I adopted this challenge from Gundam Meister Uzumaki which he allowed it, and this is the Prologue.
Note: Like all my stories my stories will be long updates because of work and life nut I will try to get it done.
Chapter 00 Prologue: Birth of the Ultimate Super Soldier
HRL Space Colony Quanqi 2298 AD
"Is subject K-Nine ready for the quantum brainwaves implantation experiment to progress?" Asked an unknown male voice.
"He will be after their done making adjustments to the subject's behavior after he started a fight with the others subjects and got those scars on his cheeks the other day." A female voice said to the first person.
As they were talking, a young boy by the age of seven was lying on a medical bed with bandaged cheeks and another covering his eyes. He is rather tall for his age, standing at a solid four feet, he has untamed spiky golden blonde hair, his eyes if they were visible are a deep ocean blue with a vertical slit reminiscent of fox's eyes, no baby fat and is slightly more muscular than the average boy his age as he is wearing a standard medical gown for HRL Civilians.
While it looks like he is staring blankly at the ceiling, he is in fact planning on how to escape from the labs while thinking of a way to take of his friends, Test Subject E-57 (Allelujah) and Marie Parfacy with him when he escapes this cursed lab. But he doesn't know that while he was in lockdown and being treated for the fight he started, his friend Allelujah is breaking out with another group of subjects trying to avoid disposal.
As the adults continue their conversation, an alarm went off and one the of the male scientists type a few keys on their computer.
"What the hell is going on with the damn alarm?" he asks.
He got a replied from one of the female scientists of the staff.
"Sir, it appears that a group of subjects are trying to escape from the colony by heading to the docks where our supply vessels are and we are attempting to recapture them, but all attempts are failing so far." She said nervously and afraid of upsetting her boss, after a moment she asks. "What should we do sir?"
The scoffed at this.
"Let them leave, if it's the same group I'm thinking of then they'll be dead before they reach anywhere, and they were scheduled to be disposed of so this will work for us in the long run." He answered callously, not really caring sine the group are failures in his eyes.
"Sir, I understand." She answers back and closes the line.
The two men return their attention to the young boy laying down on the medical table.
"Is it really alright for them to leave sir?" Asked another male scientist adjoining room that the little boy is in.
"They were scheduled for disposal, and I see this as more efficient since we don't even have to lift a finger to do it." The man answers casually causing his friend to finally nod in agreement.
Another female scientist enters the room and salutes to the two men.
"Sir, it appears that Subject K-Nine is fully healed, but it appears that he will be permanently scarred on his cheeks, but that is the only thing we couldn't heal using cellular regeneration treatments." She said.
This cause the two men to frown at this but decided that it would be an appropriate punishment for Subject K-Nine for starting the fight in the cafeteria and ending up in the infirmary, but he did manage to fight off ten other subjects and two members of the security within the institute with minimal training.
"Then let us begin." The man said.
"Of course, sir." His friend said.
"The creation of the Ultimate Super Soldier." The man said.

After fully recovering from his fight, Subject K-Nine is subjected to the process that grants him access to his quantum brainwaves and is showing massive improvements among those that are left. He has stopped all fighting and is focused on not only protecting Marie from any major experiments from being done on her, but also to get back at Allelujah for leaving him and Marie at the institute while he and a few others escaped from the institute without them.
Unfortunately, due to being out of the institute due to a training exercise, the scientists decided it was a clever idea to create an alternat personality and implanted it inside his only friend, which while restoring her senses and ability to move, also buried her memories of him and Allelujah. After being forced to spar with her and him throwing the match due to wanting to protect her, but she discovers that he threw the match and demands a rematch without him holding back and pays for it by receiving a broken collar bone and a dislocated left arm and thus earning her admiration for his skills, but also her ire since she is considered the perfect super soldier.
After the second spar, they decide to use the training exercises as a competition between the two of them as ways to prove who is the better super soldier with Naruto aka Subject K-Nine winning ninety-five percent of the time. The observers in charge of the institute decided that they could continue with their little competitions as long as they continue to improve their abilities. When it came time to train in mobile suit combat, Naruto defeats her every time due to using reckless stunts and highly impressive maneuvers that always leaves the other subjects baffled and stuns them to the point where they're easily distracted and then he goes for the finishing blow.
He is such an excellent pilot that he can no longer use a Tieren type, and they have to build him a custom suit to be capable of piloting anything at all. They decide to go a different direction for his mobile suit and develop a prototype model codenamed Tallgeese, but the suit itself is so high spec that only a pilot of Naruto's caliber is capable of piloting it. They find out that it will take two years until the Tallgeese is completed and be ready to be tested by him.
So now they have to wait but will the Tallgeese prove to be the machine that changes the course of the world or will it fall before the might of a certain privately armed organization that intends to eliminate war.

Note: The Winner Family will be the drive for making the Windams mobile suits(Gundam Seed Destiny) for Katharon and the Maganac Crops helps them and the five scientists from Gundam Wing along with Howard made the Tallgeese until they left when the A-Laws were created as they stole Gundam Kyrios GN Drive and copy it and combine the GN Drive with the same Nuclear reactor that was in the Tallgeese to give unlimited power which the Wing Zero was made then followed by the other Gundams as they joined Katharon.
