"Diana, I'm home!" Donna called, happened to entered the apartment. But then notices a note written by her sister. Donna sees it sat on the coffee table and picked it up to read it.

"Sister, I am going to the meeting with the Justice League. I'll be gone for a few weeks. In the meantime, dinner's in the fridge. I'll see you soon."

"I guess Diana will be busy for awhile. Perhaps innthe meantime..." Donna paused to apprached the bookshelf that holds a collection of various versions of Greek Mythology. What she read when she was a little girl.

Almost a year since Donna became her sister's protege. As civilians, they are sisters. But as Wonder Woman and Wonder Girl, they are mentor and protege. But on tbe other hand, she even missed her home. Donna made sure she writes letters to her mother every weekened.

When she was a little girl, Donna would hear stories about the Golden Age from her mother. The more she hears those stories, the more Donna grew intrigued about it. Diana wouls also take her to museums that involves the cultures of the world.

Donna reads the book about the Mythology. The Battle of Troy, where there was a battle beyween the empires of Troy and Sparda. The books were more interesting than the movies itself. She cannot understand why the films always get mythology wrong. For all she knows, the Amazons were also in the Battle of Troy. And that's how she came up with her last name, Troy.

Just as she was about to finish a chapternin the book, the window was banged with a rock thrown onto it. Donna turned her attention to whoever is throwing the stone. "Who could it be at this time at night?"

Donna then gets the feeling that someone is breaking into the apaetment. She then grabs her lasso for defense. Then opens the window to catch her would-be attacker. Then turns off the lights to make a surprise attack to report.

She hid behind the sofa. Then hears footsteps. As the steps get closer. Donna breathes to get ready. It was a merciful takedown as she cannot dishonor the Amazon's way of handling things.

Then she hears someone behind her. "Hello?" Donna takes wind of this and does the sweep kick, and pins the individual down. "Who are you?! And what are you trying to break in my sister's apartment?!"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Easy! We're not here to hurt you!" A teenage boy with red hair and sweater was tied to a lasso. Then laughter was heard, climbing the window, it was the same boy that Donna met the other night. "Nice going, Roy! You scared her and got manhandled!"

"Oh, ha-ha! Laugh it up, Boy Wonder!" Then another teen boy has red hair, and freckles. Then another teen boy with dark skin and some markings on his skin. "Robin, what in Athena's name are you doing here?! You could've knocked."

"Sorry about this, WG. But we were just stopping by." Robin replied, but in civilian clothing. "Anyway, saw you just met Roy already." Donna then remembers she tied up the supposed intruder. "Oh, I am sorry."

"Hey, no prob. Great reaction though." Roy complimented while shaking hands to greet.

"Next time we take the front door and knock before we can even think of throwing stones at the window." As said the dark-skinned teen.

"Whoa, so you're Wonder Woman's sister? Kid Flash, pleasure to meet ya." The red head, freckled boy shake her hand. "Um, it's a pleasure."

"Gotta say, you're hotter in person." Then Robin pried him off to not make things awkward.

"Ignore him. He can get carried away with girls sometimes."

"Dude?!" Kid Flash states. "Anyways, my real name is Wally. See, already I trust you with my secret ID."

"You have our sincerest apologies, Princess. Robin told us about you and it was an honor to meet you. I am Kaldur'ram, but you can call me Kaldur." Donna sees the marking and recognized them.

"You knew who I am?"

"Your mentor had spoken highly of you."

"Are you from Atlantis by any chance?" Asked Donna.

"Yes, why is that?" Kaldur asked.

"Actually, this is the first time I met an Atlantean warrior. It is an honor to meet fellow defenders as well!" Donna shakes Kaldur's hand. "So tell me, what brings you men to this apartment?"

"Dude, did you hear that? She called us men. Awesome." Wally gasped and shook Robin's shoulders in total excitement cause a girl was talking to them. Much to his friend's annoyance.

"Actually. We came to invite you on a Rock Fest, here in New Jersey." Robin replied.

"Rock Fest? As in the festivities where everyone gets to hear a lot of 90s rock music?" Donna asked.

"Totally! Since we cannot go for patrols for tonight, we thought we can use some fun." Wally replied.

"But I got an upcoming test next week. I cannot waste my studies over some festivities." Donna objected, though the test was a week awa, she cannot bring herself to take a break since being a defender, there was more to life than fun, at least in her opinion.

"Don't worry. The test is only a week away. Maybe one night cannot hurt. And this could be a chance for the five of us to get to know one another." Kaldur said. Even he was reluctant to go out when he has a lot to focus on. Donna, thought about it.

Meeting fellow proteges and this is the once and a life time opportunity to meet them. She might've been one of the first female proteges. It was her mind set up, Donna walks towards the coat rack to take her sword and lasso.

"You're taking your sword and lasso? It's only a festival." Roy said.

"No one knows if an enemy in a middle of the greatest night of the festival would show up." Donna remarked.

The boys looked at each other. "She's not wrong." Kaldur'ram agrees. "We'll be waiting outside, Princess."

"Just call me Donna. Donna Troy." Donna nods. Putting her sword into her sheath.

While heading to the football stadium, Robin (who did not reveal his real name), Wally, Kaldur, Roy and Donna we're heading their way to the festival. Donna made sure she was armed with weapons in her bag.

"So, what's it like on the island?" Wally asked.

