Karl and Nolan looked at each other and they could kind of hear Dream asking them who Isaac is. "I fucked up bad Nolan." "I know you did but so did I. I told Bailey that you were expecting me and he told me that you were in here." "I better explain this to the guys if you let me." "Of course and I'll wait until you are done."
Karl went back to talk with Dream and some of his other friends and then was quick to shut it off. "Ok now that I got that out of here. I'm sorry for not texting you but Dream asked if we wanted to battle on Minecraft." "And they are more important to you?" "No you are one of the most important people in my life and so are they." "I'm sorry too for getting jealous."
Karl and Nolan shared a kiss and headed for Karl's room. "Nolan we should stop you have to get back home and Bailey and Ethan are home to." "Your right." "I'll walk you to your car." "When Isaac goes home I want to take you on a date." "Ok and tomorrow I'll treat the both of you." "Deal." Karl and Nolan headed to Nolan's car and Nolan got in and drove away. Karl headed back inside and went to grab his keys and wallet. "Guys I'm heading to the store do we need anything." "More cat litter and food." "I thought I bought both of them before I left last month."
"Yeah but we have three cats." Karl nodded and left for the store first he headed to the baby section so he could get a booster seat for Isaac and then went to the pets part and got litter and cat food and then got some toys for them. Karl paid for all of his stuff and then headed to his car. "Karl is that really you?" "David what are you doing here?" "Oh come on it's not hard to find my boyfriend when he is all over the internet." "You mean ex boyfriend we haven't dated in almost five years. Now if you excuse me."
Karl pushed him out of his way and got all of his stuff in his car then drove back to the house. "I bought cat litter." Bailey came out from his room and looked at what Karl got but it was legit just for the cats. "So went to the store for cat toys?" "Karl why is there a child's booster seat in your car?" Karl thought fast and then answered him.
"I'm babysitting my cousin who is six." "Why doesn't your cousin's mom bring him." "Oh my cousin has to be at work early and her husband don't drive." "Ok." Karl sighed in relief when Ethan had bought what he told him.
The next day
Karl drove to Nolan's house and knocked on his door. Nolan was fast to open it and sighed when he saw Karl. "I'm sorry Karl I have to cancel Isaac is sick." "Oh the poor thing let me help you." Nolan nodded and step aside to let him in. Karl followed the sound of somebody throwing up and saw Isaac with his head in the bowl.
"Oh buddy." Karl went into the room and put his hand on the top of his forehead. "Do you have a thermometer or children's Tylenol?" "No and yes." Karl nodded and started looking for the thermometer once he found it he took Isaac's temperature. Once it beeped he checked it. "He has a slight fever. Isaac can you tell me what hurts?"
The little boy shook his head no. "Wait about Nolan?" Again the little boy shook his head no. "I think he is just homesick I might be wrong but I don't think I am." "I know what that's like." Karl and Nolan both sat beside the little boy who started to fall asleep against Nolan.
"Should I order a plane home early?" "What do you do when your homesick?" Nolan thought about the first few days he was in this house. "Took my time and then watched some of my favorite movies." "I'll be right back let me see your phone." Nolan sighed but passed over his phone.
Karl looked threw Nolan's phone and found his aunt's and then called her on his phone.
"Hello?"
"Hi Mrs. Judie I'm friends with Nolan and I need to know what is Isaac's favorite movie?"
"Oh he loves Spider-Man."
"Alright. Thanks"
"No problem." Karl went back into the guest bedroom and saw that they both were asleep so Karl wrote Nolan a note and then drove to the store and bought all different Spider-Man stuff and some of his movies too he then went to the toys and looked for something Isaac would like.
Karl then went to the toddler sighed and bought Tucker's Christmas presents from him. He then drove back to Nolan's house after he paid for his stuff. Karl went up to the door and opened it and saw that they had moved over to Nolan's couch and were watching something on the Tv.
"Karl is that you?" "Yeah it's me." Nolan got up and saw the shopping bags. "Get enough stuff?" "Yes but this will help with him being homesick." "You talked to my aunt didn't you?" "Yes and she said that his favorite movie was Spider-man so I got him some stuff." Karl then went into the guest bedroom and saw that Isaac had gotten sick on the sheets. "It's a good thing I bought these then."
Once Karl was finished he joined them in the living room and saw that they were watching ratatouille. "Oo one of my favorites." Once the movie finished Nolan and Isaac were both asleep. Karl stud up and carried Isaac to the guest bedroom and laid him down on the bed and then covered him up with the blanket he just bought.
