It's been a while! I can't believe we're at the epilogue. I never imagined I would get to this point way back when I began writing.
Regardless, we're here! I hope you enjoy this special one-shot.

"Are we all ready?" Princess Peach asks her friends as they enter the portal room. "Awaiting the signal, princess!" Bowser smirked when he and Jr. showed up. Daisy, Rosalina, Yoshi, Birdo, Wario, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong also entered the room.
"Ha! We got here before those two!" Wario laughs, to which Daisy facepalms. "Sorry we're-a late!" Luigi nervously says while he and Mario entered the room. "This is gonna be a big one!" Mario exclaims in anticipation for the big event.
A great party to celebrate the first year of their dimensions coming together.
Mario is brimming with hype when Dixie calls for him "You ready to see all of them again?" she smiles. "Yes! Especially those six!" he replies.
Soon enough, all of them jump into the portal one by one, making their way to the party.
Merged Earth, December 15 2020
"Muy bien! Everything is in order! Mexico cleans his face after accommodating the finishing touches to receive the Mushroom heroes. "Hey, Mexico, they're coming!" Italy happily points to the activated portal.
Peach is the first land on this world and is quickly followed by the rest.
"Benvenuto all!" Italy eagerly greeted his friends and high-fived Bowser Jr.. As the two nations guided the heroes, Mario and Dixie sighed with nostalgia and were hyped to meet their six teammates from their greatest adventure from one year ago.
Upon arriving at the Niagara Casino, the heroes are greeted by all their friends.
"DUDES! America yells and rushes in to lift Mario. "America!" Mario happily replied and the nation put him down.
"Princesses!" Sonia smiled at Peach, Daisy and Rosalina, who greeted her back and the four engaged in a pleasant conversation.
"Jr.!" Cameron high-fived the Koopa Prince. "Wario! Waluigi!" Scott runs to bump fists with the mischievous duo.
"Bowser!" Nekomaru uses his Fire Breath to greet the king, who smirks and responds in kind.
"Yoshi! Birdo! How is my favorite dino-duo doing?" Mexico asks, a bit influenced by Coahuila.
"Diddy!" Nini calls for the little kong and he joins the demon in a high-five. "Yo! DK!" Nick calls for the leader of the crew, who smirks and joins him and the creatures.
"Luigi!" Canada smiles at the younger bro and both engage in a chat.
That only left Mario and Dixie on their own until someone's voices called for them.
"Over here!" Heather's voice reached both heroes' ears. The two head to where her voice came from and they find the queen bee alongside Kiyotaka, Japan and Trevor. "How's it going?" Dixie asks.
"All is great as usual!" Taka chirps and the six form a circle. "We're still missing two," Japan pointed out. The rest knew who he was referring to and that's when they heard a familiar howl.
Damao and the rest of the All Saints Street heroes arrived.
"How are you doing?!" Damao smirks, "Very good! Even though we just saw each other a week ago!" Taka grins. "Your honesty never takes a day off, does it?" Heather sighed.
"You've known him for more than two years, you should know that" Juzo surprises everyone with a smirk and having the coat ditched for the party. "Well, I guess we're all here now," Japan comments.
And it is at that moment when Germany takes everyone's attention and speaks with the help of a microphone.
"We've all gathered here for a reason: To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the start of this multi-dimensional cooperation… The MultiVerse Investigation Agency.
To be honest, never in all my years as a nation could have foreseen this outcome of events.
And it all started in the Mushroom Kingdom in March 2018…
When Mario found Japan in the town of Rogueport. There, they founded a team with our beloved friend Goombella and fellow nation America. They traversed Rogueport and its surrounding, defeating many enemies, finding us, scattered nations and collecting the Crystal Stars.
This culminated with a great battle for the Mushroom World in the Palace of Shadow against the Shadow Queen. Then, we formed special interdimensional relations between our worlds.
Three months later, another cataclysm would hit both universes…
Count Bleck conjured the Void and planned to destroy both worlds…
Mario and Heather, strengthened by Smash powers helped by their six friends and guided by Courtney, put a stop to his plans and vanquished the Void with the help from the Count and Tippi.
But that only marked the beginning of the events that led us here." Germany said and he handed the microphone to Kiyotaka.
