Fall losing great gran starting preschool winter and more

In late August we started in the Eeyore room at daycare, and it was treated as preschool. We were learning to spell our names count to 100 and more. As I was a little ahead of some of the class I was being taught to read. We were also preparing for Susie and I to turn 4 her on the 12th and me on the 10th of September. We had decided to share a cooking and baking birthday party. To be held at her Great aunt t and great uncle Charles new farmhouse. It was held on the 9th so the day before mine and 3 before hers.

A couple weeks later mommy sat me down on a Saturday afternoon, and said she needed to talk to me. We sat on the sofa, and she told me that my great gran was very sick with cancer. She explained that great gran, had decided to go on something called hospice. She explained that this meant that great gran, was ready to go to heaven to see my great granddad who had passed when I was 2. I talked to my friends, and they all helped me feel better.

2 weeks later mommy woke me up with news that great gran had passed away late the night before. She kept me home from school so we could head to Montana. We picked up Susie and her mommy and headed to the airport. Susie and her mommy were coming because Susie's mommy had been my mommy's best friend since high school. We arrived and were picked up by my auntie Kathy who took us to the ranch.

We went to the funeral a couple days later Mommy had me wear church clothes. Which consisted of a black velvet skirt and a red and black velvet top, black tights and black dress shoes she pulled my hair back with a black velvet hair band. We went and pastor Mark said lots of good things about great gran. We then went to another place which mommy called a cemetery. Where he talked some more about great gran. Then we Attended a lunch party where we talked even more about great gran.

When we returned home the gang decided to try out for a community theater production of wizard of oz., we all ended up with parts which we loved. The show was put on over 3 weekends and we all joined the kid's community theater. We all dressed up for Halloween as various Disney characters. We then celebrated my first thanksgiving in California. After this we went on a very fun cruise and had so much fun as it was by Disney. When we arrived home mommy and I decorated the house for Christmas.

On Christmas morning mommy and I took the twins downstairs, we all opened our stockings. Then after breakfast we opened our gifts from Santa. Then mommy gave each of us our big gift from her and grandma, I received several cat items and a gift certificate to a local shelter. I was going to get my first pet. We went a week later to the shelter where I picked out a calico kitten named patches. She was just 6 months old and very adorable.

I let the gang meet her over the next few days and then we went on another adventure this time to meet my great uncle Joe. He had not been a huge part of our family, for reasons I will probably never understand. He was 9 years older than grandma, so he was 69 to her 60 years. He moved back to their hometown exactly 8 weeks later. This was followed by so many other adventures including trips a trip to the hospital when I stepped on glass and more
