(The entire scene opens with Stacy, Billy, Kit, Matt, Becky, Kara, Matt Jr., April, Dan Jr. and Trixie preparing for Barton Jr. Winslow's arrival.)
Matt: "Matt Junior, April, Dan Junior, Trixie."
Becky: "come over here."
Stacy: "we got super good news to tell all of you."
Matt Jr.: "what is it, Mom, Dad, Aunt Kara and Great Aunt Stacy?"
April: "what's the super good news?"
Dan Jr.: "tell us, please."
Trixie: "we wanna know about it."
Kit: "well? it seems to all of us that Mr. Winslow has just moved in today."
Kara: "isn't that absolutely right?"
April: "but wait just one minute, you guys. Mr. Winslow passed away ten years ago and he's never coming back to Shining Time Station."
Trixie: "how exactly can he simply be coming back to Shining Time Station?"
Matt Jr.: "well? it's actually a different Mr. Winslow. Barton Junior Winslow."
Becky: "and he was the late Barton Winslow's son."
(They walks around right over to where the Shining Time Station General Store is located.)
Billy: "hey. good morning, everybody. you're just in time."
Schemer: "Barton Junior, also known as Mr. Winslow just got in today."
(Barton Jr. steps right out his late father's general store.)
Barton Jr.: "hello and good morning to all of you. it's gonna be such a true honor to be working here at my late father's general store. chocolate lava cocoa with strawberry whipped cream for everybody."
(The entire crowd begins cheering wildly. and the entire scene cuts to inside the jukebox.)
Tito: "well, you guys. it sure is a super good time for an exercise workout routine."
Didi: "you said it, Tito."
Tex: "hit it."
(Tito begins playing Head, Shoulders Knees and Toes on Piano keys.)
Grace: Head, shoulders
knees and toes
knees and toes
Grace (continued): head, shoulders
knees and toes
knees and tooooooooooes
Grace: and eyes and ears
and mouth and nose
Grace (continued): head, shoulders
knees and toes
knees and toes.
(Cut back to Matt Jr., April, Dan Jr. and Trixie inside the Shining Time Station General store...)
Barton Jr.: "what seems to be the matter, kids? not enjoying much of your chocolate lava cocoa with strawberry whipped cream?"
Trixie: "oh it's super yummy good."
Dan Jr.: "but we're a bit confused."
April: "we don't even know for sure whether or not to call you Barton Junior or Mr. Winslow."
Barton Jr.: "oh yeah. that sure is a bit confusing. you see? my father was Mr. Winslow. and so was my grandfather. and so was my uncle. and so am I. I'll tell you guys exactly what. you can call me Barton Junior. or you can call me Mr. Winslow if you all feel like it."
Matt Jr.: "really? thanks a bunch, Barton Junior-"
Trixie: "we mean...Mr. Winslow."
(Later on, the four young kids are sitting right on the bench.)
Matt Jr.: "it sure is gonna be super thrilling having the new Mr. Winslow here in Shining Time Station."
April: "but for now, everything seems a little bit different without Ginny, Midge, our dad, Great Grandpa Harry and the other Mr. Winslow around."
Trixie: "at least our mom and Aunt Becky are following in Ginny and Midge's footsteps."
Dan Jr.: "good thing we trust everybody around here."
(Mr. Conductor magically appears right in front of the four young kids.)
Mr. Conductor: "did I just hear the four of you kids mention about trusting other people?"
Matt Jr.: "oh hi there, Mr. Conductor."
April: "we always trusted everybody here in Shining Time Station."
Mr. Conductor: "oh really? I got a super good story to tell all of you about it."
Trixie: "can anybody in Sodor really be trusted?"
Mr. Conductor: "oh yeah. it sure did happen with Rosie that one time."
(Mr. Conductor blows his little golden train whistle. and Trust Rosie begins.)
Mr. Conductor (narrating): Rosie the Super Spirited Engine was feeling bright and cheerful. It was a splendid day.
Rosie: "good morning, cows."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): but the cows didn't even reply to her.
Rosie: "never mind that for now, they're super busy with their breakfast meals."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): next, she saw their best friend for life, Caroline the Car."
Rosie: "hi there, Caroline, care for a super-fast race today?"
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): but all Caroline could say was-
Caroline: "yowch! that's another hole they put in the road."
Rosie: "I'm terribly sorry, Caroline."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Rosie was still in good spirits when Caroline arrived at the next station.
