Hello everybody.

Just a quick fic idea I've had with deciding to write up after talking with my friend Stand with Ward and Queen.

Yeah, this is not going to be Doctor/Yaz friendly at all with pro Doctor/River.

Frankly, I just don't care about Yaz or any 13-era companions as I consider them to be mostly boring.

The only two I muster some measure of care for are Professor Eustacius Jericho as I found it dumb they killed him off, and Dan Lewis.

Yeah, scream at me for it. Don't really care.

Inside the TARDIS

Yaz sitting on the stairs for a moment thinks over recent adventures of the nightmarish Dalek time loop. Needless to say, Yaz pushing those memories aside is choosing to focus on the happier yet still uncertain aspect of finally, finally telling The Doctor about her feelings. After all Dan said that she might as well for having nothing to lose and it's better to get out in the clear.

Getting that resolve Yaz gets up heading for the doors intending to find out where The Doctor has landed them, hopefully on some peaceful planet for a change yet comes to a stop for looking out of the windows.

Because outside is a bedroom, okay not that strange, but rather the fact at seeing The Doctor's fully naked body embraced in kissing another equally nude woman having well a lot of golden hair. And any other thoughts just flat out stop upon The Doctor, supposed to be her Doctor gently stroke this woman's face as Yaz can pick up on the words "River", a hint of an alien nature for "Two hearts" "Hundreds of years" and even further devastating is "My wife."

All feelings of rage, jealousy, betrayal for The Doctor never sharing this side of her and various other emotions as Yaz staggers back up to the stairs, and sits down on them before breaking down in tears with an unsettling realization.

The fact, and almost as if the very ship is speaking to her for how The Doctor was never hers. Rather always them for The Doctor and River Song. Yaz knows she is just some human with a crush.

Hope somebody at least enjoyed this.

Yeah, I've never been a big fan of Doctor/human romance from Rose Tyler, to Clara or now Yaz crap.

I think Jodie Whittaker needed somebody other than Chibnall writing the stories alongside an improved supporting cast than a bunch of one-note actors.

While I didn't describe it in the fic this is a River Song post The Library because screw Moffat keeping her dead.

Until next time.