"If you're referring to Themyscira, don't even think about visiting it. Men aren't allowed to enter, not even boys. Still, it's tropical. There were colosseums, crafted weapons, many of my sisters had been serious about training for the next wars to come. Even nothing happened over the years since my mother become Queen in the Golden Ages. Before my sister, Mother was one of the warriors to have fought alongside the JSA." Donna explains what she heard from the stories.

"The Justice Society of America?" Asked Kaldur.

"Exactly. My mother was reserved, not just for herself, but also for our fellow Amazons, for reasons after battling Ares. But even so, she grew curious about the the World of Man. Armed with the garb my sister would be next to wear, it was the first time Mother set foot into the World of Man. All the cultures she had yet to familiarized with. Then that's when she met the JSA. It became intriguing to her when men and women fight for justice. How hope grew. Joining the JSA, she became the first Wonder Woman."

"Wow, so your Mom was the first Wonder Woman before the one we knew now?! That's so cool!" Wally exclaimed. Donna nodded. "One of the first champions of Earth alongside King Atlan of Atlantis, a few guardians from the sky. Though not very trusting towards men, the queen knew there was a time where humanity must combine might to defeat the greatest threats." Donna ends the story.

"I got a better question, if she was part of the JSA. Why wasn't she in the files?" Robin asked.

"Oh, the Justice Society had to keep some members classified for obvious reasons. Amazons were supposed to be thought of as a myth from the beginning."

Donna the reminisce about the time she was little. How her mother would mentioned about heroes and villains. How flaws were made to happened.

A 4-year-old Donna was in Themyscira, sitting on the broken pillars of the town. Reading the books of multiple versions of Greek and Roman Mythology.

"Donna, there you are! I've been looking for you. Do you like what Diana has sent you?" Asked her mother, Queen Hippolyta. Sitting next to her daughter.

"Hello, Mother. Yes. All these versions of Mythology. Is it true you fought in the Trojan Wars?" Asked Donna. Hippolyta then looked at the page Donna was reading. Some of the facts that even the Mythologist cannot seem to figure which is right.

"Not everything in the books is true. But the writers did make the versions very interesting."

"Why do some heroes in the myths have flaws, Mother?" Donna asked. How heroes rise and fall can happen overtime. Hippolyta looks at her daughter, not every hero has a happy ending. Not every myth has an ending you would at least expect.

"My daughter, sometimes heroes fall when they rise. Flaws are what's part of us. Even queens and Amazons have their own flaws. Even the gods have flaws, as not all the time they were in our favor. Being a queen myself, sometimes we make decisions we regret after. Even your sister had to make regretful decisions for the sake of Earth. Even if none are rightfully so. Sometimes, even the villains in the stories have their reasons to turn to evil. In China, there was an old saying that light and dark bring balance, and without balance, there was no world. In other words, Yin and Yang. As Good and Evil have reasons to exists in this world. In the end, neither can win. These things just happened when there was something we can to prevent."

"So in the end, neither side wins." Donna replied. "It was as if the Titan, Chonos, can see it all before the rise of Olympus."

Donna was snapped out of her own reminiscent and work up to hear a news topic in the televisions behind the window of an electronic store. "This is Lois Lane from the Daily Bugle channel. Here I am standing in front of the Gotham Port after escaped criminal, Dr. Arthur Light had been reportedly robbing Sun rods from Metropolis and hid them away underneath Ace Chemicals in Gotham City. Along with him are mercenary/assassin Sportsmaster, and the plant-crazed Poison Ivy. Anyone with information of either of the three were to call the authorities or FBI."

"Man, it's been months already since we last saw them. And they still weren't caught yet." Robin said.

"Those were the three people I encountered." Said Donna.

"Still, what's Sportsmaster's deal with the hockey mask? A sports festival or something?" Wally joked.

"While making an escape. A mysterious girl acted on vigilance to interfere the getaway. The question is, who is the mysterious hero in red to have stopped the robbery?" The picture switched to a snapshot of Wonder Girl. Only it was the back side without showing her face. It shows her using a lasso to stop the chopper.

Wally, Robin, Kaldur and Roy looked at Donna in confusion, who blushed in embarrassment. "By the gods." She gasped looking at the shot. "I cannot believe I did that."

"Did what? That was awesome! You almost caught those three, and they..."

"That part of it was my fault they got away. Had I known Batman was part of this investigation, I would've known." Donna sighs.

"Oh, come on. Like I said, you almost had them. I mean you took a quick swing at those three with or without any help. Even Batman doesn't want to admit that you able to take action." Robin said.

"If that were me, I'd would've done the same." Roy adds.

Then Donna gasped as she sees another vision.

Roy, in his spandex and mask was grabbed by unknown men in suits. He struggles to break free, but to no avail.

"Donna? Donna-!" She gasped again as Roy tapped her shoulder. Donna woke up from the visions and saw Roy looking at her. "You okay?" He asked.

Donna took a deep breathe and felt that something about the visions did not feel right. It was as if they came to warn her. Everything she sees with her own eyes has yet to come.

"I'm fine. Thank you, Roy." She calmed her head. Roy remained to eye on her, feeling that she was not feeling well. "You sure?" Donna took a minute to stop and think for a moment.

These visions again. But not of the world ending fire. But of Roy. It was as if the future was sending a message. But what is it?"

Author's note: In this AU, we get a reboot when Donna received visions from the future after events from the original timeline. As she tired to uncover the meanings of the visions, we have Donna meeting her fellow proteges.

Also a flashback of her interactions of her mother about the meanings of how heroes and villains have flaws alike.
