Chapter 9
Kelly and Leon got separated in the game but she did realize who the killer was when she saw the televisions outside. She saw Samara crawl out of the TV and head straight for her. Kelly walked up toward Samara seemingly unafraid, because she needed to help her.
"Samara, wait please, let me help you," Kelly said as Samara put her hand down and she spoke to Kelly through her mind.
"How can you help me, when no one cared to before?" Samara said.
"Because believe it or not I understand about being different, but you know what makes us different makes us all special and unique," Kelly said. "Someone should have taught you about your gifts not to treat you as an outcast, because you aren't an outcast," Kelly said.
"How do you understand?" Samara asked.
"Watch this," Kelly said.
Kelly lifted her finger moving objects and then finally allowed the red mist to come from her fingers.
"I have telekinesis too, but again no one helped me except for my sisters helped me. It hurt more than I wanted to admit, but my two younger sisters helped me. What your stepmother did was awful and anything other people did to you was terrible, but Samara you killing innocent people you have to stop that now. I will teach you how to use your powers for good, alright?" Kelly said.
"Yes, please, will you always be my friend?" Samara asked.
Kelly smiled.
"Yes," Kelly replied.
Kelly pulled back Samara's hair and hugged her unafraid and Samara wrapped her arms around Kelly finally having someone who truly cared about helping her. Leon had walked up and smiled seeing Kelly helping Samara, he knew this girl could help.

Erica was with Bubba hanging out with him, and even though he didn't speak Erica seemed to understand things with his sounds he made. Haley had hung out with Pinhead, as she played with his box while he watched.
"I'm playing with your box," Haley said.
"You summoned me….. I came," Pinhead said once more, seeming to understand she liked that phrase the most.
Haley squealed and threw her arms around Pinhead. She liked him so much.

Kelly had sat down while Samara sat down watching Kelly and Leon together.
"So, what's your story?" Kelly asked Leon. "I mean I know you're a cop and you fought the zombies and all," she said.
"I was always told I was a damn good cop. I searched until I found you and your sisters, but that was before…" he started to say.
"Before what?" Kelly said as she reached for his hand as Samara watched how caring her friend Kelly was.
"Wesker….. He destroyed the world where I came from, and I was brought into this game world." Leon said.
"In the movies and games you saved everyone," Kelly said.
"Yeah….. Claire was like a little sister to me and then Rebecca…. I tried so hard to beat back not just Nemesis but Wesker too, but there were people I just couldn't trust anymore." Leon said.
"So, you didn't know who to go to for help," Kelly said.
"Yeah," he said.
"Now, you have us," Kelly said as she hugged him, something that shocked him.
"And me," Samara said as both Kelly and Leon smiled at that.
Samara was finally trusting others.
