Naruto wakes up in the morning feeling fresh as a morning's breath after a good brush, which he indeed does for some reason this morning. After getting all the Sasuke shit out of his system last night, Naruto feels like a wholly new person and he intends to act upon it. He starts of his day immediately going to Ichiraku Ramen Shop
"Morning, sir!", Naruto greets Teuchi, the ramen owner
"Morning there kid! It's very unusual for you to turn up so early in the morning", Teuchi replied
"I don't know sir, I'm feeling very ecstatic today somehow. And it to make it better I wanna have the usual for breakfast today!"
"Okay there, son. Coming right up!", Teuchi said
"Wow, didn't expect a huge commotion to be coming out of here this early in the morning", another figure sudde ly shows up
"Iruka-sensei!", Naruto greeted him happily
"Good morning, Naruto. Didn't expect you to come here this early", Iruka said
"Yeah I didn't know why I woke up so early so suddenly either", Naruto said
"You should try waking up this early more often, you know. It's better to increase your productivity during the day"
"Okay sir! I'll definitely try to wake up earlier much mkre often", Naruto replied
"And to motivate you into waking up early more often, I'll buy you this round of ramen. Sounds good?", Iruka asked
"Yayy!! Thank you, Iruka-sensei, you're the best!"
In a dark and damp room somewhere in Konoha, an interrogation is taking in place. The individual involved is none other than the red haired girl from before.
"Is this some kind of fucking joke? What are you hoping to achieve from this?", the girl bravely taunts her captors
"Now, now you're lucky you're just a young lady, or else I've already gone much more crueler in my first attempt, so I suggest you behave now, young lady", the interrogator spoke to her
"Pshh, like that fucking matters for me. Look just do me a fucking favour and kill me now. I have nothing to say to your slimey asses.", the girl keeps taunting
"I see. Thank you for your kind words, young lady. This will go down much easier for my consciousness even if you're just a small girl", the interrogator said as he prepares his violent tools.
Before the action can take place, a messenger suddenly arrives at the room looking for the Hokage.
"Lady Hokage, I have news for you!", the messenger
"What is it, you dimwit. Can't you see an interrogation is taking in place?", Tsunade, the Hokage replied
"My apologies, Lady. But this message came directly from the Daimyo.", the messenger said
"My god… Alright then, give it to me", Tsunade said as she took the letter
"Man this just keeps getting bigger and bigger", Tsunade mumbles to herself. "Alright guys, pack this thing up. The interrogation will have to be postponed.", Tsunade said.
"What is the matter Lady Hokage?", the interrogator asked
"It's another shinobi contract, coming straight from the Daimyo this time. I can't rightfully ignore this and since we are running out of staff I'm forced to send you for this job, Hibiki.", Tsunade said to the interrogator
"Understood, Lady Hokage. What do we do about her, though?", Hibiki asked as she points out the girl he's about to interrogate
"You let me worry about her. For now you should just focus on your job I just gave you", Tsunade replied
"Understood, if I may have my leave, Lady", Hibiki said as he disappears from the scene
The girl in captive couldn't but let out a huge laugh of the fortunate coincidences she just went through
"BWAHAHAHAHA. Oh that's just fucking hilarious! I guess God still loves me huh?", the girl said
"Oh He may have given you a chance girl, but you still have to go through me", Tsunade said
"Oh you're so fucking scary you know that you old hag? Man your tits aren't even as half as scary as Kabuto's laugh", the girl claims
Sensing the challenge from the girl, Tsunade immediately puts her in place with her more, shall we say advanced ninja charm
"You're willing to bet your life on a shitty joke like that?", Tsunade said
The girl was immediately taken aback by Tsunade's advanced ninja charm and is gasping for air heavily from it
"Thanks for the meal, Iruka-sensei! See you later!", Naruto said as he walks away from the ramen shop.
