hurt him, I swear to freakin' God I'll make you suffer, get my drift!" Danny shouted.

"And I'll make sure your life is a livin' hell!" Kenickie threatens.

"Yeah!" Sonny and Doody protested.

"Alright!" The kid yells, obviously starting to be afraid of the T-Birds. "Sorry."

Putzie just nods.

"Good, now get outta my face before I break ya neck!" Danny firmly says.

He roughly lets go of the kid as he backs away from the guys.

"How about ya run!" Kenickie yells.

The kid ran off.

"Creep." Sonny mutters.

The four T-Birds turned to their youngest best friend.

"You ok kid?" Kenickie asked him.

Putzie chuckled.

"Yes, I'm fine." Putzie smiled.

"Well everyone should always know not to mess with one of my boys." Danny tells him. "Especially you."

He draped his arm around Putzie.

"Yeah, if anyone messes with you or Doody." Sonny started. "Big brothers got ya backs."

Kenickie ruffles Putzie's hair.

"Thanks fellas." Putzie smiled.

Danny patted his chest.

"Anytime brother." Danny said to him.

So the T-Birds walked off to pick up girls or make fun of the football players. Putzie was really glad that he had the guys to look out for him. The T-Birds weren't just gang members or best friends...they were brothers.
