As Soos' truck drove up the hill and to the Coal Mine, with the new kid finishing his call, and Soos explaining everything to Wendy, Dipper had some flashbacks going on in his head, remembering his last fight with Gideon.

"LET GO OF MY SISTER!"
"NEVER! I FINALLY WON THIS TIME!"

Dipper then thought about how far he's come since then, but glanced over to Mabel in concern as he asks himself if Mabel has come any far since then?

"Alright, we're here." Ford said as Soos pulled over. They all walked on the tracks, only to be stopped by the Keep Out sign.

"There's nothing we can do, it's locked." Mabel said, hastily.

"Not necessarily." Ford smiled as he walked to the sign and ripped it away revealing that the hole in the cave was an illusion as the hologram disappeared, revealing a steel door.

"Wait, that's one of your hideouts?!" Dipper shouted.

"I had this built in 1980 while me and Fiddleford were building the portal." Ford smirked as he pressed in the password, prompting the steel doors to open.

"Soon, we'll be together, Pacifica, soon..." The New boy thought with a crazed grin on his face as they all entered, and saw something of a Laboratory itself, complete with gadgets and gizmos and chemicals.

"This family gets cooler than I remember..." Wendy said, awkwardly.

"Now where's this potion?" The new kid said.

"Keep it in your pants..." Stan said, trailing off, not knowing the boy's name.

"It's Lawrence Klerkson." The boy said, smiling.

"Lawrence, just chill out," Wendy said, searching through the laboratory with Soos. "I'm sure we'll find it.

"Yeah, dude, it's not like it's a Zombie Hand..." Soos said. "It's not going anywhere. Unless, you know, it sprouts legs"

Waddles was oinking around as soon as he walked in, accidentally knocks over a table full of chemicals that cause them to fall and pour on the Pig, breaking the beakers!

"Waddles!" Mabel said.

"It's okay, Mabel, some of the Chemicals lost their zing years ago." Ford said, casually. But then, Waddles grew wings on his back! "Mostly."

"This is even cooler!" Mabel said, getting on her pig's back as the pig began to float.

"Let's just get this over with." Stan said, annoyed as he opens a fridge, attempting to get a Pitt Cherry Soda, when he saw a huge wine bottle, prompting Ford to run up and grab it. Stan was concerned, "Geez, Ford, what did Sanchez do to you that got you to become a drunk?"

"It's not wine, Stanley." Ford said, annoyed. "It's the Redemption Potion. Now, with a drop, it can..."

"Yeah, yeah, we know, give it to me." Lawrence said, sternly as he grabbed it and began to leave.

"Wait, do you even understand what you're doing?!" Ford said, annoyed.

"Of course, I do. I've had experience with chemistry with my father." Lawrence said, sternly as he headed back to Soos' truck.

"Something is odd about him..." Dipper said, concerned. "Maybe we should keep a close eye on him... It's better not to take him lightly."

"What is it about this potion that's making him obsessive?" Ford said, worried.

"Whatever it is, we should find out." Wendy said. Mabel paid no attention as she laughed on top of a flying Waddles.

Dipper sighed and rolled his eyes before heading to the door.

"Come along, everyone. We need to figure out what's wrong with Lawrence before anyone gets hurt." He spoke. He looked back and saw that Wendy was looking at him, making him nervous and feel weird.

When they got out, they noticed that Lawrence wasn't in the truck, they were further creeped out, but Soos was more hurt, if anything.

"Wow, that was rude." Soos said, annoyed.

"Shut up, Soos." Wendy said, frustrated.

At the Gravity Falls Mall, the Northwests finally arrived, making a public appearance as most people congratulated Pacifica for her bravery, but there was something off as Preston took part of the undeserved praise, but Priscilla hung back a bit. Pacifica was just grimacing as she couldn't stop thinking about that call. Her father told her to let it go, but she couldn't stop thinking about how much hated Lawrence, she hated him more than she hated the Northwest family history.

At first, Klerkson seemed like a sweet boy, but thanks to his parents being neglectful towards him, eventually he became jealous, overbearing, and made Pacifica's life miserable. Because of this, Pacifica ended her friendship with him, at a bad time, though, as he had just developed a crush on Pacifica.

This would turn him into a jerky prankster who would constantly screw around with other classmates, he was jealous around other boys who flirted with Pacifica, until he went too far in an incident that would land Lil' Gideon's father in the hospital during Field Day, resulting in Lawrence's parents sending him to military school to keep "his ass in line" and he was never seen again since.

"Yes, yes, townsfolk, take it all in," Preston said while tightening his fist in fury behind his back. He did not like this, but good publicity means something to a family's reputation, so what choice does he have?

As he passed by a wine shop, he didn't know that a puddle of water was lurking unnoticed into the shop behind the bushes as the door opened.

The owner was cleaning the table when all of the sudden, he saw a familiar wine bottle on it that said, "For Priscilla, your daughter thought you'd deserve it.".

"The Northwest daughter's mother?" The owner said, looking at it in confusion, he doesn't recall ordering this wine here. He shrugged as he said, "Oh, well." He walked out as he followed the Northwest family. "Excuse me, Northwests?"

The family turned their attention to the Wine Store owner, confused as he holds out the bottle to Priscilla, saying, "Some guy is just giving this to your wife as a thank you for the events of the party."

The family was getting more confused than they were in the car. Who gives them free wine? Priscilla didn't mind much, and neither did Preston, but Pacifica suspected something's really OFF. The Northwest Matriarch took the wine, shrugging it off.

"Uh...thanks?" Priscilla said, weirded out.

"Uh, father, if you need me, I'm going to freshen up." Pacifica said, awkwardly. She looked at the bottle before leaving them to go to the bathroom. As she left, she couldn't help but think of this odd gift and the fact her dad gave a cheap wine bottle for her mom for her birthday. This day felt weird to her...

Suddenly, she felt something around her neck, her Mother's Diamond Necklace!

"What the-?!" Pacifica gasped. This is getting creepier and creepier.

"Boo, guess who?" A familiar voice said, calmly. Pacifica gasped in shock as she saw someone she'd thought she'd never see again. "Lawrence?!"

"It's good to finally see you again, blondie. It's been far too long for my tastes anyway. I was beginning to think I'd never see your smiling face again." Lawrence smiled.

"What is this?! Is this my mother's diamond necklace?!" Pacifica said, incredulously. "How'd you get this?"

"It ain't your mother's, I always said I'd give you the world. This is just the down payment." Lawrence blushed.

"Look, Lawrence," Pacifica said, angrily handing him the necklace. "Our friendship is over! You were jealous, twice as overbearing as my father, and made my life a living hell! So, leave me alone!"

"At least I didn't try to control you like your father did!" Lawrence said, hurt.

"You shut up about him. If there was one thing he was right about, It's You. We were wrong for each other, and we were still wrong for each other now!" Pacifica said, storming off, frustrated.

"Pacifica, wait!" Lawrence called out, to no avail. Frustrated, he heads to the Bathroom. Another person goes in there, and as if in a flash, Lawrence was gone and out of the Bathroom!