Naruto continues to wander about the village looking for some way to spend the time he has now I this huge new spirit. At first he intends to visit Sakura but on the way he met with Shikamaru and Temari
"Yo Shikamaru, and… who's your name again?", Naruto asked the pair
"Really, you forgot the name of your friend's sister?", Temari asked
"Sister? Wait, Shikamaru you have a sister?", Naruto asked
"You idiot, she's not MY sister", Shikamaru replied
"Then who's sister is she?", Naruto asked again
"Ah forget about it. Anyways, what brings you around?", Shikamaru asked
"Oh nothing, I'm just strolling around the village. In fact I was about to check on you guys", Naruto said
"Well as you can see, I'm just fine. Broke a finger but that's pretty much it", Shikamaru said
"And you would've broken your neck too if it wasn't for me", Temari said
"Yeah indeed I would. Jeez can you stop bringing that all the time", Shikamaru said
"No.", Temari replied
"Wait I think I remember you now, you're….", Naruto said pointing to Temari before being cut out
"Naruto, it's been a while", Gaara said as he went over to his friend
"Gaara! Hey what's happening?", Naruto said as he went over and embraced Gaara
"Saving your backs as it stands", Gaara replied
"What?", Naruto asked back in confusion
"You didn't know? The Sand ninjas backs us up during the fight against the Sound ninjas. As she dsid before, I would've died if they didn't came along", Shikamaru explained
"Wow that's so cool. Really wished you had my back back then", Naruto said
"Well what's important is that most of you came back safe and sound", Gaara said
"Most of us? Wait what happened to the others?", Naruto asked.
"Well thanks to the back up of the Sand Ninjas, the ones who got direct help like me, Lee, and Kiba are all mostly safe with only minor injuries. Choji is doing quite well too, his condition have stabilized thank god. Neji tho, well we don't know what's gonna happen", Shikamaru explained
"Neji? Holy shit I gotta help him", Naruto said
"Don't bother. The Hyugas have their own ways to cure their own. You'll just be in their way", Shikamaru said
"Alright then. Anyways, just curious. What happened to the enemies?", Naruto asked suddenly
"I'm kinda surprised you cared, or not really. But don't bother thinking about them, I heard they're all dead.", Shikamaru said
"Well that's good I guess. But Sasuke's not dead right?", Naruto asked again
"They didn't find any traces of him so I guess he's still alive", Shikamaru said
"Thank god. Alright then I guess I'll….", Naruto prepares to bid farewell before getting called by a random ANBU member.
"Naruto Uzumaki, you are hereby summoned to the Hokage's office. In under any circumstances must you come just alone", the ANBU reported before disappearing
"Huh, what the hell is that?", Naruto asked confusingly
"Well it's a personal summon for you from Lady Hokage. Well since you're ordered to come alone I guess this is where we part ways, bye Naruto", Shikamaru said
"Bye, you guys. Take care", Naruto said to the others
A few minutes later and Naruto arrived at Tsunade's room.
"Hey Granny, what's up? You looking for me?", Naruto asked
"Sit down, you brat" Tsunade said
"Okay then, Granny", Naruto said with a bit of a fright. "So, what you called me here for?"
"Before we start, are you sure that you're just alone?", Tsunade asked
"Well yeah, you told me to come here alone right? You can check around me if you don't believe me", Naruto said
"Good, now Naruto listen. I am about to give you a very important mission", Tsunade said
"Oh great, I'm all in for it. A special super important mission just for me!", Naruto excitingly said
"Great. Now before I give you this mission, you must swear that you'll keep this mission top secret?", Tsunade asked
"Of course, I would. You know me Granny, I can be silent as the wind", Naruto claims
"And are you ready to say yes to whatever I command you to, without getting personally attached to the mission?", Tsunade asked
"Of course, Granny. I will put any feelings aside for the purpose of the mission", Naruto claims
"Are you sure?", Tsunade asked
"100 percent", Naruto claims.
"Alright, let's at least try the introductions first. Shizune, bring her in", Tsunade said
"Yes, M'lady", Shizune replied
As Shizune brings the the person in question in, Naruto was definitely not amused at the person who came through that doors
"What?! YOU?!!"
"What the fuck? Him?!"
