"Ugh this sucks," Complains Erika, she dumps the last box of ammo into the garbage.
"It wasn't always like this..." Reminisced Maho. "I still remember it like yesterday."
Three months ago.
Flash!
Along the cliffside during this stormy night, sirens can be heard. The scene can only be described as surreal. A crane was pulling a tank out of the water. With the tank showing signs it had been crushed by colliding with the rocks and debris.
"Is she going to be alright!?" Asks Maho in a panic.
She is running along a stretcher carrying her younger sister Miho. Her eyes filled with panic and fear. Unsure if her sister will wake up as when they recovered her she was unconscious. Only for the only thing she to do is watch as her sister was taken away.
One week later.
Inside the Kumamoto hospital, the Nishazumi family was learning of the condition of Miho.
"Doctor, how is she?" Asks Maho worriedly.
"Not good." Responds the Doctor well shaking their head. "She hit her head on something in the water and now she is in a coma."
Two weeks after the disaster.
Weather: raining. The sad kind.
"We come here to mourn the death of these girls," The pastor opens the funeral and lists out the girls the died. "... And Koume Akaboshi."
As everyone gathered around some freshly placed gravestones, the pastor talks on. With the delay mood after awhile everyone goes home.
Well, all this is happening the government wasn't having a good time itself. The country was filled with protests and riots. As this continued on the sport's popularity rapidly fell.
This turned Sensha-dō into a money drain. It eventually got so bad that three months after the incident Sensha-dō was ended and everything to do with it was shut down.
Anzio not long after the news of the shutdown.
"Duce open up or we are bursting in!" Yells Pepperoni.
The Anzio girls had been trying to reach their commander for some time. They had reached the last straw recently and had begun breaking down the door. After a while, they had broken down the door only to find something unexpected.
A mass of freshly cut green hair covered the floor and standing in the center was anchovy. She had cut her hair short. Why did she the other girls asked.
"Wait it was real!?" Exclaims Pepperoni in shock.
Sanders after the news.
Three girls can be seen in front of a tank garage being empty as government officials gather up the tanks.
"How am I to get him to love me know" whispers Alisa
"Well now what?" questions Kay out loud.
St. Gloriana also after the news.
"Say have you heard this proverb? Those who greed for everything with gain nothing" speaks Darjeeling.
"What are you talking about?" questions Orange Pekoe.
As they watch as their tanks get taken away. With the other girls getting the shells peeped for disposal as government orders. As similar things happening at the other schools across the country.
Junkyard location unknown.
A bunch of trucks roll up and begin to dump tanks into it. The tank bor the school emblems of the Japanese schools. If anyone could tell you the colours of the place they would say Red, Orange, Yellow, Black and Grey. Giant magnets picking things up and conveyor belts taking things to be smashed up and incinerated. Some would say it's a scene out of a nightmare.
