AUTHOR'S NOTES

This Seven Deadly Sins story, titled The Camelot Canine War, was another one-shot story in my AO3's Transylvania Canine Chronicles series. It's in this story that there is a secret fact about my canine creations: None of the Saint Bernard characters I have created are evil as I see them as holy dogs in my world of writing. And, I have updated Labolas Caacrinolaas a little bit to make him have a special ability to turn people and animals to the dark side whenever he unleashes a scratch on them.

DISCLAIMER: None of the Seven Deadly Sins characters in the fanfiction are mine. Only Labolas and his band of canines are my personal creations as well as the other OCs. The other disclaimer is that this story was toned down from the original so that it would not have an M rating, only a T rating so that it would be suitable for teen and up audiences to read.

The Camelot Canine War

It was yet another night in the Transylvanian city of Bran. Penny was out on a romantic date with her mate Labolas Caacrinolaas, who was the leader of a band of Transylvanian and British canines known as the Cuddly Canines. When the couple returned to Bran Castle moments later, word was brought forth by Berith Retriveris, a black labrador retriever with dragon wings and a crescent moon marking on his hind legs. The word that was heard by Labolas and Penny from Berith was shocking. Berith stated that Camelot, an area in the land known as Britannia, was full of angelic dogs, particularly Saint Bernards and Cattle Dogs. Penny knew how much Labolas hated holy dogs, especially Saint Bernards.

So, Labolas and Penny called forth Bigl, the deputy commander of the Cuddly Canines, for a private meeting. That private meeting was to wipe out every single holy canine in Camelot and even exile the king, Arthur Pendragon. Labolas hoped his plan would succeed.

Meanwhile in Camelot, Arthur Pendragon, the king of Camelot, was busy controlling every single canine with Merlin, one of the members of the Seven Deadly Sins of Britannia. Then, a howl was heard in the distance. Arthur had no clue on what it could have been. But when he was about to check out the howl, Labolas appeared before him along with his mate Penny and Bigl.

"You must be Arthur Pendragon." said Labolas to Arthur.

"How did you know?" Arthur asked in shock.

"Don't even think about asking me this, Arthur." Labolas said. "I am the master of all the Cuddly Canines in Bran, Transylvania."

"What are you talking about?" Arthur asked.

"Fight me, or die." Labolas said. Arthur later brandished his sword, Excalibur, and dared to fight Labolas.

Meanwhile, in Liones, a nation within Britannia, Meliodas, the Dragon's Sin of Wrath, Captain of the Seven Deadly Sins, and manager of the Boar Hat, was busy taking care of his love Elizabeth Liones and their son Tristan. Then, Meliodas was paid a visit from Merlin.

"What happened?" asked Meliodas.

"It's Arthur." Merlin stated. "He's in trouble. Quick! You must help him, Meliodas!"

"I'll be there right away!" Meliodas stated.

"Daddy, no!" Tristan said to Meliodas.

Elizabeth later grabbed Tristan, "...No, Tristan. Daddy must go alone." Elizabeth later said. Meliodas later left.

Back in Camelot, the fight was worsening. Then, all of the Saint Bernards started to fight off Labolas, Penny, and Bigl. Then, Labolas saw one of the Cattle Dogs getting away from the scene. "I'm going after him!" Labolas said. With a big scratch on the eye, the dog was immediately turned to the dark side, and was given the name "Agares" in the process. Every single holy dog was shocked.

"What the hell?" Meliodas thought to himself.

"You made it too late." Labolas said to Meliodas. "Oh, I guess we haven't met yet, right? My name's Count Labolas Caacrinolaas, the master of the Cuddly Canines, the count of Bran Castle in Bran, Transylvania, and most importantly, the master of all evil canines in the world!" Meliodas then introduced himself to Labolas.

"We really do not give a flying shit about who you are, Meliodas." Penny said back to Meliodas. "All we care about is killing you."

"You see?" Labolas asked. "I have already poisoned most of the Saint Bernards, and I even made one cattle dog evil! So, what are you going to do about it now?!"

"We are going to turn that canine back to normal!" Arthur said.

"Can't." Labolas said.

"Why not?!" Meliodas asked.

"Because there is no possible way to do that!" Labolas answered. "You see, when a canine from my vicious scratch turns evil, they are well… evil! Ah ha ha!"

"But why did you have to do this to one of the holy Camelot canines?!" Arthur asked in anger.

"Because! This is what it comes down to when I need more canines for my army! All dogs will be my slaves! All dogs are to be vicious and evil! All are to have powers like me! Ah ha ha ha ha! Now, if no one will mind, I must head off. Penny, Bigl, let's leave these peewees to everyone who's going to die soon. Tacheerio!" Labolas said. He later flew off into the sky back to Bran Transylvania.

"That's one canine I will not see again." Arthur said.

"I'm going to see Tristan." Meliodas said.

"And I am going to clean this mess up with Arthur." Merlin said. "Tell Tristan and Elizabeth we said hi."

"...I will." Meliodas said. And that was the time Labolas started the Camelot canine war with the holy canines of Camelot and Arthur Pendragon.
