Revenant Inspection
Chapter 1
Disclaimer: I own nothing. Inspired by TheSilverboar's Spot Inspection.
"I'm sorry Ash. If you had gotten here on time, you could have received a starter, but I handed out the last one five minutes ago," Professor Oak says with false sounding pity.
"That's not what my Abra sees in your mind Professor. You are under arrest for abuse of power, sabotaging trainers and theft of Pokémon," a young woman with an Abra on her shoulder says as she appears from behind some shelves. Amusingly, she is wearing her pokeballs in light pink silk ribbons trailing from her salt and pepper hair and the only other clothing is a pair of light pink silk slippers. "Ash Ketchum, if you don't mind a League inspector tagging along you can pick a second starter much like Gary Oak received from his criminal grandfather. I've already cleared it with my superiors thanks to Abra and a small psychic talent of my own," the woman adds as she programs a pokedex for the young boy while a team of Officer Jennies teleport in to shut down the lab and place the staff in jail.
"Um... sure. How are we going to handle capture limits since the lab can't care for any over the carry limit? I didn't get your name earlier either," Ash replies as he tries to avoid staring at the woman's naked breasts and pubes.
"Oh, my name is Venna Aant though most people call me Revenant. Without a regional Professor to care for extra Pokémon, the carry limit will be changed to however many you can care for and the capture limit is the same with allowances if you leave extras with friends, family, or a care center," Revenant says as she leads Ash into the back where starters and breeding or research subjects are kept. After some consideration, Ash chooses a Litten and a Jangmo-o as his starters. "Let's see what your pokedex says about your new Pokémon and then you can scan mine as well," Revenant says as she releases her remaining Pokémon from their pokeballs.
Litten: The fire cat Pokémon. A common starting Pokémon for trainers in the Alola region. It shows few emotions and prefers being alone. Any level of trust often takes time to build. This Trevenant is male with the ability Harvest and is a larger specimen at 8'00" and 260.0 pounds. Known moves are: Astonish, Tackle, Branch Poke, Leech Seed, Shadow Claw, Confuse Ray, Will-O-Wisp, Hex, Growth, Horn Leech, Curse.
"Wow, your Sylveon and Clefable know a lot of moves. What's up with your Abra though? I thought Sleep Talk was a move not an ability and it seems to know too many moves," Ash says after scanning all eight Pokémon with his pokedex.
"No clue on the Sleep Talk, though it would explain why I've never seen him awake. I suspect Confusion, Hypnosis and Double Team are egg moves since you can't exactly use a TM on a sleeping Pokémon," Revenant replies before the two head to Ash's home so he can say bye to his mom before leaving on his Pokémon journey.
"Ash! You got your starter...s?" Ash's mom says as he and Venna reach his home.
"Compensation after Professor Oak got busted for corruption. Venna here is going to tag along and inspect the gyms to make sure the gym leaders are not corrupt and the gyms themselves are properly up to code," Ash replies as his mom glances between Litten, Jangmo-o and Venna.
"Wait 'til your dad learns your bringing home naked girls already. He didn't bring any girls home at all until he met me eight years after he started his Pokémon journey. My name is Delia miss..." Ash's mom introduces herself to Venna.
"Agent Venna Ant with the Pokémon League Inspections Division. Your son is a bit young for you to be embarrassing him over girls. Wait until he starts embarrassing himself first," Venna replies as Ash turns redder than a tamato berry. After a quick lunch, during which Delia continues to embarrass Ash with reminders to pack plenty of clean underwear and stories of when Ash was younger, Venna and Ash leave for Viridian City.
As they walk along the road, Ash uses his pokedex to scan every type of Pokémon they pass: Pidgey, Rattata, Raticate, Sentret, Furret, Spinarak, Pineco, Ledyba, Wurmple, Hoothoot, Oddish, Bellsprout, Poochyena, Shinx, Plusle, and Minun. A few miles outside of Pallet Town, a Pikachu walks onto the path and starts randomly throwing Thunder attacks everywhere. "Do you want to take this one? It'd be good against the water gym as long as it isn't knocked into the water," Venna says as her right hand moves for Sylveon's pokeball.
"Litten, use Growl followed by Ember with a few attempts at Fire Pledge mixed in until Pikachu is nearly knocked out," Ash replies as his starters dance around Pikachu having been walking outside their pokeballs. Despite Pikachu being affected by the Growl, its Thunder Shock attacks are not due to not being based on the attack stat. The Ember attacks wear down Pikachu over time however and only a few Thunder Shocks manage to hit Litten and Jangmo-o. Once Pikachu is worn down enough that it pauses its Thunder Shocks, Ash throws a pokeball and successfully captures the electric mouse Pokémon. Letting the newly captured Pikachu out of the pokeball for healing and introductions, Ash scans it with his pokedex while Venna feeds it Sitrus berries:
Pikachu: The electric mouse Pokémon. When several of these Pokémon gather, their electricity could build and cause lightning storms. Typical ability is Static though it may know Lightning Rod. Evenly split between male and female, the average height is 1'04" with a weight of 13.2 pounds. This Pikachu is male with the ability Static and is a slightly above average specimen at 1'05" and 13.3 pounds. Known moves are: Tackle, Play Nice, Sweet Kiss, Nuzzle, Nasty Plot, Charm, Thunder Shock, Tail Whip, Growl, Quick Attack, Thunder Wave.
