At 2:27 in the morning on 20/12/16, the Supernatural Relations Department received a call from the human family of a mister Samuel Hewitt, a vampire living in Mayfair. His mother was awakened this morning upon hearing screaming coming from the living room, whereupon she spotted mister Hewitt in a distressed state before calling our department.
Upon the arrival of myself, fellow SRD agent Charles Khan, and Combat Agent Jacob Colton, we found Mister Hewitt suffering from an allergic reaction to garlic. His throat and face were swelled and his face was covered in hives, but according to his mother, his condition had improved since she first called and it was determined that his predicament was ultimately not fatal.
A Domino's pizza box was found near Mister Hewitt, therefore questioning focused on who ordered it and how it ended up in his system, only for it to turn out that he himself ordered it and willingly consumed it. Mister Hewitt explained his thought process as "I haven't had a breadstick in forever and really wanted one, so I thought: 'Fuck it! I'm going for it!' and here we are."
At 8:33, I made a followup phone call to his residence, where his mother reported him sleeping soundly and that his reaction had "mostly sorted itself out."
No further action is deemed necessary.
