Anakin slid his arms around his wife's figure.He put his chin on top of her head as he back hugged her.They stood like that while watching the babies sleep peacefully in their cradle.
"Ani, do you remember what I told you before? I want to raise our baby on Naboo." Padmé said.
"Yes, of course I remembered Padmé.But we have to wait until I finish my remaining jedi business."
Anakin still had some business he needs to take care of since the attempt of destroying the galaxy's republic by the sith lord, Darth Sidious.Anakin was highly praised for his success in capturing and executing Darth Sidious with the help of Mace Windu and the other jedi masters.As the closest person to Palpatine during the clone wars era, Anakin sure does have a lot to be interrogated about Palpatine dirty secrets and plans. As a reward for his success and dedication in completing his tasks and responsibility as general, he was granted the rank of jedi master.He then told the council the truth about the relationship and situation between him and Padmé.Suprisingly, the council approved him to live with Padmé and raise his children while continuing to be in the council. As for the jedi order, they are now under some serious mission of hunting down Palpatine's remaining fellowships and wiping out his dirty underground works.Anakin doesn't really care about the rank of jedi master.All he wanted was to be with Padmé and their twins.He was ready to drop the jedi order anytime to focus on his family.However, Padmé had encourage him to continue serving the jedi order and be on the council as he is very much needed in the order.A part of Padmé is worried about Anakin.But by time, she is convinced that his husband is the most powerful jedi in the galaxy and no one could ever reach his ground.Padme often reminded him before he went to his mission that she don't want to see even a scar on his body.Except if the scratch makes him appear more attractive like the scar on his eyes of course.
As for Padmé, she had left the senate to focus on raising her babies.Her fellow handmaidens have helped her packing up her stuff in her office to be delivered home.The seat for Naboo is now replaced by Senator Binks.Although Padmé had left the senate, her fellow senators often comlinks her to ask for advice and opinions.Padmé still cared much about what's happening in the senate but there's not much to worry about since the senate is now in very good terms and is in better hands since Senator Organa was selected as the new supreme chancellor.The galaxy is now in peace, there's no more war and conspiracy.The jedi order and the senate are teaming up to restore a new republic to the galaxy.Soon,the lovely couple would live happily together on Naboo with their twins.
Anakin turned Padmé around to face him.He then brought his hands to cup her cheeks and looked at her in the eyes.
"Padmé, I realised that I'm not always there for you.Especially when you needed me.I'm sorry, that I'm not always at home. I-"
Before he could finish his sentence, Padmé replied.
"No, please don't say that Ani.You have done nothing wrong, my love.Look.You're here now with us.It's not like we'll be weeks without you."
"But maybe I would be.Who knows maybe we would be apart for months.There's still so much things I have to do as a Jedi master.I'm afraid If sooner I don't even have the time to comlink you.I hate that.I just wanted to be with you and the babies." Said Anakin.
Now it's Padmé turn to caress her husband's cheeks.She smiled warmly at him and it brought butterflies to the jedi master's whole body.
"Ani, you still have so much to offer to the galaxy.You do remember that you were the chosen one, right? You need to fulfill your purpose.Don't worry about me and the babies, we are doing just fine here.As you can see, the galaxy is now at peace.There's no more assassination attempts or any situation that puts me and the babies in danger.As long as you are alive and safe, I am too.Just carry on your job, I will always support you Ani. You have a lifetime with me and the babies.We have plenty of time together.Besides, If you don't continue your jedi status and businesses, I think your life would be all boring and dull.Not to mention that you'll have to take care of the babies unattractive behaviour everyday." Padmé chuckled at her last few sentences.
Anakin grinned at his wife's response.
"There's never a dull moment with you and the babies, Padmé.The three of you makes my empty life feels full and complete.Besides, I don't think taking care of the babies would be that hard.They seemed so good and peaceful."
Padmé smiled brightly at Anakin's confessions.She then put a cheeky smile and replied.
"Never a dull moment huh? Just because you see them sleeping peacefully in their cradles doesn't mean they are easy to take care of.They can be so loud when they cry you know."
"Hm.I don't think they'd be crying louder than podracing races or Master Windu rants."Anakin rolled his eyes at the mention of his irritating fellow jedi master.
Padmé rolled her eyes."Okay, we'll see how things goes tonight.I'm convinced that you'd rather hear Master Windu's rants on the council than hearing the babies cries in the middle of the night."
Anakin gulped at his wife's replies.Could the babies cries be a lot more worse than master windu's rants? No, It couldn't be.There's nothing more annoying and suffering than hearing his rants.