"THANK YOU, GERMANY! NOW I'LL DETAIL THE REST OF OUR CRUSADES!" Taka yelled, making everyone cover their ears. Upon realizing what he's done, he apologizes and continues.
"Our world entered the fray with the simplest coincidences when Count Bleck tried to destroy the worlds.
The souls of all who died in the Killing School Life ended up in the world of Palutena and co.. There, they decided to revive us and provide us with Smash powers as well.
We were given the task to make contact with Mario and friends on Pi'illo Island.
Our mission was going as planned… until Antasma kidnapped Princess Peach and Chihiro.
It was at that moment where Mario, Luigi, Mondo, Makoto, Kyoko, Starlow and I decided to team up and search for them. We finally found but bumped into the spirit of our now comrade Junko Enoshima".
Everyone gives annoyed looks at the girl, who grins and flips them off.
"We had to embark on a quest to stop her and Antasma from drowning Mario's World into Despair. We fought many battles in both the Real and Dream Worlds and eventually, managed to defeat both villains at the Neo Hope's Peak Academy.
That was enough for Palutena and her friends to deem us as successful and we were allowed to continue living. It was then when America came to the Mushroom World just when we were about to leave for the Mushroom Kingdom and offered to come with him.
We accepted and that's how we ended up here.
Now, this is where I would tell you about the crusade that brought all of us together, but I feel that there were some events that I'm sure Komaru and Trevor are eager to share!" Taka chirps and calls for both heroes, who approach him and the girl is handed the microphone.
"Thank you, Kiyotaka.
As he was saying, before the big battle of last year took place, our world already started to resent the effects of Count Bleck's failed plan.
Space rifts began appearing in our world, sending the Future Foundation into disarray due this new kind of tribulation. However, this is how we also found out about this world and the Mushroom World.
We were at a loss, but we decided to observe these rifts for the time being.
Before Taka takes the microphone again, Trevor, I think it's time you share your experiences as a thief." Komaru smiled and gave him the microphone.
The man took it and thanked the girl.
"After an experiment in my original world went awry, I ended up in Tokyo, Japan of another dimension. There, I encountered Joker and their team that we all know as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.
I joined them in order to find a way to get back home but also to help them with their most powerful foe they had faced at that time. We fought so many battles, rejected reality despite it benefiting us.
After all that, a special friend offered me to travel here after I found out I wouldn't be able to return to my world anymore…".
Trevor stuttered for a while but regained his composure to hand back Taka the microphone.
"Thank you, Trevor! And now I would like Mario, Japan, Heather, Juzo, Dixie and Damao to join Trevor and I to recount the events of the quest that brought our three worlds together!" Taka smiles.
Heather facepalms, knowing this would happen but relent and the other heroes join the two at the center of the crowd.
Mario takes the first turn to narrate.
"One year ago, two worlds were merged as a result of Count Bleck's plan, however, this clash brought upon a terrible foe.
Galeem, Lord of Light, was revived and soon seized control of the merge."
Mario handed over the mic to Japan.
"In one fell swoop. He decimated almost all of our team, all but seven. Those who survived were sent to the Galleria Mall in Toronto. There, we recruited the help of six tenacious teens and together we decided to rescue all of our friends."
Japan gives the mic to Heather, who sighs and takes it.
"We had to kick all of your asses in order to save you from that freak. Note that we didn't take any pleasure in it". She stares at Juzo before eyeing Makoto and Junko, which makes her smirk. "Well, mostly we didn't take pleasure".
Heather gives Taka the mic and he eagerly continues.
"Several countries were visited by us and a lot of you, our friends, were saved. However, Galeem always hindered our progress in the form of powerful enemies that threatened the capital of certain nations.
But due to our courage, our bonds and our teamwork, we prevailed." Taka finishes and passes the mic to Juzo.
The boxer sighs and begins to talk. "After saving London, England decided to join us as our navigator and teleporter, which was pretty kickass. And after we kicked ass all around China, we encountered a group that led us to a big discovery."
Juzo lets Dixie take the mic and she continues.
"We stumbled upon a special place called All Saints Street, where we encountered our friends. That revealed the existence of supernatural creatures and that opened the door for new possibilities.
After so much deliberation, our friend Damao was chosen to join our team and now we have eight fighters." Dixie goes to Trevor and hands him the mic.
