Multiple residents of Hull have reported sightings of "Old Stinker," a werewolf of local legend. Following protocol for repeated sightings, intelligence agents have been dispatched to have a word with known werewolves in the area, starting with those currently registered in the Supernatural Identification System (SIS) while also trailling leads based on the information that those lycanthropes dispensed. The Supernatural Relations Department was promptly informed of the presence of all unregistered lycanthropes found during this investigation.
The lycanthrope in question is registered into the SIS as Mister James Bishop and is deemed to be non-hostile. Agents initially had difficulty in locating Mister Bishop, before one of the lycanthropes questioned previously, a Miss Rebecca Reeds, informed us of of various places that she had witnessed him being with some frequency.
Mister Bishop was located at 5:43 in the evening on 8/9/16 sleeping in a dumpster behind a supermarket. While Mister Bishop was reluctant to cooperate initially, agents discovered very quickly that he was homeless at the time of discovery and after some continued prodding, Mister Bishop confessed that he had been without shelter for the past few months. Subsequently, he had few places to hide from humans during his transformations and few resources to sustain himself properly. Hence the unfortunate sighting that involved him devouring the remains of a german shepherd. Bishop was insistent, however, that this was solely out of desperation and we have concluded that his remorse for his actions are genuine.
This case has been dealt with on the end of the Intelligence Department and has been passed forward to the Supernatural Relations Department for further action.