"I wonder if Arceus gave this Pikachu a blessing given how powerful its Thunder Shock appears," Venna idly comments as they introduce the rest of their Pokémon to Pikachu. Continuing down the road, they approach a riverbank where a red-haired teenage girl wearing jean shorts held up by suspenders and a yellow crop top t-shirt is fishing. Mostly Poliwag and Magikarp fill the river, but just as Ash and Venna get close enough for polite conversation, the teenage redhead manages to hook and enrage a Gyarados. "Sylveon, do your thing," Venna shouts as the redhead starts to run away from the river. Sylveon automatically starts waving its ribbons at the rampaging Gyarados while projecting her voice in a soothing song-like tone that combines with the aura emitted from the ribbons to calm everyone... except the Gyarados. "It's not working. Ash, I authorize you to use all your Pokémon to subdue the Gyarados while I do the same with mine."
As Ash directs Litten to use Scratch with occasional attempts at Fire Pledge and Jangmo-o and Pikachu to use tackle, Venna directs her own Pokémon with Sylveon using Misty Terrain every once in a while, between Quick Attack and Helping Hand, Abra using Confusion, Wigglytuff using Hyper Voice, Clefable using Disarming Voice, Mismagius using Shadow Ball, and Trevenant using Shadow Claw. Despite the numbers advantage, the trainer Pokémon fail to do any real damage until Pikachu tries to abort a Thunder Shock and converts Tackle into an accidental Volt Tackle. In response, the Gyarados sprays the riverbank with multiple Hyper Beam and Dragon Pulse attacks that keep Ash and Venna's Pokémon too busy to attack until the redhead returns and has a Starmie use Psybeam to distract the atrocious Pokémon. "Have Pikachu use its electric attacks. I'll run damage control with Staryu and Starmie's psychic type attacks," the redhead says as she releases a Staryu to support the Starmie.
"She's got the right idea. Pikachu switch to Thunder Shock and Thunder Wave with a few attempts to replicate the Volt Tackle thrown in," Ash says on recognizing the sense in the redhead's advice. Venna has Sylveon give Pikachu a Helping Hand and the Gyarados is quickly subdued with Ash capturing it after exchanging quick looks with Venna and the redhead who introduces herself as Misty Waterflower of Cerulean City. After healing their Pokémon with a few of Ash and Misty's potions and some Sitrus berries, Venna introduces Ash and herself while Ash scans his new Gyarados with his pokedex:
Gyarados: The atrocious Pokémon. Rarely seen in the wild. Huge and vicious, it is capable of destroying entire cities in a rage. Typical ability is Intimidate though it may know Moxie. Evenly split between male and female, the average height (length) is 21'04" with a weight of 518.1 pounds. This Gyarados is male with the ability Intimidate and is truly massive at 42'08" and 1200.5 pounds. Known moves are: Bite, Flail, Splash, Tackle, Leer, Twister, Whirlpool, Ice Fang, Brine, Scary Face, Waterfall, Crunch, Rain Dance, Aqua Tail, Dragon Dance, Hydro Pump, Hurricane, Thrash, Hyper Beam, Dragon Pulse.
"I'd suggest not releasing Gyarados from inside his pokeball unless I am around and never during a pokebattle until you have earned a few badges. At the moment, he won't respect you enough to follow orders and Misty will likely need a bit of therapy," Venna says as the three of them resume traveling to Viridian while Misty grumbles about the damage to her bike. A few minutes later, Ash accepts a challenge from a schoolkid named Sherman who sends out a Furret. Sherman tries to end the battle quick with repeated Slam attacks, but Ash chose Litten who counters with the recently learned Double Kick ultimately coming out on top and evolving into Torracat despite the Furret being the more experienced Pokémon. Sherman follows up with a Pidgeot and spams Wing Attack, but Ash counters by swapping out Litten for Pikachu and ordering Thunder Shock mixed with Volt Tackle when Pidgeot is close. When the type advantage overwhelms the experience advantage, Sherman gives Ash 860 poke in winnings before heading towards Pallet Town to get his Pokémon healed.
As they continue towards Viridian, Ash battles a couple more schoolkids as well as a couple so called 'Ace' trainers who provide some challenge and hefty rewards beyond pushing Jangmo-o to evolve into Hakamo-o. A number of wild Pokémon also provide training opportunities over the next couple days, but none stand out as worth capturing. Litten does evolve into Torracat however and both of Ash's starters show signs of learning each other's moves in addition to learning the normal moves for their species. On reaching Viridian, Ash, Venna and Misty go straight to the pokecenter to give their Pokémon a checkup. When they attempt to reserve a room for the night however, Nurse Joy apologetically says there is only one room available and intended for only a single occupant. With a quick look and light blush at the virtually nude Venna, Ash accepts the single room and assures Nurse Joy they can handle an undersized room for the duration of their stay in Viridian.
