A/N: I wanted to take this space to say one thing, I'm not going to promise you frequent updates. I follow a mindset of not trying to do something unless I want to, meaning I have to wait for my ADHD to refocus on Naruto and the direction of this story. Not to mention that I'm sure it would detract from the quality of the story forcing me to write a chapter. And that's it.
Sanosuke: Good point, but I already thought of everything, in this chapter it is explained.
MojoBlack: Well, I read ALL the stories involving Narusara (Naruto x Sarada) involving time travel, which by the way, is a tiny number, and it revolted me that almost all of them had died, so I came up with the idea of making one myself.
CookieCreeper: Well, I have some things planned for it, but I can't give spoilers.
Disclaimer: This Story is based purely on MY interpretation of the series, movies, novels, etc so don't get bothered if someone is a little bit OOC.

The Girl with Scarlet Eyes
Chapter 2: Questions
.
.
Sarada was walking along a dirt road surrounded by dense forest, she had a backpack on her back, with clothes, scrolls, and other items. Beside her was Naruto, who had his arms wide down with a tired face adorning his face, and in front of her was Jiraya seriously following in front of them. Sarada was tired as much as Naruto, after all, they were walking for 7 hours till now, although she hadn't been showing it, she had too much in her head, mostly related to the fact that she was in the past, without anyone and anything of her home, and that's a lot for her, even though she is considered an almost unshakable Kunoichi, who never lets her guard down and is always able to handle any situation.
Even so, however, she wasn't focusing so much on it anymore, - she had already accepted this new reality, after all, it's not like she could do anything - no, she was thinking about the conversation she had with her new teacher, Jiraiya the Toad Sannin.
—Early morning of the same day—
It was dark, but it would be dawn in a short time, Sarada, Jiraya, and Naruto were resting by a river, Naruto had his pajamas wrapped in his sleeping bag, the sage who was with them had gone out a little and Sarada was sitting here near the fire, she was just... thinking, her eyes were directed to the horizon, and sometimes they wandered to the sleeping Naruto, and a smile adorned Sarada's face whenever she saw the tranquility on the Blonde's face, but that smile soon faded when she remembered how she was brought here... the catastrophe...
No, she wouldn't let that happen, she already knew what made that monster wake up the first time, and she already knew exactly what to do to prevent it, and she would do anything to prevent that from happening again!
A look of determination was present on Sarada's face, who was now writing on a parchment her goals and what she would do to avoid them. She knew a lot about the events but figured out how to avoid them without major side effects or ending up killing someone she didn't want...
Their thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the sage's footsteps who accompanied them on their journey.
"Difficulty sleeping girl?" The White Haired Man said as he sat by the fire just like her.
"Something like this, it's just that... I have a lot on my mind right now"
"I understand, it can't be easy being in your situation, especially for someone your age."
Sarada just turned her gaze to the fire, lost in her thoughts.
"Jiraiya-Sama i-"
"It could just be Jiraiya-Sensei, I don't care too much anyway" The sage interrupted her while eating some fruit.
"Okay, Jiraya-Sensei, why...you didn't suspect me? I learned that you are one of the greatest if not the greatest spy Konoha has ever seen, so why didn't you doubt my story?" The Onyx-eyed girl asked with great curiosity looking at the Toad Sannin, who adopted a harder look.
"Are you familiar with the Great Toad Sage, Gamamaru?"
"Huh...yes."
"Gamamaru has a unique ability to make predictions, usually not very detailed, but straightforward enough to understand" Sarada began to listen to each word carefully.
"At the same time I received the prediction that one day I would train someone who would become a great Shinobi in the future, I received the prediction that 'A scarlet-eyed girl from a distant time would appear alongside my student.' seeing your story, I realized that maybe you are that person." Sarada's gaze became surprised, she had heard about Gamamaru and his predictions, but she never imagined herself being one of the predictions.
"So I was already predestined to come here huh?"
"Maybe, I don't always get who the prophecy refers to, hn." The foreigner shifted her gaze to the ground and seeing that Jiraya decided to ask her a question.
"Tell me, how close were you to the Hokage of your time?" The question caught Sarada's attention, who promptly answered.
"He was very important to me, for most of my life he was with me and my mother while my father was away. He also taught me a lot of what I know, and I am inspired by him a lot to be who I am today... I wish I could have repaid him for doing so much."