"Padmé, I'll prove you that I'm capable of all these basic babysitting tasks.You know what, you can have a good rest for now Padmé.Let me handle the babies.I would be the best father in the galaxy.We would be the best parents in the galaxy, Padmé. Our children would also be the best twins in the galaxy.Just wait and see."
Padmé laughed out loud at her husband's words.
"Capable of basic babysitting tasks, huh? Okay, I believe you could my dear husband." With that,they both smiled and embraced each other.
"I love you so much, Padmé." "Me too, Ani."

Anakin, does no one from the jedi council wants to visit us here.I mean, of course they wanted to see the babies of the great Jedi Master Anakin Skywalker." Padmé stated with a smirk towards her husband. Anakin chuckled at his wife's statement.
"Of course they wanted to.But I think I should hold them back for a while.It's not a suitable time for a gathering right now, Padmé." He explained to her softly.
"Why not? I bet they must be eager to see the babies.I also can't wait to see your fellow jedi friends reaction when they see the babies.It's been so long since I've met them.I missed them.Obi-wan and Ahsoka most definitely.Oh, of course Rex and Cody also.I missed all of them.I also missed Sabé,Dormé,Captain Typho and all of my friends too." Padmé confessed.
Anakin's gaze softened at his wife.Of course she missed everyone.She was locked in this house for days.Anakin and the babies were her only company.When Anakin left for his mission, Padme was probably dying of boredom in here.She was all alone in this house.Taking care the babies alone must be stressing and exhausting her out.
My poor sweet little wife.She must've need her handmaidens for company and heping her with the babies.I would arrange that later.But for an open house,I don't think it's the best time now.Anakin thought.
"I know, Padmé.I just think that you need more rest.I can't imagine how exhausted you'd be when everyone came here at once.They would be so loud and so chaotic.I bet you would eventually order them to leave the house within the few minutes of their arrival..."
Padmé laughed.So loud.She could imagine how clamorous their house would be.She wouldn't lie that she would be such a weary and stressful day to serve all their guests and take care of the babies.Their friends would most likely cause the babies to cry non stop. But everything would be worth it. It would be such a wonderfull moment and woukd turn into a lovely memory to be cherished.
"It's fine, Ani.I can handle that.Don't forget that I could manage a whole amount of senate-level stress.I have been in the senate for years.I think I can handle a small amount of house-level of stress." Padmé stated playfully.
"Senate-level of stress huh?What about a jedi master-level of tickling!" With that, Anakin attacked Padmé's stomach vigorously. Padmé yelped at every tickle Anakin made to her stomach.She managed to ran away from his grasp.Anakin then ran after her.
"Wait Ani, wait.A second please."Padmé exclaimed.
Anakin who was about to attack her into a tight hug then swas dead on his tracks.Did he hurt her?
"What is it Padmé? Are you hurt? Where is it? Let me see it!" He babbled, pure concern obvious on his face.
"No, I'm ... not ...hurt.Just.." She struggled her words as she was catching her heavy breathe on the floor.
Of course, she is exhausted!She must be suffocating! She's not allowed be exhausted, she hasn't have much rest.Oh no, what have he done.Anakin thought to himself.
He quickly approached Padmé.He caressed her whole face and asked her-
"Are you exhausted? Gosh I'm very sorry Padmé, I wasn't thinking...I...I should've think before I act.I shouldn't worn you out...I-"
Before Anakin could finish his words, Padmé took the opportunity to take her revenge.She then attacked Anakin's weak spot, his lower abdomen He tickled the area so hard.
"PADMÉÉÉÉÉ!!!!" Anakin yelled his lungs out.He was rolling on the floor on his back as Padmé's hands still tickling his body. Padmé giggled as she made Anakin lost control under her tickles.
"Padmé...s-stop, please.Please I..I surrender." Anakin struggled to utter the words out of his mouth. Padmé made a satisfied smile and looked down at her husband.She was just about to say something when suddenly Anakin scoops her from the ground into his arms.Padmé squeaked and burried her face into his chest.They were both laughing all the way to their bedroom.Anakin jumped onto bed with Padmé im his arms.They both landed on the soft mattress yet they still didn't stop laughing.They laid down facing each other with pure happiness evident on their faces.They were panting, chest heaving for air while enjoying each other's company.
"Ani...I still want to invite our friends here.I missed them very much.Please...Can we invite all of them to our home?"Padmé tried to give her husband the most innocent look she could.She pouted, eyes pleading for approval.