"With now nine members in the team, we explored a few more countries and rescued more of our friends while also defeating the last of Galeem's minions.
However, once we've rescued everyone and defeated Elder Princess Shroob in Canberra, Australia, she came up with a dirty trick up her sleeve, or rather, her mouth.
We were grabbed and killed by a sneaky light bomb, which made us fall under Galeem grasp." Trevor finishes with a wince and hesitates before giving the mic to Damao.
"All eight of us were lost to him… but you never gave up and did all you could to save us, in the moon! Soon enough, we came face to face with Galeem and it was only the combined effort of everyone that managed to bring him down.
With that, the end results were two dimensions merged, but this permanent damage led to what we're celebrating today.
So I say it's time to finish this and get to the real stuff!" Damao yelled and grinned as the hall began to fill with cheers from everyone.
The eight smiled at each other and blended with the crowd.
"So, Juzo. How are things with you and Kyosuke" Dixie playfully asks. The boxer glares at her with an intense blush across his face. "The hell are you talking about?!" Juzo bashfully yells.
"We all saw you two holding hands while you stared at him with a blush" Heather smirks.
The boxer's face goes completely red and tries to make a death glare but he's left at a loss of words with the smirks of Heather and Damao.
"In any case, it's good to see you and Kyosuke are finally giving it a try," Mario declares with a smile. Juzo's expression softens and the eight take a look around the hall afterwards.
They watch all the new friendships formed over the last year.
Dawn and Gundham formed a solid friendship with their care for animals.
"Maybe you are truly another creature from the underworld! Being able to tame and command the beasts of hell!" the breeder laughs. "Your "Dark" aura is as imposing as ever, Ghundam" Dawn gives a soft smile.
Leshawna defending Mikan everytime Hiyoko mistreated the nurse.
"You better not be treating Mikan like dirt again!" Leshawna scolds the traditional dancer "Oh c'mon! Pig barf only deserves to be treated like this!" Hiyoko snaps back, earning a glare from the former.
Nekomaru formed an odd friendship with Owen. "You know, I can shape you into being a great wrestler" Nekomaru offers, however, he was ignored by Owen since the latter was consuming half of the buffet.
Kyosuke and Juzo started a relationship, and it's been going smoothly. The boxer takes a look at the white-haired man, who smiles at him, Juzo blushes madly, and this doesn't go unnoticed by the rest of the main eight.
Jo and Akane made a nice friendly rivalry.
"Race ya to the entrance! Loser has to buy lunch for a week!" Akane challenges the other girl. "You're on, Akarnivore!" Jo smirks.
Everyone is getting tolerant of Junko, to a certain degree.
"And that's how those criminals were taken away! I swear, their despair was so delicious!" Junko talks to Brick and Chiaki, who roll their eyes as they're now used to her behavior.
Romano became Juzo's country mentor, to the dismay of the boxer.
"He's a good guy under that clinging facade" Juzo admits with a huff.
"Let's see what kind of new adventures await us. Now that our three dimensions work together as one, there's nothing we can't do!" Taka laughs.
"You're right. Maybe we'll have to help Colombia with a crazy case like a whole town appearing out of thin air or a muscular man being warped from Japan to China" Dixie adds on.
"It is possible that even two students from England could get involved in our struggles if they pry enough." Trevor comments.
"What are the odds of that? But whatever, I'm already used to all the zaniness here" Heather says while taking a sip to her cup of juice.
The party took a wild turn when Izzy and Junko got a hold of a hose and connected it to a juice tank.
From Rogueport, to Flipside, Flopside, Pi'illo Island, Hope's Peak, the Earth, the Wrecked Earth, nothing among these places can put down this agency.
And places outside of the organization's reach like the Metaverse, the Neutral Zone, the Smashverse or the Mortal Kombat universe, nothing that can bring down these wacky fighters.
Even if the crises they may face next are related to time instead of space, like time jumps, all of these heroes will always face them head on.
And they'll do it… together.

The long saga that began way back in 2018 has finally reached its conclusion!
I just want to say thank you to all of you, who dedicated time to read this crossover series. What started as simple project before graduation became a full-fledged saga of diferent series across four years.
I want to thank my beta reader, who always stood by my side. And the artist, who's working hard for a surprise that will be published eventually.