"Hn, Naruto seems like a nice person in the future."
"But of course!" Sarada didn't even notice the small rise in her voice and the passion it carried. "Nanadaime is the kindest soul this ninja world has ever seen, he is so powerful but at the same time so sweet to everyone, always willing to help anyone regardless of whoever or what village that person is from, he is certainly the most incredible shinobi this world has ever seen!"
As Sarada continued to extol the Seventh Hokage of her time by talking about how amazing he was, Jiraya was now wandering through her thoughts. 'It seems that the boy remained the same... but, the way this girl talks, the passion, I think she felt something more for him... hn, the boy is lucky.'
"You're looking like a fangirl did you know that?"
The moment those words left Jiraya's mouth, Sarada froze and a blush adorned her face, and she quickly returned to her seat by the fire.
"S-Sorry, it's just that... Naruto-Sama has done so much for the village, for the people... for me, that it's a little hard not to act like that."
"There's no need for apologies, I understand the reason for that admiration, I just hope you're not the type to admire more than fight."
Sarada quickly responded. "Of course not! I would never act like that, fangirls were the things I hated most about the academy, I would never act so stupid!"
"Okay okay, no need to raise my voice so you know" Jiraya heard a low 'I'm sorry coming from the girl but decided not to comment.
Some time passed without either of them saying anything. Until Sarada, with a lower voice, started to speak.
"Do you think I should change the order of things?"
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"I say in the sense of altering the bad things that are going to happen..."Jiraiya looked at her curiously.
"What bad things?"
"The attack on the sand village and the kidnapping of the Kazekage, the capture of the bijous, the destruction of Konoha, the fourth ninja war... your death... I-I don't think I'm strong enough to do that. "
"Hm, in my opinion, you should try to change some things, particularly the events that lead to large-scale disasters, and the ones that take a lot of lives, but keep in mind that you won't be able to change everything, and if you try, you will end up causing even worse things."
"I understand...but I want to change all bad things that will happen, mainly about Naruto..."
"I want to it to the girl. B ut the boy's smart, he can defend himself."
"I have an idea..."
"And what would that idea be?" Jiraiya replied while looking in Sarada's direction.
"I think it would be a good idea to have Naruto and Kurama form a partnership now."
"Kura-who?"
"The name of the Kyuubi no Yoko is Kurama, and where I came from, the Seventh and he had such a great friendship and bond that they made him a perfect Jinchuuriki just like Kumo's."
"Are you serious? How did this happen?" The curiosity on Jiraya's face was very evident now, after all, if he found a way to make the boy have dominion over the fox he would surely follow.
"Well, we didn't delve too deeply into that part at the academy, but it was said that the Hokage gained control of the Kyuubi on a turtle island or something like that in Kumo."
'Kumo huh? Well, they already have a perfect Jinchuuriki, so I think it makes sense.'
"And during the Fourth Shinobi War he won the fox's trust and he thus became a perfect Jinchuuriki just like the Eight-Tails."
"So if we can access this island and make the boy and the Kyuubi become partners, he might become strong enough to be able to defend himself against Akatsuki..."
"Exactly. But how were we going to get on the island? As far as I know, Konoha and Kumo don't have the best of relations at the time."
"Hm, I don't know, but we're a long way from the land of lightning...but maybe we won't need to..."
"How?"
"You said he became the Kyuubi's partner during the war, right?" Sarada nodded positively. "So maybe he doesn't necessarily need the island or whatever is there to do that, maybe he just needs to communicate with the fox."
"Okay, but how do we do that?"
"The boy says that he and the Fox communicate almost all the time when he accesses her chakra."
"Hm, so maybe if we can access the seal, we could help you get along with the Kyuubi." Sarada finished by slamming her closed fist into her hand.
'This girl, she will certainly be a threat when she reaches her fullest potential.' The Toad Sannin then started to laugh a little.
"Huh? What's so funny about Jiraya-Sensei?"
"Nothing, I've spent the last 2 years looking for a way to help the boy control the Kyuubi, and then you show up and figure out how to do it in less than a day."
"To be fair, I already knew how it happened," Sarada said adjusting her glasses, chuckling too.
"But anyway, I think it would be a good idea to train the boy more."
"I agree"
—Actual Time—
The group stops to take a rest in the forest, near a clearing. Sarada was resting on a trunk, reading a book about the history and the actual times, after all, she need to know the maximum that she can about this time.
