Author's Note: Idea came from a picture on a YouTube video. Truly this was going to be a stand alone not connected one-shot. Well. . . we are here, so yeah that was scrapped.
Review Responses (THANK YOU for taking the time too):
Pain in the Rain:
elijahhedgemond: Definitely getting mew-ore purr-cious with the cat puns. Agree, Kagami's mother willingly helping Gabriel will without a doubt makes things much worse for the heroes. Oh thank you, that's a bright side to things. Thanks for the Favorite/Follow here.
BearfootTruck: The lyrics definitely fit the theme. Of course Catwoman helped she saw her man struggling. Thanks for the Favorite here.
It Stops Here:
BearfootTruck: Okay, that's fine BFT honey. Do as I did, check out the lyrics. I have no doubt, you will like them. No true reason, just needing some comfort so I wrote about it. Thanks for the Favorite here.
Screaming Solutions:
Guest: Okay, not your preference in Jungle Fury. Nothing needs "correcting". Sorry, they're not mine. It would be odd if every single fan did.
Guest: Of course. That's what being a shipper is. Enjoying a couple, regardless of popularity. If you love it, then you love it.
Soft greenery of the park's garden surrounding them. Flowers in bloom, sweet smelling pink cherry blossom petals dance in the smooth breeze.
In his charming white tuxedo, he leads her towards a lone rope swing. The smirk on his tan muzzle watching her elegantly moves (despite the more obvious bun in the oven) to sit in her simple light pale pink dress and veil, is heart melting. Lovely longer pink quills in ringlet curls, tender smile on her cute peachy muzzle.
He leads over her now blushing face. Blood ruby meeting sparkling jade, the winds pick around them as "I love you" passes between them in whispers.
Kneeling in front of her, gripping her tiny hands in stronger ones. Looking up at her giggling face, he lowly chuckles.
"Mrs. Hedgehog have doomed yourself to darkness unworthy of you."
Raising both her hands to his lips. Kissing them both twice, just before he looks up at her again, she leans down to lay a kiss to his long black nose. Pulling his ebony/red quills closer to her growing stomach.
"Darkness with a golden loyal heart. Shadow you're not evil, you're not a danger to me. You have never been and never will be."
"Oooohhh, miss Rose, how wrong you are. . .!"
The newlyweds, stare shocked as Infinite approaches. That sinister cocky grin on his white furred muzzle. Shadow stands in front of Amy, blocking Infinite's heterochromia eyes from seeing her.
"Leave now and you don't die."
"Now Shadow is that anyway to talk in front of a bleeding bride?"
Infinite's sarcastic question has Shadow turn back to Amy, only to find Scourge pulling out a bloody knife from her stomach. Closer examination her throat already slit. His lime green fur happily tainted with her blood, icy blue eyes glow insanely. As he cradles the tiny corpse of the unidentified baby.
"You're not so ultimate after all."
"AMY!"
Shadow awakens to face the said pinkette, he worries over. Jade green eyes in tears, not for herself but for him. As she gently lays him back down on the bed in the guestroom.
Peachy hand caresses his tan muzzle. No words spoken until he (gently) lifts her up onto the bed close. Hugging her, praying she never want him to let go.
"Shadow. . . I've never seen you so frazzled. Was it about Maria?"
Releasing the hug, tho he inwardly relaxes as she snuggles into his left side. He lays them both down. Swiftly gives her his single pillow for her head.
"It was. . . worse then losing her. I couldn't save you-"
"Shhhh, it's okay. I'm fine, we are fine."
Amy grabs his strong hands in her tiny ones. Her smile so caring as in his dream turned nightmare.
"Mind if before I have to go to the bathroom again, if I sleep here for the rest of night?"
Her answer comes as he pulls her closer. Taking care to make sure she and the growing bundle are comfortable. His left hand atop her stomach.
"Maybe take a few days off work?"
She suggests with a teasing smile, he nods easily. As she turns off the nightstand lamp.
TO BE CONTINUED. . .
