A lycanthrope baby was born at 22:37 hours on 26/8/04 at St. Rafael's Hospital to Debra Becker and a lycanthrope male, now identified as Paul Clarkson. Becker, however, was unaware of her daughter's status as a lycanthrope until approximately a month ago in July, when the child, Simone, underwent her first transformation. Agents were sent out a week ago on 7/6/17 at 1:00 hours to the second transformation. Neighbours were alerted to the disturbance as Miss Becker fled from her home and began screaming in the street. Agents were able to subdue the situation and the case was passed to the Supernatural Relations Department.
Simone Becker is now registered as a supernatural in our database and I have been working with the family to help them obtain resources so that they can move forward. I have given them each a Werewolf Manual and successfully gotten them both in for counseling. Debra Becker is currently seeing Doctor Tarabotti and Simone Becker is working with Doctor Grier over in psychology.
Additionally, Miss Becker has been attending a biweekly support group for parents of supernatural children hosted by Phantom House. Overall, this appears to be helping, with both of them appearing more positive for the future. While apprehensive and fearful at first, Debra is slowly coming around to the idea, I think. Simone, meanwhile, is having the typical response in children her age and swinging from horror at being a social outcast and finding her new status as a supernatural exciting.
That leaves the matter of Mister Clarkson, however. Investigators were successfully able to acquire a list of possible names and narrow it down to him after comparing the list to our own databases. They were also able to get him to consent to a DNA test, where they were able to confirm it. He does not appear to have any interest in taking part in teaching Simone about her condition, so we will not press the matter further unless warranted, but that seems unlikely.
We are closing this case on our end and leaving the matter up to the Gehennan court. He is accused of breaking supernatural law by copulating with a human after failing to disclose his supernatural status. Afterwards, enacting punishment will fall back into HELLSING jurisdiction proper.