Anakin cackled."Oh angel. How could I say no to you.Especially when you put that pure-innocent look.You're so cute, so beautiful, Padmé.I love you." Padmé stared at her husband with confusion.Anakin on the other hand just stared at her face in complete adoration.
With that, Padmé pinched her husband's stomach hard. Anakin gasped."What was that for? Please tell me I didn't do something wrong again, did I?" It was Anakin's turn to pout.
Padmé sighed."You didn't exactly anwer my question, dear husband.I asked you about inviting our friends to our home.So, can we?"
Anakin made an O shape with his mouth."Of course, anything for you Padmé.Anything.I love you so much."
With that Padmé let out a shriek of happiness and hugged her husband.
"Thank you, Ani.I love you too."
The couple shifted themselves comfortably on the bed and talked about few things before they soon drifted into a deep sleep.

Last night, the couple had decided to throw an open house for their friends tomorrow.Padmé had told him that she needed to buy lots of things to make food for the guests.Anakin suggested on taking care of the babies while she could go to the market.
Padmé hummed some songs and walked happily all the way to the market. As she got there, she saw lots of stalls selling all sorts of exotic, ripe fruits and quality meats.She then visited the first stall she laid eyes on. Just when she was about to visit the next stall, she heard a man screaming so loud, it was almost as the entire planet could hear the scream. She walked towards the sound and saw a man screaming like crazy in the middle of the crowd.The man looked like he was possessed by a ghost.She began to panic.She looked around her and to her suprise, nobody even cared to take a look at the suffering man.It was as if only she could hear and saw the man screaming in agonizing pain.Padmé was dumbstrucked as to what the kriff is going on but then quickly started to think of a way to save the man. She was scared but she gathered all her courage and walked confidently towards the man.She touched the man's shoulder and asked him-
"What's wrong with you, sir? Are you sick? Please tell me, I can h-" Before she could finish her words, the man pushed her away, hard.Padmé fell on the ground and hissed in pain. Padmé quickly got up and approached the man again.
"I don't want to hurt or trouble you sir, I just wanted to help."
The man looked at Padmé in the eye. "You did this.You tortured me.You tortured us! How could you do this!"
Padmé frowned.What did she do? She had done absolutely nothing to him.Kriff, She doesn't even know who he is.
"Please, make it stop.Please, I beg you.I would do anything you ask." The man pleaded.
"Make what stop?" Padmé asked.
"The pain.Only you can get rid of this pain." The man explained, still struggling to fight against whatever pain he is in.
"Why me?" Padmé asked again.
"BECAUSE YOU CAUSED IT!" The man yelled right in front of her face. Padmé was more dumbfounded than ever.
"I really want to help you.But I don't know what you're talking about." Padmé replied softly.
Suddenly, the man was standing.His eyes was flaming with rage and disgust, as he was pissed by Padmé's comment.He looked as he was ready to fight the kriff out of Padmé. Padmé was terrified, of course.She backed away, taking few large steps back.She wanted to run but a part of her hesitated and convinced her that she could take him. He frantically started to ran over Padmé with his fist rising high in the air, in attempt of punching her.
Padmé screamed and shut her eyes tight.On impulse, she rose her hands towards the man, both of her palms wide open as if she was making a form of force-blocking the man's attack.Did she really think she could block the man's attack with the force? She isn't a force-sensitive.What the kriff she was doing? She should've ran away when she got the chance.
As she was anticipating for some sort of physical pain by the man, there was nothing.She slowly opened her eyes and was shocked to witness that the man was floating in the air while her hands was directed towards him.It was like she was using the force towards him.But this is different.There were red sparkles glowing around the man as it was the thing that makes the man floats.She then glanced away from the man and looked at her still wide opened palms.Kriff, her palms were generating the red-glowing thingy.Did she just caused that? What the kriff is going on right now.No, what the kriff is going on with her? She was growing anxious but still kept her hands high.She looked among the crowds and no one seems to even bother at the chaotic scene.
"Put me down, please put me down.I beg you!" The man begged.
"I- I don't know how.I..." She had no idea what to do.As much as she wanted to let go of her hands,she was afraid if he would fell on the hard ground and get injured.
Suddenly she heard whispers right beside her ears.She looked around to find there's no one beside her.The voice whispered again, now the words are clear enough for her to hear.The whispers were in her head. "You have the force now.Let it flow through you.Feel it, embrace it, Control it.All in your mind.Express it with your hands."
She had no idea where the voices came from.But she decided to follow the whispers' advice.