After dropping off their camping supplies in the room, they return to the receptionist desk to pick up their Pokémon only for an explosion to destroy a wall and allow the entrance of a pair of terrorists in white pants and over shirt with red Rs on the chests and black boots and under shirt who introduce themselves as members of Team Rocket: Jessie and James... and their Meowth partner. "Your intro needs work. Sylveon, Misty Terrain followed by Play Rough," Venna says after Jessie and James try to demand every Pokémon in the center be handed over to them and send out a Koffing and Ekans to force the issue. Misty has Starmie hold the Rockets in place with Psychic while Ash has Pikachu assist Sylveon without mentioning a specific move to use. Just as a man in a black suit with a small red R on the left breast enters the lobby, Pikachu decides to 'assist' Sylveon by hitting Koffing with an overcharged Spark that sends the Team Rocket trio 'blasting off again'.
"I suppose that's one headache I can put off until later. I am Giovanni, leader of the local Pokémon gym and reformed leader of the Black Rockets. The Black Rockets focus on aiding Pokémon and countering the White faction of Team Rocket like the two you just sent into orbit," the black suited man says. "As a reward for your assistance, perhaps you would like dinner at Kinki's, a rather unusual local restaurant."
"Are you sure Ash should be in here?" Misty questions as they enter Kinki's to see a number of naked men and women acting as tables.
"The more adult stuff is limited to private tables," Giovanni replies before signaling a server and requesting a female table and body sushi plus for six. Misty nearly questions the size of the order before noticing that, like Sylveon and Pikachu, many other Pokémon are among the customers visible in the main dining area. The server leads them to a young blonde woman who is introduced as Sakura. Much to Ash's embarrassment, Sakura is, like all tables, wearing even less than Venna.
Over the next ten minutes or so, servers deliver several types of sushi and three flavors of ice cream arranged atop Sakura's nude form with melted chocolate, caramel and butterscotch poured on top of the ice cream. Ash and Misty eat from Sakura's arms while Giovanni and Venna eat from her legs. Sylveon eats from Sakura's lower torso and Pikachu carefully eats from her breasts. After paying for the meal, the three trainers and gym leader head to the Trainer School where Ash scrapes by with a win against a trainer named Cal. Over the next couple days, Ash and Misty train on Route 22, but other than a Psyduck that captures itself in one of Misty's pokeballs, none of the Pokémon are judged worthy of catching... and Misty would prefer not to have Psyduck.
After one final visit to the local Nurse Joy to heal up their Pokémon, the four travelers head north onto Route 2 where Ash wins a few more official battles against trainers but they still fail to find any Pokémon they feel like catching. Misty actually grows more and more nervous as they get closer to Viridian Forrest due to its reputation as a place to catch bug type Pokémon. It doesn't help that every trainer they encounter is a Bug Catcher. While camping for the night at the entrance to Viridian Forrest, everyone is woken up by Misty's screams when a Beedrill stings her twice in the stomach, leaving behind a sticky white fluid.
"You're going to need to get over your fear and hatred of bug Pokémon Misty. Judging from the exact location of those stings, most if not all of your children will be part bug type. They tend to avoid humans, but there is a significant population of half-blood Pokémon resulting from pokephilia or attacks like the one that targeted you," Venna says on noticing just where the stings are on Misty. "Beedrill are the most aggressive, but I have a dozen kids whose father is a Butterfree and another dozen from an Ariados... not to mention the eight from a Ledian. Your kids will be born in about 24 hours."
During the next day, the travelers find a natural hot spring and decide to camp there so they can go skinny dipping. As they dry off to start prepping dinner, Misty's crotch starts to glow, and several beams of light shoot out. When the light fades, the ground is covered in over a thousand babies who have red noses, extra limbs and forehead spikes. "How am I supposed to take care of all these kids! It will take hours just to breast feed them and that assumes I start lactating soon," Misty says as her face pales at the sight of the half bug babies. She pales even further and curls into a ball when a dozen nude kids who look to be in their teens appear with greenish skin and stiff movements reminiscent of Metapod.
"Lucky for her, half-bloods only need half the milk, and our half-sisters are all lactating. That should cover about a sixth of these Weedle half-bloods and we can get a few friends to help out to cover the rest," one of Metapod half-bloods says. "By the way mom, do you still have problems with over lactating?" another of the half-bloods asks with a glance towards Venna.
"Unfortunately for Misty, I do still lactate enough for six half-bloods, and it looks like Ash is stuck with one on his team until he/she is old enough to understand why Ash might not want them on his team," Venna replies as one of the Weedle half-bloods grabs a pokeball from Ash's pack and captures itself. Over the next hour, five more of Misty's babies are selected to stay with the group while the rest are bundled up in a large sled created with String Shot silk and taken away by the Metapod half-bloods.