While Sarada was resting, Naruto and Jiraya were in the center of the clearing, Jiraya was standing in front of Naruto, talking about his new training.
"Nature Transformation, like those fire and water dragon jutsus?" the Blonde asked scratching the back of his head.
"Exactly." Jiraya saw the boy's gaze soon brighten up even more, but he soon cut it short.
"But first you'll need to know your affinity with one of the chakra elemental transformations."
Jiraya took a paper out of his pocket and pointed the paper at Naruto who took it.
"This is a chakra paper, it is for you to discover your elemental nature, just hold it and conduct some chakra, if the nature is fire, the paper will fall apart into embers, if the paper is the wind will be cut in half if it is a lightning nature the paper will crumple, earth it will disintegrate and water it will get wet."
"Oh! So if I have a certain chakra nature I can learn jutsus from that element more easily right?"
Jiraiya nodded his head.
"Okay! So let's go!" Naruto held the paper with his fingers and focused some chakra onto it, and after a while, the paper split in two, but as a side effect, the other two halves were crinkled.
The eyes of Jiraya and Sarada who were watching from afar widened, Sarada especially as she already knew that the elemental nature of the Nanadaime Hokage was wind, but she had never seen anything about the second nature of Lightning.
'But if he has a secondary Lightning nature, I think I can help him a little in training…' Sarada thought as she returned her attention to her book, a slight smile on her face.
"That's an interesting boy, a Wind nature is very rare in Konoha, but having a Wind with a Lightning secondary is nothing short of unique." The sage said with a hand on his chin analyzing the paper that was on the floor.
"Heh, that means I'm awesome right? I didn't expect anything less!" Naruto said putting a fist up.
"Course is." Jiraya got up closer to Naruto, crossing his arms. "Anyway, I know some training techniques for the Wind nature, it's not that difficult especially if you use your Kage Bunshins, now the question of-"
"Wait a minute Ero-sennin, what do you mean my Kage Bunshin will help me in my elemental training?"
"Well, did you ever realize that after one of your clones dissipates you keep that clone's memories?"
"Huh…no," Naruto said looking down a little embarrassed.
"Don't be embarrassed, I explain how you can use your clones to train at the right time." Jiraya coughed a little into his hand attracting Naruto's attention.
"Well, moving on, I can help you with Wind training, but I think Sarada can help you more with the Lightning issue."
"Are you sure about that Ero-sennin?" Naruto said in a slightly more serious tone. "I... I don't know if I can trust her."
"Hm, I understand your suspicion, the fact that she's an Uchiha is something that might be a little scary considering that the only one you know besides Sasuke tried to kidnap/kill you."
"There's the fact that she appeared out of nowhere."
"I know that, but if you don't trust her, trust me, she is someone who can benefit from your training in many ways, try to let your guard down a bit around her."
"I'll... I'll try."
"That's enough, so if you're not tired, let's start this training!" The animation on Naruto's face came back in full force at that moment.
"Hai!"
And that's it, this is chapter 2, it's not much but it did what I wanted. Hope you like it, I wish it was bigger but I think if I try too hard the quality will go down.
I really want to make chapters longer than 5k words but it's a tricky thing to do if someone understands me.
I think that's all I had to say, goodbye!
Omake
In the Hokage's office, Tsunade was filling out the endless paperwork, the Hokage's greatest enemy, the process was almost automatic. This boredom was quelled by the sound of something coming through the window, and when the Godaime Hokage turned around, she saw a frog that was predominantly red in color with blue markings around its eyes and on top of its head. in green glasses. On his back he had the kanji for the word "gold", that was Kosuke, the messenger frog.
"Hn, what does Jiraya want to tell me this time?" The blonde woman said as she bent down and picked up a parchment that was with the little frog, who soon after that left the office.
"Let's see what we have here..." Tsunade said as she started to read what was written.
-Some minutes later-
"Lady Tsunade, have you en-" Sakura was startled when she saw her mentor holding her head with both hands with an empty sake bottle beside her.
"W-What happened, Lady Tsunade?!" Sakura asked as she approached the Hokage, noticing the open scroll beside her.
"Jiraya found a new headache for me..."
"W-What do you mean?"
"Just bring me more sake..."
'That boy is a trouble magnet, an Uchiha girl from the future, what will happen next time? Will a guy appear from the sky above this village saying he is God os something?'