"Let it flow through you.I can control it." Padmé whispered it in her mind.
She pretended that she is wielding the force.She had watched Anakin use the force on many occacions.She always thought that wielding the force isn't that hard as she watched Anakin using it even on small matters like opening the door and lifting things.
"All in your mind." Padmé thought.Does that means she can control the force with hermind?
"I don't want to harm this man.I just want to land him safely on the ground."Padmé said quietly while she looked at the still screaming in pain, floating man. She then started to lower her hands.The red-glowing thing followed Padmé's hand level and carried the man lower and lower until finally, the man landed safely on the ground. Padmé felt extra relieved after the success.But her relief was cut off by the man's excruciating scream.
"Please, get rid of this pain!" The man yelled. Okay, here we go again.Padmé thought to herself.
Padmé drew her hands out to the man.
"Erase all the pain from this man." Padmé said in her mind.
Her eyes quickly glowed and the man suddenly stopped yelling.He breathed heavily afterwards and looked up to meet Padmé's eyes. He managed to say "Thank you" before collapsing on the ground.
Padmé sighed.You're welcome, I guess? She thought to herself.
She then walked along the market while carrying the man with the force.She was searching for someone or somewhere to put this man to.The crowd doesn't seem to be bothered by the floating man and the woman who floated the man with her hands all the way out of the market.
Suddenly, Padmé felt a hand touching her shoulders from her back.She turned around and saw a middle aged woman smiling warmly at her.
"Hi, it seems that you have helped a friend of mine." The woman pointed her fingers to the man.
"Oh, so this man is your friend? I found him screaming in the middle of the market.He was in pain earlier and then he collapsed to the ground." Padmé explained.She wasn't lying but obviously she don't want to talk about how she used the force to accidentally float him and erased his pain.
"Oh my goodness, he went crazy again.If you weren't there I'm sure he would cause a big mess in the market.Thank you so much for your help, young lady." The woman spoke brightly.
"It was nothing really, but you're welcome." Padmé replied with a smile.
"Anyways, what's your name my dear?" The woman asked.
"My name is Padmé."
"Such a lovely name, sweetie."
"You know, you are the only decent person I encountered.Everyone seems so strange here.I hope we could be friends." Padmé suggested.
"Of course.Don't worry Padmé, we'll see each other soon.Now, I need to take care of my friend here." The woman pointed her fingers towards the floating man.
"Of course, he is all yours." Padmé was lost in her thoughts.
She was still confused as to why the woman isn't bothered by the situation.The woman literally saw her using the force to lift the man in the air. Maybe she thinks I am a jedi.Padmé thougt. She was still standing there trying to process the whole situation. What's happening to me? How can I suddenly have the ability to wield the force? Why is everyone acting so calm despite of what's happened between her and the man? Why do all the people here seems to have no...personalities. They were like...droids. They were like droids programmed by someone or something to act normal despite everything that happened.
But the woman was just...fine. Maybe I could ask her what's going on. Wait.I forgot to ask the woman's name and where she lives! Padmé finally snapped from her thoughts.
She spun around to search for the woman but she was gone.
Huh, maybe next time.Now, remember.Tomorrow is the day.You must buy all the foods, spices and ingredients you need for the open house.You have very little time, Padmé.She said to herself.

Padmé finally succeeded on purchasing everything she needed and went home.After a few minutes, Padmé arrived.
"Ani, Ani I'm home." She exclaimed as she entered the house.But there was no response. Padmé keot on calling out her husband's name but got silence in response.She then opened the bedroom and saw her husband sleeping on the bed with both of the babies in his arm.
Padmé smiled at the lovely sight of her most important people in her life.Her family. She then took the twins and gently put them to their cradle.She then walked towards her husband and lookes down at him with a smile. "Thank you for taking care of the babies, Ani. You're definitely going to be the best father in the galaxy.The same as you have been the best husband I ever could've wished for in my life." Padmé whispered those loving words as she caressed Anakin's cheeks. Anakin let out a soft purr as if he got some confort and satisfaction from his wife's words.
Padmé took a good look at the sight of the babies and her husband before turning away, exiting the bedroom.She then headed to the kitchen.Suddenly, she heard a knock from the main door.Padmé hesitated at first but then realized that she had that spontanious force powers which increases her confidence and courage to face whatever it is behind that door. When the door opened,Padmé saw a smiling woman, carrying a bouquet of flowers. It wasn't just any woman, It was the woman.The woman at the market.
"Hello again, Padmé.I'm sorry I forgot to introduce myself earlier.My name is Agatha."