Rosie: "super bad luck there, Caroline. now if you were a railroad engine like me, you would run around on a pair of rails."
Caroline: "Sodor was supposed to deliver tar to fix the road two days ago. you can't even trust one single thing that runs around on rails."
Rosie: "I run around on rails. you can trust me, Caroline. I'll see if I can find out exactly what's happened."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): and Rosie puffed away towards the super big station. meanwhile, Gordon was snorting about in the yard.
Gordon: "it's way too bad that James goes right off to work at the harbor and I do his jobs. here, there and everywhere. take that!"
Freight Cars: "ohhhhhhh! just you wait. we'll show you."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Henry laughed a bit.
Henry: "I'll tell you what, Gordon. If you pretended to be seriously ill everywhere, you couldn't arrange freight cars here or go to the quarry there. could you?"
Gordon: "what a super good idea, Henry. look. here comes Rosie. I'll begin pretending right now."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Rosie was terribly sorry to see the railroad engines looking depressed."
Rosie: "cheer up, you guys. it's a super beautiful morning."
Henry: "yes, Rosie. but not for Gordon."
Rosie: "what seems to be the matter with him?"
Henry: "he's terribly ill."
Gordon: "yes. of course he is. I mean, I am. I'm not feeling super good at all."
Rosie: "don't worry about it. I can help out if you're terribly ill."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Henry and Gordon snickered silently to one another. some of Gordon's freight cars were given to Rosie. and she went right over to the quarry. the freight cars were still angry and upset about it."
Freight Cars: "we couldn't even pay Gordon back for bumping us. so we can prank Rosie instead. one railroad or diesel engine is as super good as another."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): but Rosie didn't even hear them. she collected all of the cargo from the quarry and she set off right back to the junction yard. then all of a sudden, terrible and horrible danger was straight ahead.
Freight Cars: "now for our prank plan. go super-fast! go super-fast!"
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): they pushed Rosie right past the turn signal.
Rosie's Driver: "Slow down, Rosie! slow down!"
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Rosie's driver applied the brakes.
(There's a super loud crashing sound.)
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): poor Rosie just stood dazed and surprised in a super big muddy pond, just as a little green frog had eyed her suspiciously.
Rosie: "ohhhhhhhhh. bust my boiler. the day had just begun as well too."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Thomas pulled away the Freight Cars and Emily helped Rosie back to the junction. Rosie remembered the missing tar. and she told Emily all about it.
Emily: "that's a bit strange. a cart full of tar has been left at my station. that must be it. my driver will make sure that it gets to Caroline right about now."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): later on, Gordon spoke with Rosie.
Gordon: "I'm terribly sorry about your accident, Rosie. and so's Henry. we didn't mean to get you in super big trouble."
Henry: "no indeed. it was just a super big misunderstanding, Rosie. all's well that ends well."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): just then, Caroline arrived. she looked much more bright and cheerful than before.
Caroline: "my path's being repaired right now."
Rosie: "oh I'm so thrilled."
Caroline: "thanks a bunch for what you did. now I know I can trust a railroad engine. especially if her name's Rosie."
Mr. Conductor (still narrating): Henry and Gordon puffed silently away to the roundhouse. but Rosie still had company.
Rosie: "well, well. what a super powerful day for surprises."
Mr. Conductor (narrating once more): the little green frog, who was super excited to a ride back home, noisily agreed with her as well too.
(Back to the four young kids and Mr. Conductor...)
Trixie: "so Rosie knew it was much better to trust Caroline rather than those Freight Cars?"
Mr. Conductor: "yes. of course. and it's a super good thing you're all trusting the new Mr. Winslow in the Shining Time Station General Store."
Dan Jr.: "he sure does remind us of the late Barton Winslow by the way."
Mr. Conductor: "exactly right. and I'm super thrilled to see you giving him the exact same proper respect from the past years."
(Mr. Conductor magically disappears in a jiffy.)
April: "at least the other Mr. Winslow's with Ginny, Midge, Mr. Conductor Number Two, Uncle Dan and Great Grandpa Harry in the skies of heaven right now."
Matt Jr.: "and we still got the second Mr. Winslow here with all of us."
Barton Jr. Winslow: "and I'm gonna continue working here every single day, month and year."
Trixie: "that's real super good to hear, Mr. Winslow."
Barton Jr. Winslow: "root beer floats. on the house."
(Fade to a black screen...)
